The stay was pretty good, and the location is quite convenient for getting around. The front desk service was decent, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. I'd consider staying here again. Plus, there's a shopping mall right next door, which is very convenient, and it's close to the subway station!

Maintaining the consistent décor style of DoubleTree by Hilton hotels, the facilities are brand new. The separate shower and toilet design is very thoughtful. The only downsides are: the shower room is too small and there's nowhere to place clothes for changing; the air conditioning in the room is set to a minimum of 24 degrees Celsius and cannot be lowered, which meant I, as someone from the south, had to open the window occasionally for fresh air.

This is one of the best-value hotels right in the center of Beijing. The Hotel is located in the city center, but in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood — perfect if you want convenience without the chaos. Very affordable prices. Spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. But the real highlight is the lobby… It feels more like a library café than a hotel. In the evening, you can sit there in total calm, read a book, work on your laptop, and enjoy delicious coffee… made and served by a robot. And yes — if you order delivery, another robot brings it straight to your room door. The area is also great — surrounded by restaurants, shops, and fruit markets, everything you need within walking distance. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay with a unique touch — this is a great find.

The hotel room was exceptionally good, with a prime and clean location. There are many hotels nearby, but I chose this one because it's very close to the Temple of Heaven Park and also near the Guomao CBD. The staff were very welcoming and even gave us souvenirs. We really enjoyed our stay here. There were also many international tourists who were thrilled to visit the Great Wall of China. I'd recommend other guests try the restaurant on the second floor; it's convenient and the food, while a bit spicy, is incredibly fragrant. If you're coming to Beijing, staying here is definitely super convenient. The bottled water in the room is complimentary, and the air conditioning is wonderfully cool and comfortable. Plus, having a robot deliver takeout to the room is a huge convenience!

This is my second stay here, and the experience this time was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star recommendation! The biggest plus is the location – it's very close to Tiananmen Square, just a few minutes' walk away. This means no need to rush in the early morning to visit the Forbidden City or watch the flag-raising ceremony. Plus, the surrounding area has everything you need: subway stations, restaurants, making getting around super convenient. The room facilities are excellent; all the appliances and bathroom amenities are new. The hot water supply is plentiful, and the soundproofing is good too. The entire room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing to return to after a long day. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. Overall, everything about this place is impeccable, and the value for money is outstanding. If you're coming to Beijing to see Tiananmen Square, I highly recommend this hotel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! Every time I visit, the lobby is always sparkling clean, and during holidays, they always have unique and charming decorations.

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and well-maintained! Transportation: The transportation is very convenient. It's a quick taxi ride from the South Station, and it's especially convenient for getting to the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Cancer Hospital, just a 2-3 minute walk! Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is good too! The complimentary bottled water is Nongfu Spring, and there's plenty of it every day. Environment: The environment is great, with Longtan Lake right across the street and comprehensive and convenient amenities nearby! Service: The service is excellent and very welcoming. The front desk staff are also very friendly. We stayed for a long time and even got a room upgrade.

We had a pleasant stay at IU Hotel (Beijing Panjiayuanxi Subway Station Cancer Hospital). The location is convenient, especially for visitors who need easy access to the nearby subway station and Cancer Hospital. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided good value for money. I would especially like to commend the receptionist, Yang, for the excellent service. Yang was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm attitude made the stay much more enjoyable and welcoming. There are only two minor issues that could be improved. First, the room was not well insulated from noise, and we could hear conversations and activity from the reception area quite clearly. Second, the faucet near the door had an unpleasant smell whenever it was used. Addressing these issues would make the guest experience even better. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a convenient and affordable option in Beijing. Thank you, Yang, for the outstanding hospitality.

Five stars, highly recommend! I specifically came to Panjiayuan for antiques, and choosing this Mercure was absolutely the right decision. The location is unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to Panjiayuan Station on Line 10, and both the morning and night markets of the Antique City are within walking distance. The subway takes you directly to Guomao, Temple of Heaven, and Wangfujing, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel has an elegant French light luxury style. The lobby's fragrance is pleasant, and the lounge offers complimentary freshly ground coffee that you can take with you – super convenient to grab a cup before heading to the market. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The entire room features smart lighting and curtains, and the Sealy mattress is just the right firmness. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the rain shower has strong water pressure, and the toiletries are high quality. The breakfast buffet caters to both Western and Chinese tastes, with French bread, a variety of cheeses, and even a robot that cooks fresh noodles, along with hot porridge and pastries – a rich selection. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room are fully equipped, making it suitable for both short and long stays. The front desk staff were warm and patient, and check-in was efficient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Panjiayuan!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and I really appreciate the free upgrade! The bedding and bathroom were very clean. The smart toilet's flush wasn't always responsive though; it didn't flush every time I pressed the button.
