This was my first stay at a Pullman, and I've truly discovered a hidden gem! The front desk service was exceptional, and the entire team was incredibly warm and helpful at every turn. Sarah, the Front Office Manager, was particularly attentive throughout my stay, and I'm very grateful for her assistance. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's environment itself was also very pleasant.

First time in Beijing Yizhuang, and I just randomly picked the Echeng Hotel, but what a pleasant surprise! When I stay at a hotel, cleanliness is my top priority, and this place absolutely nailed it. The room was meticulously cleaned; the floors were sparkling, the desk spotless, and the bathroom tiles and toilet rim were perfectly clean, with not a single water mark or stain. The bedding looked incredibly comfortable, the duvet was soft, and the sheets and duvet cover were crisp and dry – I felt instantly relaxed lying down. The front desk lady was super nice, spoke very gently, and checked me in quickly. She was patient and helpful with all my questions. The room facilities were all very new; the air conditioning, lights, and outlets worked perfectly, and hot water was instant and at a perfect temperature. The internet speed was stable and perfectly fine for daily use. Eating out is also convenient, with small shops downstairs and within walking distance. This is my first time in Beijing, and I'm so glad I found such a satisfying hotel. I truly recommend it!

We really liked this hotel, polite staff, the receptionist JunYi Xie speaks very good English, he always helped us in all matters. The hotel can be proud of such an employee. The rooms are very clean, cleaning every day, room cleaning 5/5. We were in room 417 and we liked everything. thanks for all.

The hotel was spotless with no strange odors. Facilities were comprehensive, and the soundproofing was excellent. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The staff were warm and attentive, and the room had great natural light, quiet, and comfortable. It felt just like home. I highly recommend this Orange Hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for a five-day business trip, and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to get to all my meeting locations quickly. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, consistent hot water, and was meticulously clean with no strange odors. The high-speed WiFi never dropped, and the spacious desk was perfect for working on documents. It was quiet at night, allowing me to get plenty of rest and recharge. The hotel also offers free ironing, copying, and printing services, which perfectly suited my business travel needs. The breakfast buffet was constantly refilled and offered mild, pleasant-tasting options. Anne and Xiao Hao were professional and not intrusive, and any issues I reported were handled very quickly. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall amenities are excellent, making this a top choice for regular business travelers.

I've reviewed this hotel multiple times, having stayed here off and on for over ten years. Honestly, one picture of a fully booked hotel says it all. The service quality from Manager Song and the entire team has been consistently excellent! The picture shows it's fully booked. Laundry is free, and they pre-sanitize with LG disinfectant. Highly recommended again!

I booked this online, hoping to be closer to my company for a business trip. Didn't expect the environment to be worse than imagined. The air conditioning felt like it wasn't even on. It was a small window room, and I couldn't adjust anything. Breakfast was decent, but the space was a bit cramped. It would be better if I could change room types if I wasn't satisfied.

I slept so comfortably that I called the front desk the next day to ask about the brand of the mattress and pillows. They were even more comfortable than Atour's—absolutely amazing!

The Heavenly Bed was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. The toiletries had a salon-quality fragrance, and the bathtub, paired with a scenic window, made for a perfect sunset soak. The ambiance was absolutely fantastic! 🛁 ▫️Service: The butler-style service was incredibly impressive. They remembered my preferred tea, and when they noticed I had a cold, they proactively brought me ginger tea. Even the slippers were custom-made. ▫️Breakfast + Pool: The freshly baked croissants were incredibly flaky. After a swim in the high-altitude, heated pool, wrapping myself in a towel that smelled of sunshine… This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary in the city! 🌿 I've already recommended it to all my friends. For anniversaries or holidays, just book it without hesitation!
