Toiletries and disposable amenities were well-stocked, and the cleanliness was exceptional – even the corners were spotless. The hotel environment was quiet with good soundproofing. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The value for money is outstanding, I highly recommend it! (The hotel looks exactly like the photos.)

Software: The front desk staff were very welcoming, but the rooms weren't good value for money. Hardware: The rooms were old and worn out. My door required an internal lock to close; otherwise, it kept malfunctioning and alarming. Didn't room service provide any feedback? I suggest the owner stop using red carpets. Not replacing the old carpets will backfire. Hotels typically undergo minor renovations every 3 years and major renovations every 5 years; yours is already 10 years old.

Even though the weather in Kunming wasn't ideal during my visit, the room's ambiance was wonderful. It also comes with books, a desk, a dining table, and plants – very well-equipped. The bed is a tatami style, and the toiletries are good. The bathroom is clean and dry, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The service was also very thoughtful and excellent, allowing for a quiet and relaxing experience.
