This is a lovely beachfront B&B with a great ambiance. Upon check-in, they offer afternoon tea and a travel photography service. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea are quite exquisite. There's a garden swing photo spot right next to the dining area! It's perfect for photos, and it's exclusively for guests, so you don't have to queue like at popular网红 spots. In the evening, after you've been out, the room butler even brings a sweet late-night soup. The service all around is very thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dali.

The hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, offering convenient parking and stunning views. From the room, you can enjoy sunsets, Cangshan Mountain, and Erhai Lake. The room facilities are complete and new, with a refreshing decor style. The front desk staff, particularly a charming gentleman, was incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing timely pick-up and drop-off services. He even gave us a box of flower cakes when we left. The breakfast was delicious, and it's clear the hotel is run with great care and dedication. Highly recommend staying here.

I originally booked this place as a last-minute stopover, but my stay turned out to be a delightful surprise. The guesthouse boasts a prime, first-row location right by Erhai Lake. Opening the window reveals expansive lake views, and in the mornings, you can watch the mist drift across the water. After meals, a leisurely stroll along the lakeside path is incredibly relaxing. The surrounding streets are full of local flavor, with authentic Bai-style restaurants and fresh produce shops just steps away, making dining and shopping super convenient. The room was meticulously cleaned; the bedding was fresh and odor-free, and all the kitchen and bathroom appliances worked perfectly. All toiletries were provided. The host was warm and thoughtful, offering helpful information about road conditions and travel tips before check-in. The location is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it quiet and livable. This is definitely my top choice for a trip to Shuanglang.

We booked the Distant mountain view suite, and were wowed by the amazing amenities they had to offer. Room is very spacious and very clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the mountain and the lake. The staff was nice enough to help us move our luggage upstairs and down. They also offer pickup service two-way via golf cart down to the Benzhu temple so you can get a didi. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet and clean and large room for your family. Only thing to note is that it is on the highest floor so you will need to climb a few flights of stairs. Also, be careful of hotels claiming to have a “resort sea side view”. Because in this area, the other one we had booked was dishonest and facing a construction site which they carefully omitted in their photos. But this hotel’s pictures show it as it is, with beautiful views. Highly recommend and we will come back to stay!

The front desk lady called us to confirm our check-in even before we arrived, which was super thoughtful and welcoming. The hotel environment is also great. Waking up in the morning and enjoying a drink on the balcony with the sea breeze with my friend was just perfect! 😋 Plus, the breakfast here is really delicious! The rice noodles were absolutely amazing, even better than what I found at other local shops!

The staff are gentle and polite, always quick to respond to any requests. Staying here felt very reassuring and relaxing, instantly easing my travel fatigue. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Waking up to the sound of the waves – what an experience! This place is an absolutely superb choice in every way, especially if you're looking for a sea view. We literally stayed right over the water, spending our days enjoying afternoon tea (which the B&B provides!) on our private terrace overlooking the sea, and drifting off to sleep at night with the sound of the waves. The surroundings are very quiet, and the room's soundproofing is excellent. The B&B's location is fantastic, with plenty of alleys nearby to explore. These alleys are full of local noodle shops and BBQ joints, all at very affordable local prices. And no need to worry about dragging your luggage around, as the owner offers pick-up and drop-off service with their tuk-tuk. All in all, it's excellent and highly recommended! I'll definitely choose this place again next time – I felt compelled to write such a detailed review!

It turns out I made the right choice – the price is much more affordable than other B&Bs in the same location, but the views and experience are absolutely not compromised. 🙌 **Warm and Welcoming Host:** The owner is incredibly enthusiastic, making communication and check-in a very pleasant experience. Any requests we had were addressed promptly. 🍳 **Delicious and Abundant Breakfast:** The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring we ate both well and heartily. Enjoying breakfast by the lake felt truly blissful. If you're looking for a B&B that's genuinely on Erhai Lake, offers fair prices, is quiet and comfortable, and provides excellent service, this is definitely the place to choose!

Facilities: The facilities are complete and you can see that the boss is attentive. The two beds, one large and one small, are comfortable and quiet. Hygiene: Being picky, I didn’t find any faults. Environment: The location here is a weak point, but it is cheap. It is highly recommended if you rent a car and are not in a hurry. The price in the urban area is about 1,800 yuan even in the off-season. Service: The breakfast rice noodles are delicious. They actively help with luggage and other things. You can feel the attentive service.

This guesthouse in Shuanglang is run with great care by the owners. For breakfast, they offer rice noodles, congee, and a local 'er's' set, which includes salad, an egg, and pickled vegetables. While the variety isn't huge, the food is quite tasty. They also have 24-hour coffee and hot tea. Outside the window, just across a small road, is Erhai Lake, offering a beautiful view. You can easily spend an entire afternoon relaxing on the beanbag chairs – it's incredibly comfortable. It's only a 10-yuan taxi ride to Shuanglang Ancient Town, which is very convenient. There are also several restaurants nearby, making getting around very easy. The guesthouse itself is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The toilet works great with excellent water pressure. Compared to other hotels in Shuanglang, which cost over 1000 RMB this season, this place is only half the price. The value for money is absolutely fantastic.
