This is one of the best-value hotels right in the center of Beijing. The Hotel is located in the city center, but in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood — perfect if you want convenience without the chaos. Very affordable prices. Spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. But the real highlight is the lobby… It feels more like a library café than a hotel. In the evening, you can sit there in total calm, read a book, work on your laptop, and enjoy delicious coffee… made and served by a robot. And yes — if you order delivery, another robot brings it straight to your room door. The area is also great — surrounded by restaurants, shops, and fruit markets, everything you need within walking distance. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay with a unique touch — this is a great find.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was exceptionally good, especially the front desk staff – they deserve a shout-out! The room was spotless, and they even helped with our luggage. Definitely worth mentioning. I'll be back next time!

Five stars, highly recommend! I specifically came to Panjiayuan for antiques, and choosing this Mercure was absolutely the right decision. The location is unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to Panjiayuan Station on Line 10, and both the morning and night markets of the Antique City are within walking distance. The subway takes you directly to Guomao, Temple of Heaven, and Wangfujing, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel has an elegant French light luxury style. The lobby's fragrance is pleasant, and the lounge offers complimentary freshly ground coffee that you can take with you – super convenient to grab a cup before heading to the market. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The entire room features smart lighting and curtains, and the Sealy mattress is just the right firmness. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the rain shower has strong water pressure, and the toiletries are high quality. The breakfast buffet caters to both Western and Chinese tastes, with French bread, a variety of cheeses, and even a robot that cooks fresh noodles, along with hot porridge and pastries – a rich selection. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are fully equipped, making it suitable for both short and long stays. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in was efficient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Panjiayuan!

Had a great stay! The room was spotless, and the disposable toiletries were fully stocked. The facilities were complete and in excellent condition, and the soft mattress made for a wonderful night's sleep. The front desk service was friendly and attentive, and check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for taxis and the subway. The value for money is outstanding, I highly recommend it!

The room isn't huge, but the twin beds I booked were each 1.5 meters wide, which was perfect for traveling with kids – we could easily share a bed. The soundproofing was great, and I slept really well at night. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with all sorts of snack bars, a supermarket, and restaurants – super convenient! Songjiazhuang subway station is only about 500 meters from the hotel, making it easy to get around. We could reach the Forbidden City, the National Museum, and Tiananmen Square within 40 minutes. The only minor downside was that the window glass wasn't sparkling clean, which affected the view a bit.

My sister and I stayed here together. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they even called my parents since I'm underage when we checked in. During our stay, they were very responsive to all our requests, and the amenities were also very comfortable. It's really close to Tiananmen Square and the Temple of Heaven, and getting a taxi is super convenient.

Traveling solo, I felt completely safe staying here. The location is great and easy to find, close to the subway station, and within walking distance to Hopson One. The common areas are clean and tidy, with plenty of seating in the lounge. The laundry and drying facilities are excellent. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I had no worries staying here alone. The front desk staff, especially one young lady, was incredibly kind and patient.

This hotel is absolutely lovely! It's super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the inner ring line of Metro Line 10, making it easy to get anywhere. The bedding is comfortable, and the service is excellent. I especially loved the unique Pu-erh tea in the lobby and even got to participate in a cultural heritage sachet-making activity, creating a sleep-inducing sachet. It really helped relieve my fatigue during my business trip.

Traveling with kids was so easy, especially with the pull-out sofa bed. The front desk staff were incredibly responsive and immediately resolved any issues we had. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location is excellent. It only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get to Tiananmen Square for the flag-raising ceremony. The surrounding neighborhood is well-developed with plenty of amenities; we enjoyed some amazing Peking duck and hot pot nearby, both very close to the hotel.
