Minshan Properties in Chengdu

The breakfast buffet was definitely one of the highlights. There was a rich variety of options, and everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the rice noodles with bamboo shoot sauce. The coffee was also good, especially the Americano. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent. The hotel is only about a 10-minute walk from Tianfu Square, the literal center of the city. There is also a nearby pet wholesale market where visitors can enjoy seeing beautiful fish, cute rabbits, dogs, kitties, turtles, and other animals. In addition, the Jinjiang River is just a 2-minute walk away, making it very convenient for an evening stroll. The only downside was that I was not given the option to select a non-smoking room. As a result, there was a slight but noticeable cigarette smell in both the corridor and the room. It was not overwhelming, but it was identifiable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Overall, I was satisfied. There is a small cafe downstairs that is not bad. The food here is good, the breakfast is also good, and the set meal ordered in the evening is also good. I recommend everyone to go there in the morning to have a bowl of beef noodles. The front desk is very enthusiastic and gave various directions and recommendations. The quality of mineral water is very unexpected. Is it because the hotel standard is high or Chengdu hotels are too expensive? Very good hotel, I chose this hotel for my business trip to Chengdu this year.
