The hotel's location is excellent, and the overall interior design and cleanliness are impeccable. The pool is fantastic and not too crowded. There are many foreigners staying at the hotel, mainly due to its proximity to the embassy district. You can walk to many great restaurants nearby, and the bakery and German restaurant downstairs are also highlights. Being surrounded by many embassies gives you a unique feel of the capital city. The Liangma River is right next to the hotel, and we went kayaking there with my family in the evening, experiencing a unique sense of relaxation in Beijing. Special thanks to Silvia for her attentive service. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Beijing.

The room facilities are quite outdated, almost like something from the last century, and the bathroom is in poor condition with cracks on the sink. However, the front desk staff, especially Supervisor Jingjing, was incredibly positive and enthusiastic. Xiao Wu and Xiao Lu also provided excellent and thoughtful service, even helping me with my luggage. When my friend came to visit, they even called my room to ask for my permission before letting them up, which made me feel very secure – other hotels would have just sent them up directly. It was a really good stay. If you don't mind the old facilities, I think this hotel is an excellent choice.

Really good! I arrived very early after my flight and was able to check in several hours in advance, the front desk service was excellent. The hotel is very new, and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a rain shower with good water pressure. The room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet. It's also very close to the subway station. There are KFC and McDonald's nearby. There was a minor issue, but the staff handled it with a great attitude. Overall, a very good experience.

Pros: The suite is so spacious you could throw a party in it. It's very clean. Good location. The design looks pleasing, but it's not very comfortable to stay in (see cons below). Cons: They compare themselves to five-star hotels, but the suite only has one bathroom. (My partner and I had to fight over the toilet for the first time in a suite). The electric curtain controls are only on the bedside table, not next to the curtains themselves. Sharing the lobby with an office building feels a bit off, like you're sneaking around. The space is huge but incredibly empty. The unusable empty space in the suite could fit three 'Mixue Bingcheng' ice cream shops. The design aesthetic far outweighs its practicality. Breakfast... let's just say it leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, it's okay. However, it definitely doesn't match the price point or its claim of being a five-star hotel. I feel like their standard rooms might offer better value for money and could be worth trying, but I'd advise against booking a suite.

💚💛 I'd always heard Atour was a business hotel, but it wasn't until I stayed at this Atour near Beijing Chaoyang Station with my parents that I realized what a true 'hidden gem' it is! ♥️ From the hardware to the software, Atour's excellence is truly in the details… 🎈At 8:30 PM, just as we arrived at Beijing South Station, I received a message from the hotel saying that a quiet room, convenient for dining, had been prepared for my parents, and they thoughtfully provided congee for them (late-night congee service). 🎈The friendly front desk staff offered us pear juice, and since we were three people in a family room, they also gave us an extra breakfast voucher. 🎈The room was spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a table, and didn't feel crowded at all, even with three large and three small pieces of luggage. 🎈The sweet and delicious 'Atour Tea' – turns out all the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary! 🎈I was amazed by the bath products; the shampoo actually gave my hair the fluffy feeling of a high-end brand. 🎈The bath towels were individually packaged, non-disposable, sterilized, and convenient – safe, reliable, and trustworthy! 🎈The bathroom had the much-anticipated retractable clothesline – I loved it! 🎈The bedding, as always, was excellent – the kind that makes you fall asleep instantly. 🎈Breakfast details are in the picture below. 🎈It was my first time having a deluxe version of Beijing-style soy milk and fried dough sticks! 🍳🥗🫕🍜🍴🍉🍇 Throughout our month-long trip, no matter where we stopped or which hotel we stayed at, I always felt that the first hotel we checked into, [Atour Beijing Chaoyang Park Chaoyang Station], was the most heartwarming. Location: Right outside Exit B of Shilipu Station on Line 6, next to Luckin Coffee. It's incredibly convenient for getting around by subway, making it easy to visit attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Both the front desk staff and cleaning ladies were very friendly. There's also a washing machine and dryer available. Overall: I was quite satisfied with everything – convenient location, large space, and comfortable bedding!

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western pastries, hot porridge, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh fruits. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were light. The cleaning staff tidied up daily at set times, and any requests to the front desk were met with a quick response. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, suitable for both leisure travelers and business trips. I've already recommended it to my colleagues and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area.

It's great value for money, with complete facilities, perfect for a travel stopover. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a reassuring place to stay when traveling. I'd definitely choose it again on my next visit, highly recommend!

First off, the location is fantastic and super convenient. It's just a 3-stop subway ride from Beijing Chaoyang Station, and then a straight walk of less than 200 meters – I almost walked past it! It's also very close to Sanlitun, an easy stroll away. Secondly, the service was good; check-in was smooth, and the cleaning staff (Ayi) was lovely. Thirdly, the facilities are comprehensive. The fridge is a summer essential, the air conditioning works great, and the shower head is decent. I forgot to request a room not at the end of the hall when I booked, and sure enough, that's exactly where I ended up. The soundproofing isn't great; I was worried my 'Xiao Du' (smart speaker) would get activated by the young lady next door calling hers. I'm not sure if it's because it's on the ground floor, but the bathroom had a musty smell, and there were occasional small flying insects. The blackout curtains aren't the best, but thankfully I'm a good sleeper. Overall, for late June in Beijing, I'd say it offers good value for money.

First, let's talk about the service. The staff were all warm, polite, and responsive, always willing to meet my requests. However, the lady at the front desk who handled my check-in seemed unfamiliar with the process. I only asked for a room with a sofa, and it took her over ten minutes to sort it out. She even needed a male colleague next to her to remind her how to do it. On top of that, I had to pay twice to upgrade my room twice, which was not a good experience. Also, I waited until late at night for the laundry machines to be free. I waited from 2 AM until past 4 AM, only to find that the two dryers, which had been running for 120 minutes, contained only one pair of pants and one shirt, and they were still folded! If this was staff operating them, it's a huge waste of resources! I ended up not sleeping all night just waiting for those two machines! The room facilities are a bit old, as you can see from the pictures. I forgot to take a photo of the black tape on the shower handle. It wouldn't cost much to re-caulk the moldy areas and replace the hose! Everything else was alright, but I hope these issues can be improved!
