The room's location was perfect – very quiet. Housekeeping did a thorough and clean job. The front desk service was excellent, very thoughtful and polite, especially the staff working on the morning of the 10th. I've already extended my stay and will definitely be back.

My experience this time wasn't great. I specifically checked Ctrip for a hotel in Sanlitun because I was traveling with my child and wanted easy access to sightseeing and shopping. The platform showed this hotel was only about 500 meters from Sanlitun, so I booked it. However, upon check-in, when I asked the front desk, the staff told me it was quite a distance, not walkable, and would require taking the subway or a taxi. I was instantly disappointed and felt a bit cheated. I hope others with similar needs can avoid this pitfall. On the brighter side, the hotel's overall environment, service, cleanliness, and food were all acceptable. I hope the hotel continues to improve.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to shopping areas and public transport, making it easy to get around and dine out. The service staff were attentive and friendly. It's also very convenient to get to tourist spots by subway. The restaurant right outside the hotel was also great. A very satisfying trip to Beijing!

Came to Beijing for my birthday and a concert, so I booked this hotel in Chaoyang District. The location is great, with convenient transportation nearby, and it's close to the venue. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but you can arrange a car with the front desk beforehand to drop you off at the nearest station. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded my room for free. When I got to the room, I also found a welcome fruit platter and yogurt, and the mini-bar was fully stocked. You can tell from these details that they genuinely care about their guests and aren't just doing things half-heartedly. The building we stayed in seemed to be newly renovated. It had excellent natural light, making the whole space very bright. The room was quite spacious and well-laid out, so a family wouldn't feel cramped. It was also very clean. Plus, there's a kids' play area, which is perfect for families with children. Breakfast was really good, with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was great. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely consider this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.

I watched the clouds drift by, letting my body and mind relax in the gentle breeze, and occasionally even had a close encounter with a lazy cat. This rare sense of relaxation and ease is enough to make one yearn for a return visit.

Huge thanks to the front desk staff for upgrading my windowless single room to a deluxe single with a window! I even got to see a rainbow after the Beijing downpour. It's super close to the visa application center, which made sorting out my visa a breeze. The front desk also offers luggage storage on the day of check-out, which was incredibly convenient.
