We arrived in the rough location of the hotel and were met quickly to help us find the exact location. The location is ok the lake and the views are superb. We were greeted with an afternoon tea overlooking the water which was superb. Our room was lovely and also overlooked the water. As we wanted to visit the market the following morning we left the hotel before breakfast but the hotel still accommodated us by meeting us to take our luggage to our car and buying us breakfast from the street vendors on the way! We were blown away by their superb customer service. A wonderful stay!

This has been one of the BEST hotels I have stayed in! The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything. The facilities are amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking! Anyone who wants a luxurious stay with a view of the lake and mountain in Dali should stay here! Truly a memorable stay 🙌🙌🙌

Minibar first round: Very exquisite. After checking in, I asked where to have afternoon tea.
Environment: Beautiful and photogenic
Service: Excellent service! The butler was very friendly and provided pick-up and drop-off throughout the trip. He also helped with all the luggage.
The breakfast was the most abundant one on this trip.

This hotel is really amazing. The room is beautifully decorated. The bed is soft and comfortable. I am very satisfied with the service of the housekeeper. The hotel is warm but not overly so. Breakfast and afternoon tea can be delivered to the room. My wife is a light sleeper and she feels very at ease living here. Whether it is check-in or check-out, the housekeeper is very considerate to help carry the luggage. I will choose this hotel next time.
