We were not informed at check-in that drinks and snacks in the minibar would be charged. There was only a card in the room that stated that a coffee capsule costs the equivalent of around €1.60 - nothing more. Accordingly, we helped ourselves to the minibar (mainly water). We stayed in the hotel for a total of 8 nights, towards the end of our stay we were charged for all the snacks and water (around 2 euros per 330 ml bottle). When we asked why we weren't told about this from the start or why there was NOTHING like that to be found in our room (apart from the note about the coffee capsule), we received no answer and had to pay the entire amount, whether or not 8 days was of course not a small amount.
Because the colleagues at the reception didn't speak good English or could barely speak English, the service was correspondingly subpar. In a hotel like this it should actually be assumed that the colleagues at the reception can speak English.
Conclusion: no recommendation, for the money spent there are far better hotels that are worth the money.
