Facilities: The room is huge and all the amenities are super smart. There's a 'Xiaodu' smart speaker for control, and a massive screen for projecting videos or playing music – it's awesome! Plus, a small bathtub, very comfortable~~ Environment: Absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse is right by Erhai Lake, and if the weather's good, you can watch the sunrise. The view is incredibly stunning. Service: The guesthouse's breakfast and afternoon tea are absolutely delicious!!! Seriously amazing 🫰🏻 The owner is really nice and helped with luggage when we arrived and when we left.

Afternoon Tea: There's afternoon tea every day, and it's not just a perfunctory offering – they have really delicious cakes and such. Welcome Fruit: Freshly washed fruit is provided daily. Service: The service is truly excellent. As someone who used to work as a server, I can say the attitude here is outstanding. Environment: It's exceptionally clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and never superficial. Hygiene: Superb. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends and family next time! 👍

When traveling to Dali, there are countless B&Bs, and we were lucky enough to choose Diehaiyue. It's truly a meticulous and service-oriented B&B. Two days before check-in, the B&B proactively contacted us and added us on WeChat, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost. They gave us a drop-off location, a very cute parking lot sign that said 'Mitu Taoyuan Parking Lot.' Whether you're taking a taxi or driving, you can drive directly to the parking lot. If you arrange it in advance via WeChat, the B&B will arrange for a golf cart to pick you up, as the B&B is located in Taoyuan Village, where cars are not allowed. At first, I thought it would be a hassle, that I had picked a B&B with difficult access, and that getting out later would be inconvenient. But it actually worked out fine. It's just a few minutes' walk from the parking lot to the B&B; the car transfer is mainly for guests with luggage. The area in front of the B&B is perfect for cycling and travel photography. It's an ideal place for a leisurely holiday. The B&B only has 12 rooms, offering options for every budget. If you want an unbeatable sea view, the 270-degree rooms facing Erhai Lake will truly make your heart sing every time you open the curtains. More importantly, the soundproofing is absolutely perfect; no matter how many people or cars are outside, you won't hear a thing. Although the B&B has four floors, the staff will help carry your luggage to your room, and when you're leaving, you just need to message the group, and they'll immediately help carry it downstairs. A special shout-out to their instant replies on the WeChat group, no matter the time. Due to the B&B's location, there isn't a *[word missing in original text]*, and even express delivery is limited to SF Express and JD. However, they have a food delivery app called 'Paotui Kuaiche' (errand express). While the choices might seem limited, it also has a feature where the errand runner can help you buy things. In reality, you can get almost anything, it just takes a bit more time, but items are delivered right to your door, which is very convenient. However, this service is only available until midnight. The B&B includes breakfast and afternoon tea. For breakfast, there are three types of rice noodles: zhajiang, chicken, and beef. You can also order sandwiches. After staying for several days, I tried everything, and it was all delicious and never got old. A special mention goes to their drink bar. Beverages are complimentary during breakfast and afternoon tea, and you can order them at other times. Most importantly, they are always accommodating. I even had an urgent need to print documents for work, and the staff helped me out for free. They also offer laundry service, and everything comes back clean. The healing scenery, ample air conditioning, and perfect service attitude alone make this place wonderful. Right outside, there's a great spot for running and strolling. Compared to most other B&Bs where you have to cross a road to see Erhai Lake, the feeling here is completely different. I highly recommend this B&B. It's worth noting their XGIMI projection TV; screen-mirroring your phone to watch movies is a fantastic experience. Next time I come to Dali, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Traveling during the off-season, the owner upgraded me to a room on the second floor for free. I hadn't paid attention to the floor when I booked, but the second floor is definitely more comfortable; I could lie in bed and look at Erhai Lake. Out of all the scenery in the western section, this hotel's view is the most beautiful. There are no trees blocking the view, and it's not next to the commercial street, so it's very quiet. Waking up to the calls of grebes and egrets in the morning, and watching the shimmering Erhai Lake, gave me a Walden Pond-like experience. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and you can eat it anytime before 11 AM, which is perfect for sleeping in. I originally only planned to stay in Dali for two days, but I extended my stay by another day because the hotel was so comfortable.

The Ali family was incredibly kind to us This is the homestay that I believe is the warmest in Dali, because I experienced it firsthand. It felt like being with family The homestay is near Erhai Lake and you can easily cycle around the area. It's quiet, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. All food is Halal. The homestay offers breakfast. You can also order dinner (in advance) at the homestay. We arrived in Dali before check-in time and met Father Ibrahim, who upgraded my room for free, helped carry my luggage, and provided excellent service. Mother Fatimah was incredibly kind. She took care of us, helped us with everything, and even took us to a Halal restaurant for lunch and We ordered dinner; she made Yunnan-style food, including Pad Krapao (Thai food), since we like spicy food. Everything that night was nice. In addition, my shirt had a tear, and she offered to repair and sew it for me. And Bro,Ali, whom I met after arriving at the homestay. He greeted us and spoke English. Ali drove us to a Halal lunch spot a short distance from the homestay and He recommended places and also planned a tour itinerary for us in Dali. He was also very helpful if we needed anything. Ali was incredibly friendly. We quickly became close friends, like brothers we'd known for a long time. Ali drove me to see his second homestay on his motorbike and scooter, and took us to visit his own homestay located by the lake, which is only known among Chinese tourists. Unfortunately, Ali said the system hadn't approved it yet. We hope to see his second homestay soon, welcoming tourists from all over the world. By the way Ali also has a cafe called Boli by Erhai Lake he made me free coffee. (The second accommodation and cafe had a fantastic atmosphere.) They were easily accessible by bicycle. We received excellent care and attention from Bro Ali throughout our stay. On check-out day, Father Ibrahim and Mother Fatimah saw us off to the taxi. My relative in the group said that I felt very sad to leave. We felt more like we were visiting relatives than guests because he took such good care of us; there was nothing to complain about. I would recommend this to anyone reading this review. Please don't hesitate to book. It's worth it and you won't find another deal like it on Dali city.

The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, bright, and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly for cooling, and both the hot and cold water temperature and pressure were excellent. I had a really good night's sleep. The service was also fantastic. All necessary information, including the WiFi password, breakfast details, and laundry service, was sent promptly via WeChat. The room even had an umbrella and a canvas bag for guest use. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of food. It's a perfect location for setting off on a bike ride along the Erhai Lake West Corridor, and it's not overly noisy or crowded. It's also not far from Dali Old Town, Three Pagodas Park, and Xizhou Ancient Town.

The room facilities are complete, with great attention to detail, and all the amenities are from good brands. The breakfast is rich and varied every day. The service is incredibly warm and attentive, and the airport shuttle service is also excellent. It would be even more perfect if there were dedicated non-smoking cars (no smoke smell in the car + driver doesn't smoke). I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. What you see is what you get, exactly as described. There were no reviews when I booked, so I booked on a whim, and I was extremely satisfied. Upon arrival, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage and even kindly took our clothes to wash – which is normal, but helping us hang up our clothes was something I'd never seen before, and I felt really embarrassed; the service was impeccable. They always gave us two bottles of water when we left, which was very thoughtful. Every time we returned to the hotel, the front desk staff would stand up to greet us; they were very polite.

This hotel is located right at the s wan *****. Very clean and my hotel room is facing the erhai lake . I wake up every morning to a wonderful view right in front of me, making my 2 nights stay here super pleasant. On top of that, the hotel also offers free breakfast and free tea break and the food was meticulously prepared for its guests. Right next to the hotel is a restaurant named zui zi hua and I must say the food was very nice too! O Hotel guests were offered a 20pc discount too. Overall the stay was fabulous and will surely recommend friends to stay here.

The place is lovely, I’d definitely recommend booking a room with a terrace. The breakfast is simple but good, and the owner was extremely helpful. They organized everything we needed and even helped us deal with the road closures during the marathon.
