"Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to."

"It seemed a bit dark inside when I arrived at 6pm but the staff were quite friendly and helpful. I was exhausted from my travels and had to get to a meeting so I didn't get back til after 10. I got a good nights sleep two of the three nights while I was there. Friday night they had music bumping in the lobby area that I could hear on the 7th floor. I did finally sleep and do not know when it stopped beating. I appreciated the staff who were friendly both evening and morning and the morning complimentary coffee. I felt safe at this place."

"Went there for a business event, super worth the cost/benefit. Great bed, free airport transfer at all hours, breakfast included, and friendly staff. It's just 10 min by car from the city center. Would stay again if return to Phoenix! Easy access to the Grand canyon."
