Choosing Atour Hotel for my Harbin trip was the smartest decision. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until check-out, I was surrounded by thoughtful care and comfort—a truly perfect experience!
The hotel's location is absolutely impeccable. This 4.0 Atour is just a few minutes' walk from Harbin Station, making it stress-free even with luggage, especially convenient for catching a train or upon arrival. The surroundings are also super convenient; you can walk to Songlei and Wanda shopping malls. If you want to go to Central Street or Saint Sophia Cathedral, it's just a few subway stops away, which is very tourist-friendly. Shopping and dining options nearby are plentiful.
The service was heartwarming to the core; I felt the warmth of the Northeast people as soon as I got off the train. The front desk lady greeted me with a big smile, proactively offered a hot drink to ward off the cold, and meticulously introduced the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. She even thoughtfully upgraded my room type. Any requests were quickly resolved. Even the cleaning auntie was exceptionally thorough; not a speck of dust in the desk crevices or bathroom corners. Every day, she would tidy the room and proactively replenish drinking water and toiletries.
The room was a comforting haven during my journey. For a winter stay, heating is a major concern, but there was no need to worry at all. The central air conditioning was powerful, making the room warm and comfortable. Coming back to the hotel in -20 degree Celsius Harbin instantly warmed me up. The bedding featured Atour's signature Plant mattress, soft and skin-friendly, coupled with excellent sound insulation, ensuring a full night's sleep and sweeping away all travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout. The small tea table by the window was neatly arranged, complemented by toiletries with a subtle botanical scent—a detail-oriented person's dream. Enjoying a cup of tea and the view during downtime was particularly relaxing.
The amenities were a perfect bonus. The ”Zhuju” library on the first floor was a delightful surprise. In the evening, after a stroll, I could pick a book with local flavor, paired with the hotel's complimentary late-night hot congee and side dishes served from 9:30-11:00 PM, which warmed both my stomach and heart. Breakfast was even more abundant than expected, with over 60 varieties spanning Chinese and Western cuisines, including Northeastern specialties like sauerkraut buns, freshly made noodles, and fresh fruit. Children under 1.2 meters also eat for free, making for a satisfying and comfortable meal. The 24-hour self-service laundry room has a drying function, so you can always wear clean clothes even in winter. The gym equipment is brand new, and you can enjoy the outdoor scenery while working out—maximum practicality.
Whether for business travel, family trips, or a winter snow viewing, Harbin Atour Hotel perfectly meets all needs. With its thoughtful service, excellent location, and comfortable environment, it offers superb value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Harbin!
