Room is a little dated but the bed is comfy. Shower was okay, have enough water pressure Internet is a little weird but okay

Very disappointed when we arrived at 14.30 on Friday to be told it would cost us £10 if we wanted to checkin before 15.00. Even though I had joined the Ibis membership scheme ALL.com on Tuesday and my mate who was sharing the twin room has been a member for over 3 years. The reception was a real “job’s worth” and said as the booking was in my name this didn’t count and insisted on trying to charge us £10 to boo in 30 minutes early. Even though when I signed up to the scheme in Bristol on Tuesday we were allowed to book in at 1 o’clock 🤷🏽♂️ Other than that, it was OK, not great

Reserved for three people, yet only one double bed was provided without an extra bed set up, and no additional towels were available. The room has an unusual odor. Despite this, the staff demonstrated kindness and hospitality.

A very central location, with superb breakfast. We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough). Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door. Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding). Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

Room was dirty and stuffy the air con didn’t work no window to open was too hot to sleep! Was told that breakfast was on till 12 by reception came down and it had finished! Wasn’t told car park was free by the attendant then got charged £13 when leaving when could of paid a fiver round the corner! Absolutely awful experience!

Excellent location. The staff were helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was plentiful, always being replenished and had milk alternatives. There is a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby which is a great added bonus!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very convenient to go out and hang out. The staff is kind and friendly. The room is clean, but it is a bit thin. Because of the family trip, a sofa bed was arranged. The quality of the sofa bed is relatively poor and uneven. It feels like sleeping in waves. Comparatively Difficulty falling asleep

Except for the old environment, overall I am very satisfied. For breakfast, you can consider going out to eat.

Overall all good. It's in a handy area and the staff are friendly. I was able to store my luggage for free without any hassle. The room was clean and tidy, and there was everything that I needed. The only thing is that although I feel a bit cold in the room, I couldn't turn on the heating system.

Lovely comfy bed quiet and very convenient for where we want to go always choose this hotel if we go a concert and we like to go and have a drink and food on broad street. Weve never had any problems with our stays.

Clean, quiet, within walking distance to New Street station, courteous members of staff. I will definitely stay there again as need arises.
