Hotels in Jinsong and Panjiayuan Area, Beijing

This hotel is incredibly warm and welcoming. On a scorching hot day, it was so refreshing to step into a cool environment. They provided adorable slippers for the kids, and the room was spotlessly clean. They even gave us an extra quilt for the two children and upgraded our room! Just outside, there are two authentic roast duck restaurants, and getting around is super convenient. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

Excellent experience! The hotel delivered my takeout directly to the room. They even upgraded my room since it was available. On the day we checked out, we were a bit slow packing and went past 12 PM, but the front desk didn't rush us and even extended our stay for a while for free. When we finally finished packing, it was raining outside, and the front desk extended our stay again for free! It was truly wonderful, and my experience this time was fantastic! The water was hot and plentiful, and the air conditioning was powerful, blowing out such cold air that I needed a blanket. The transportation is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The location is also excellent.

Highly recommend Mercure Beijing Panjiayuan! The front desk service was absolutely top-notch – friendly, professional, and super efficient throughout. Big shout out to the hotel staff! Check-in was fast, the staff were so kind, and they went out of their way to help with directions and luggage storage. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Both the service and the food were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.

We stayed here with our family for our trip to Beijing. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the rooms were kept in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the metro is within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and a good base for exploring Beijing.

The independent bathroom was quite convenient. The hygiene was clean and tidy, and the bedding didn't feel damp. The air conditioner was broken due to the weather, but they later sent a fruit platter. Their handling of the situation was very good. There's free parking and it's close to the subway station. It's two subway stops from the Temple of Heaven and six stops from Tiananmen Square. There's Peking duck available downstairs.

The front desk staff was so nice and even upgraded my room! It was huge – totally exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is great, really close to the subway and a shopping mall, super convenient. I couldn't get the projector to work the first time, and even though it was late, the staff were all incredibly patient and helpful. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is right by the South Third Ring Road. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The two double beds were spacious enough for four girls, and there was also a desk and a small dining table. The front desk staff were wonderful, making us feel right at home! Plus, there's free parking. Just a small suggestion: it would be more practical if the toilet and shower had separate doors so they don't interfere with each other, and a mini-fridge would make it perfect!

This is a new hotel, so all the facilities are brand new, and the bed linens and duvet covers are pristine white. The hygiene conditions are excellent. The front desk staff upgraded my room, which was further from the lobby and restrooms, making it quieter, so I had a great night's sleep. The location is good, about an 8-10 minute walk from Shuangjing subway station, and there's a bus stop right outside. There are tons of food options, and shopping is very convenient. You'll find Jingkelong supermarket, 7-Eleven, Bianlifeng, as well as Gongmenkou Mantou and Ziguan Park snack shops. However, because it's newly opened, to be honest, I still detected a slight smell of renovation. It's a big plus that the male and female restrooms are separate. The women's restroom has 4 stalls, 4 shower rooms, and one hairdryer. It would be even better if there was one more hairdryer.

Everything was great, especially the staff's attitude – they were warm and friendly. Special shout-out to the lady at the front desk in the black jacket and glasses, and the tall lady in the gray uniform. Just a small suggestion: Could the laundry service be limited to one wash per room per night? I saw someone splitting a whole basket of dirty clothes into three washing machines, making it impossible for others to do their laundry.

Traveling with kids was so easy, especially with the pull-out sofa bed. The front desk staff were incredibly responsive and immediately resolved any issues we had. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location is excellent. It only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get to Tiananmen Square for the flag-raising ceremony. The surrounding neighborhood is well-developed with plenty of amenities; we enjoyed some amazing Peking duck and hot pot nearby, both very close to the hotel.
