We arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently. Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch. Definitely recommend

Hotel with a great retro-modern Palm Springs vibe. Large and clean room, lovely staff. Decent breakfast. The only slight drawback: the bedding. The single beds move a bit, and the mattresses are a little hard, which can cause back pain. But considering the hotel's value for money, I highly recommend it.

excellent! Better than expected! There is the sea right outside the door, and the balcony of the room also faces the sea directly. The hotel’s additional travel activities are also great, including whale watching, hiking, etc., all very nice! Hope to have the opportunity to come again in the future!

Villa del Conde is a gem and amazing hotel, with huge rooms and plenty to do. Great location near multiple popular beaches and its hidden treasure is the Spa. Highly recommend it for solo travelers like me, or couples looking to be pampered.

I stayed at Lopesan Baobab Resort in Gran Canaria for just one night, and I have to say, I wish I had booked longer! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The African-inspired decor is stunning—lush gardens, wooden bridges, and waterfalls create a tropical paradise vibe. My room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed, plus a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. Speaking of pools—there are so many! The resort has several pools, some heated, and even a lazy river. I only had time to relax by one, but it was well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was great with plenty of variety, though it was quite busy, so I’d recommend going earlier to avoid the rush. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive, with a huge selection of fresh food. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the resort is huge, so it takes a little while to find your way around. Also, drinks at the bar were a bit pricey. Overall, for a short stay, this place was fantastic, and I’d definitely come back for a longer visit!”

Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent.

I stayed there for three nights as a solo traveler. I really enjoyed the hotel; the staff was very friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. My room on the fifth floor was lovely, with a sea view and a small balcony. The food was varied and delicious. The dining room is quite large, but even when it was crowded, the old dishes were cleared away very quickly. I highly recommend this hotel! Many thanks to all the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. And I'd also like to recommend the Swedish massage offered by Lourdes and her sister at the hotel. It was fantastic!

Such a fantastic hotel and perfect location, the rooms are brilliant and with 5* service . It is a huge hotel so plenty of swimming pools to choose from and always clean. The food is delicious and the receptionists are wonderful ,ready to meet your needs 24/7
