Hotel environment is good! Meals are still ok! There are 4 restaurants in the evening! 3 to book! There are 6.7 at noon, no reservation! Breakfast two restaurants! Room service actually needs to charge 5 US dollars per service fee... There is no welcome drink when you stay! Did not introduce it! Feeling less enthusiastic...

Our experience started weak but ended stronger. This resort had customer service that was unresponsive, and unhelpful when we did reach them, prior to our arrival. While drinks are included, all I could drink were bottled beers or wine because the cocktails that any barista made were the worst I had tasted - mudslide, vodka soda, pinacolada, etc. all were terrible. Maybe they do this so guests don't order much alcohol? Waiters are a hit and miss, Marco Polo had a wonderful waiter who put on a show for us, while the Caribbean restaurant by the sea had a waiter who never once got our orders right, dozens of wrong orders or forgotten items in every sitting. Airport transport has many rules - for pickup, you must order 12-24 hours in advance, outside that window you're on your own. For dropoff, you must order the day before departure, can't pre-arrange 2 days in advance and you can't arrange the same day either, add some stress to your holiday. This resort benefits from its connection to neighboring GR Caribe by Solaris as their combined facilities and the prettier design of GR Caribe make the overall resorts experience more interesting and memorable.

A nice hotel that caters to the ”All Inclusive” crowd. If you're looking for a vacation with no surprises and never plan on venturing off the grounds then this is your place. If on the other hand you want get out and explore your surroundings, and try the local food there are probably better options as they treat you like second class citizens. Constantly pointing out that you are not on the meal plan. So getting things as simple as a morning coffee or a drink at the swim up bar is borderline frustrating. This hotel is located in an isolated part of the hotel zone so expect to catch a bus or taxi to the more lively places for food and activities. Great beach, nice pools and and clean upscale rooms

This is the third hotel to experience in Cancun. The sea view is invincible, and there will be some black disgusting things coming out of the jacuzzi on the balcony. But everything else is okay, the food is very general, the service is general, there are various extra paid items, there is always a feeling of not giving you a good service without tipping. High-end hotel in the city center. Very good breakfast (included in the hotel price) with lots of Mexican food. Brunch until 12 on weekends. Large rooms and good Wi-Fi. Good hotel service. Nice garden and pool with all-day bar and food service. About 10-15 minutes walk to ADO terminal and city center. There is a very good taco restaurant next to it. There is also a Mercado 23 local market to visit.

Amazing hospitality :) and I had the most delicious ceviche and pina colada from the snack bar. I’m sorry the pina colada is so dangerous it just tastes like a smoothie but it hits you immediately after!
