Fantastic hotel! About 20-30 mins from the centre, but good metro connection. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Good location for airport. Would come again!

雖然房間稍微小了一點，但是非常乾淨，服務人員的態度都很友善，早餐15歐+10%很好吃，到早上10點半，去市區有點距離但是整體來說我還是覺得這間飯店很舒適，市區的飯店說不定會很吵，我們住宿期間都很安靜（週末）。

Although the room is a little small, it is very clean, and the service staff are very friendly. The breakfast is 15 euros + 10% and it is delicious. It arrives at 10:30 in the morning. It is a bit far from the city, but overall I still think this hotel It's very comfortable. Hotels in the city may be noisy, but it was quiet during our stay (weekends).

Estuve alojado una noche el día 15. El hotel está ubicado en Arturo Soria. Para la zona, es muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, quizás un poco anticuadas. La cama es cómoda. De agradecer que el hotel aporte lo habitual como gel y champú, pero además kit de afeitado, limpieza de zapatos, etc. La climatización en la habitación correcta, pero fría en el baño. La TV es muy pequeña para lo que se espera de este hotel, estamos pagando gran lujo. Otra pega es que en la habitación en la que estuve no había persiana, y las cortinas no son lo sufrientemente tupidas como para que no te moleste la luz si no quieres madrugar. El personal atento. Había un evento privado en el bar, pero nos sirvieron lo que pedimos en una de las salitas del hotel. No puedo hablar de los jardines porque ese día en Madrid caían chuzos de punta.

This hotel offers outstanding customer throughout, with a high level of attention to detail throughout. Staff are extremely friendly and professional, and always looking for an opportunity to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but within easy reach of the centre of Madrid. Rooms are tastefully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard, with high quality bedding, and very quiet for sleeping.  The food in the restaurant is of a very high standard and quality. The hotel is beautiful and I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel, quiet luxury near the airport. Very nice boutique hotel with high quality furnishings, amenities, lush grounds and about 15 min drive to airport. (Downtown sights was about a half hour drive.) We stayed here before we flew out and being close to the airport was a priority. We did take a taxi to see the Palace and some sites.  Staff was very professional, friendly and most spoke at least some English. Loved the history of the hotel, very relaxing stay.  Highly recommend this hotel!
