"The hotel was very basic and had everything we needed. Close to the train station and near restaurants you can't go too wrong. The only issue was the strong bleach smell we first encountered when we entered the room, and the walls were super thin. We could hear our neighbor coughing and snoring."

"The hotel had a very good location which is just next to the JR station. The room is very clean and has a good view. Staff at the reception are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style with excellent food. But it would be better if dessert or some fruit could be served too. Anyway the breakfast was very good."

"The restroom is small and a bit out of the way. The nearest convenience store is at the train station or on the way to Saga Castle. There are many izakayas (Japanese pubs) nearby, but not many restaurants. However, it would be very convenient if I needed to get to Saga Airport after a night's rest, as there is a bus stop nearby that goes directly to the airport."

"The hotel is located right across from JR Saga Station. The staff provides excellent service. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases, and the bed is comfortable. Amenities are provided in the room. Breakfast is served in a buffet style. While the selection may not be very diverse, it meets standard expectations."
