Kind and friendly front desk ladies & gentlemen, with Carrefour supermarket and few restos nearby, metro is only less than 10mins walk away from hotel

The service is good. However, I don’t feel safe at the area next to the hotel.

Hotel services were excellent especially the breakfast. Lots of variety and the artisanal yogurts selection was wonderful. Only negative comment is the area around the hotel. Quiet at night and best not to walk around when it gets dark.

Stayed here for 5 nights: 10.04-10.09 Overall experience: The room space is OK~ It is definitely spacious for one person. The location is OK~ But I personally walked the city for 4 days and felt that the hotel was still a little far from the city~ It took at least 15,000+ steps to walk back and forth. It is of course more convenient to take the ground light rail~ (You can buy a 24H/48H light rail ticket according to your own time~ (I didn’t take the bus in Bordeaux~ I don’t know the specific situation). The hotel facilities are generally OK. But there is no toothpaste, toothbrush & slippers in the hotel. The minibar was only equipped with 1 bottle of water on the first day. There is a City Carrefour supermarket nearby. You can go there to buy if you need it. Breakfast is €22, which is quite satisfactory. Basically the same content every day. No surprises. But it is generally OK. The hotel front desk can speak fluent English~ It is generally quite enthusiastic. The lens has a wide angle. Pictures are for your reference when traveling.
