This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Kunming, truly my favorite among all. As a star-rated hotel, the environment and facilities are excellent. The front desk service is incredibly attentive, especially Wendy, who was outstanding. She helped with my luggage, promptly responded to all my requests with high efficiency, and always had a friendly, professional smile. The hotel's location is also very convenient, and it even has a parking lot. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. They also offer a laundry room with dryers, and the breakfast is bountiful. For a hotel of its star rating, I'll always choose this one first!

The location is super convenient, close to the free trade area and the transportation station, and the travel is super worry-free! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very stable. The facilities are complete and practical, the toiletries are provided on demand, and the bathroom is dry and odorless. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out are efficient and fast. From getting my contact info and offering a welcome fruit basket, to later arranging a quiet, non-smoking room for me in advance, every detail was handled smoothly and thoughtfully. The hotel was easy to find and offered convenient underground parking. The overall environment was very comfortable, and both the cleanliness and service were excellent. The breakfast was also very satisfying.

My stay at Sheraton Kunming was exceptionally good, far exceeding my expectations. It was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel experience during my entire Yunnan trip. A special thanks to Duke Liu Yunchuan, the Front Office Manager, for his thoughtful arrangements and commendable service professionalism. The hotel beautifully blends elements of the Tea Horse Road and Yunnan ethnic minority designs, creating a grand and elegant lobby. Check-in was efficient and seamless. The front desk and concierge teams were professional and attentive, communicating warmly and politely. They had all arrangements prepared in advance, so there was no waiting at all. The room was clean and tidy, and the classic Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed provided ultimate comfort. The soundproofing was also excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the authentic Yunnan rice noodles were particularly delicious. The Executive Lounge provided a comfortable environment, and both the afternoon tea and happy hour offerings were prepared with care. Its proximity to Fucheng Mall made getting around and shopping very convenient. The entire front office team provided proactive and meticulous service, responding quickly to any requests. We truly felt at home. This is definitely my top choice for business travel, and I will choose Sheraton Kunming again on my next visit to Kunming!

The hotel facilities and environment are excellent, very clean, and the bedding and bathroom amenities are high quality. The hotel service is great, thoughtful and attentive; they proactively contacted me to provide useful information for my stay. Due to a change in plans, I needed to shorten my stay from three days to one, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patiently helped me adjust the reservation. Breakfast was abundant and offered a wide variety of choices. The '188 Mushroom Hot Pot' set meal, ordered as a main course, was incredible value for money. There was so much food, my group was shocked when it arrived – even bigger portions than Northeastern Chinese cuisine, and the flavor was exceptionally fresh and delicious.

This hotel as a whole exceeded expectations and the hygiene was in place. The rooms are spacious and bright, the lighting is soft, and the sleeping environment is quiet. The service is intimate and the response is timely. The breakfast category is complete and the ingredients are fresh. Convenient location, convenient transportation, taxi directly to the door, cost-effective, travel accommodation is very safe, recommended to stay. ps: I didn't have time to wash my clothes with the front desk lady, but I washed my clothes and dried them and put them at the door. It was really intimate.

The hotel parking lot is large, and there is a steel city behind it, so accommodation parking is not a problem. There are many tourists during the Spring Festival, and many team guests are received this year, so there is not much to eat when I go for breakfast. Fortunately, I can also eat rice noodles. I hope that the hotel can be fully prepared next time.
