The room was spotless and the facilities were brand new. The bed was huge, and the cleaning staff came daily. They even offered laundry and dry-cleaning services with delivery, and the staff's attitude was incredibly friendly. The 24-hour front desk was always quick to resolve any issues. Plus, it's very pet-friendly and offers excellent value for money!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and even upgraded us to a superior room when we checked in. We had a very comfortable stay and they also recommended some excellent local restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of delicious options! They even gave us a May Day gift when we checked out. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!
