We have stayed at other Ritz Carltons, but this was our first at a Reserve. The resort is immaculately landscaped with beautiful flowers and gardens. The room was spotless and well maintained. We had a large tastefully decorated bedroom with floor to ceiling views of the water (upper level suite) a large closet and dressing area, and huge bathroom with shower, tub, two sinks and another separate extremely large vanity. The room had a minibar with plenty of bottled water, coffee, tea and a small fridge with drinks and snacks for purchase. Our room also came with a private plunge pool and large patio with lots of spacious loungers and table and chairs. (There were some small shades for the loungers, but we would have actually preferred more shade due to the intense sun.) The outside area was private due to well placed walls etc. It actually felt like you were staying in your own private condo overlooking the ocean. The resort has a fitness center with lap pool, family pools and an adults only pool and beach access with attentive staff. The beach was closed for walking while we were there due to a recent storm that passed through a few days before our arrival, and never reopened during our stay. The resort itself showed no evidence of a storm however, with not even a branch or flower out of place. The resort has a beachfront seafood restaurant (closed during our visit), a nice grill restaurant, a lovely open air family style casual restaurant, a coffee bar with desserts, muffins, scones etc, and a beautiful cocktail bar. We ordered room service and the food was delivered promptly by the most delightful staff, and our orders were always perfect, no matter our special requests (not the norm when dining in the states). We visited the spa for a couples massage which was wonderful. We also had an hour in the private spa pool before the massages, and an hour in a private hot tub after the massages. We also scheduled the Savasana Experience (sound room treatment) at the spa, and found it not relaxing for us in the way it was designed (just our opinions). I have seen reviews mentioning that the resort was hilly, but we didn't notice this at all. We normally visit Mexico in the winter, and did find the September temps a little high for us, but did feel lucky that we had sunny days during our entire visit. We have stayed at Los Cabos before and did prefer the quiet more relaxed nature of San Jose del Cabo and Zadun. We never heard other people or noise from any other resorts. The biggest thing that we noticed about this resort however, was how we were treated by staff. We have stayed at many wonderful resorts, but noticed that the Zadun staff really could not have been better. From the drivers, housekeepers, room service and spa staff, restaurant staff and every single staff we ran into during our stay, they were just the friendliest and most helpful and attentive. They really tried to go out of their way to make sure that y

This property is situated where every room has beautiful views of Cabo San Lucas for sunset watching. There is a pool for every other building so, you can probably find a quiet pool somewhere close. It is a walkable 15 minutes to the nearest supermarket and a shorter walk to Oxxo. Bus routes are in front of the supermarket so not far to catch public transit. The condos are quite large and could easily accommodate a family or two couples, as each room gets a full bath with shower. The property is about a 10-15 minute walk down to a swimmable beach at Playa Cabo Bello. You can cut through the Misiones Del Cabo condo complex and use the stairs to get there otherwise its a long walk through the Cabo Bello condo complex. On the negative side, the condos are a bit run down, and we had a number of technical problems with hot water, AC, Fridge, TV remote. All were fixed within 48 hours but glad i knew Spanish to explain the problems. The appliances were a bit cheap and functioned ok, but not great. We tended to cook in our condo due to the outrageous prices at any of the local restaurants. If money is not a problem then I am sure you will enjoy a nice breakfast for $$$ at the restaurant.

Just back from a visit to LeBlanc Cabos and we had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The pools and service at them were just right. The grounds are stunning with sand drawings that were amazing. We enjoyed all the restaurants and our favorites were Yama and Bella. The Spa is one of the best. We had couples massage and my wife had mani, pedi and another massage. Don't miss out on the hydrotherapy. Amazing. Should have done it each day. No yoga the week we were there but we did do a couple of other classes. Some people that made our trip extra special. Israel - So willing to share his extensive knowledge of wine and tequila. Visited with him during the Tequila Tasting and the Lumiere Tasting dinner. Riggo, Germann and the Chef at Lumière Xavier, Paul, Romeo were our butlers and handled any needs via what's app and LeBlanc's App. Such a nice vacation that we are planning to visit LeBlanc Cancun.

This is my second time to stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Resort in Cabo San Lucas. This visit was better then the first stay which I didn’t think could be possible. The facilities are immaculate. The service is outstanding. The Activites Director, Manuel, absolutely made this stay the best. He made every guest laugh and feel as if they were at home. He gregarious personality and non stop love for dancing and life was just wonderful. Wait staff Raul Oliuares was exceptional. He kept the beach goers well served and treated all as his special guest. Thank you, Raul, for your warm welcome and being so attentive to us.

A verdant oasis on the tip of the Baja Peninsula. Where azure waters greet the mountainous desert and the Pacific Ocean merges with the Sea of Cortez. Where warm waves break onto a dramatic shoreline... and gray whales can be seen rising majestically in the distance. Here the gracious style of Old Mexico - with its red-tiled roofs - whitewashed walls - and idyllic setting of exquisite fountains - is quietly nestled amidst swaying palms - bird of paradise and other tropical bloom.
This is where exhilaration and serenity thrive in blissful harmony. This is One and Only Palmilla.

DDeparture58045985709I stayed here for 5 days and the staff was so accommodating. The restaurant served great food and the premises were very clean. The only thing I would say is the bed was a bit too hard for my liking but still a great stay overall. The location is a good 15 minute walk from the Marina and tons of little bars and restaurants along the path. If you have a hard time sleeping with street traffic you may consider that as a drawback but it was like white noise for me, I slept well. I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserStylish, Super clean and excellent service. The location is perfect, right next to the historical center of town. Every night we walked to dinner, so many great options. The hotel staff is so nice and helpful, they lent us beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Valet parking was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again.
GGuest UserNot a 5 star resort. That's not saying it's not a nice resort, because it is, but 5 star resorts have top notch service. First ding, they don't pick you up at the airport, but you can have them set up transportation for you (at your added expense). The Taxi is $75 each way (I checked Uber and it was $55 and the taxi dude matched that price). We were able to catch a travel van on the way there from the airport for $17 a person. We had an ”executive suite” which was nice, not their best room but probably in the middle. They never changed the bed sheets in the entire 5 day/4 night stay. They made the bed, but never changed the sheets. They have a well stocked fridge and other goodies for a steep price. The problem is moving their crap out if you actually want to use the refrigerator. We were charged ”additional taxes” when we checked out as well. Only like $2-3 a day, but these should have been included in the price. The on-site sushi restaurant was not a good value. They charged us for items we didn't order and watch out for the $4.50 water. Our bill was $200 plus tip for two adults. Each had two margaritas, one appetizer (we had cancled after we told the waiter and he acknowledged, but came anyways) and two entrees. Portions were small, so definitely no ”leftovers”. The good. The included breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of that, eat a late breakfast (breakfast is over at noon, so be there no later than 11am) and that should tide you over until dinner. The location is great. Close to the marina/downtown but just far enough way that it's an easy walk and you stay out of that busyness. Overall, it's a nice 4 star (at best) resort.
IIngieSmileyThe hotel is in marina , which is convenient but it’s not particularly comfortable since there is construction going on in the morning quite disturbing
We met a good concierge Estela, and booked our day tour through hotel with a rather good price
There is a club introduction but it’s not pushy and staff are quite friendly
It’s quite a standard stay experience
GGuest UserJust remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.
I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs. A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

GGuest UserWe were welcomed by the bellboys at the front entrance. Upon arrival, it was an easy 10 minutes to check-in, and were in our room and off to the pool within 30 minutes. The pool was nice and nothing to do with the hotel, but the pool was hot due to the weather being almost 90 degrees and sunny. The service at the pool was great, the workers have such a great attitude and are always willing to help. There is a 2nd pool overlooking the marina with spectacular views of the mountains, water, and yachts along the marina walkway. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown with tons of restaurants, shops, and music from all the nightclubs, as well as live music at some of the outdoor venues. It's very busy on the weekends and less crowded during the week. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, however, we did not purchase it, but did have breakfast the last day and it was $20.00 USD per person. Overall, a great hotel, and we can't wait to go back !
GGuest UserThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck
GGuest UserOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.
Upon arriving to the hotel I was promptly yelled at by the attending staff member at front desk because I was late for my reservation (there were widespread flight cancellations due to heavy winter conditioned effecting most of Canada and the United States and I wrote ahead of time that I was going to be a day late. They gave me a room that was dirty and had a lovely view of an abandoned lot where they were seemingly dumping all their waste. I inspected the room to find it absolutely filthy and I made the mistake of checking for bed bugs. There were NO bedbugs thankfully but I saw the state of the mattress which made me think someone died on it or something with all the stains. Or they took the mattress up from that empty lot. I requested something to be put on the mattress to separate me from it for sleep. I also asked for a blanket and I got a thin sheet. I gave up asking and just used extra towels and pillows to try and keep warm because even with the AC in the room turned off (the control just hung from it’s wires on the wall) I was freezing. I asked several times for help cleaning the room that was in absolute disrepair. But I had to go to the front desk to do it because the phone line from the room wasn’t working. Lamps were broken and falling apart, there were chips out of the walls and splinters ripped out of the furniture. The drawers were left dirty and blanketed with food crumbs. The bathroom was clean enough, however. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was never anything there as people were waiting for the food to be brought out. It was terrible food the two times out of all the days I stayed there that I could actually get any breakfast. The coffee had run out and I asked if they could brew some. Then by the time the coffee was brewed there were no cups available. Never even got a coffee. You’ll need to ask ahead of time for a towel for the pool as they don’t keep the towels stocked on the rack out there poolside. Generally a very disappointing stay and I couldn’t believe what they are charging to stay in a place that is in such shambles.
The new take over of the Hotel has been amazing. We were so happy to see all of the familiar faces from last year that made us come back again this year. The staff with their welcoming smiles to their impeccable over the top service will keep us coming back for more! I feel the Solaris family is going to make this an amazing experience time and time again. We met some amazing new friends that also added to the trip, with them all saying how outstanding the staff and hotel was. Food was kept at an amazing standard, something for everyone. With all the amazing staff that stood out for us, we kept a list so we could give them a shout out! Greeting us upon arrival and taking care of everything for us, including an amazing upgrade: Francisco Eric For service in the restaurants: Odalis (Martha) Orlando Isela Javier the server & Javier the chef Carlos Leo the amazing Omelet maker Around the pool: Enrique Sebastian Louis Alberto Valerio In the lighthouse at night: Rafiel Felix Thank you for an amazing trip, we will be back ... sooner than later
