It was a really great stay! They offer airport shuttle service to both T2 and T3. If you need a ride back to the airport, just register at the front desk when you check in. Shuttles run every hour on the dot, which is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange odors. Plus, there's a cute robot that delivers food! The lobby has a big fish tank with beautiful koi. If you walk a few hundred meters to the left after exiting, there's a bus stop, and right across the street is a food street, so you'll have no trouble finding places to eat. Highly recommend to everyone!

Our experience was absolutely authentic and we were very satisfied, giving it a perfect 100% rating! We booked three rooms in total. When one of my friends needed to extend their stay unexpectedly, Manager Huo not only proactively helped us sort out the rooms but the hotel staff also went above and beyond by checking in on and looking after my friend! We are extremely grateful! Staying here felt just like being at home. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

You can see big planes ✈️ from the room! 😄😄 This was a very satisfying stay. A big thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk for her warm welcome. She upgraded us to a much better room in advance – it was spacious and bright. We had a lot of luggage, and she helped us get it to the room, which was a huge help, thank you! The breakfast was delicious, with coffee, milk, and plenty of main dishes, enough to fill you up, and it was clean! The room's hygiene was excellent, and the air conditioning was super powerful, keeping it really cool. Watching the World Cup on the giant projector screen was absolutely amazing, just fantastic! I'd definitely give it 100 points. I'm extremely satisfied and I'm sure I'll be back next time! Satisfied! 👍👍

I chose this hotel because I had a layover in Beijing and it's close to the airport. They offer a dedicated pick-up and drop-off service. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

My relatives came to visit from out of town, so I booked this hotel nearby for them to stay at temporarily, considering its convenient location. The hotel was easy to find and well-situated for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was simple and efficient, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located under a flight path, so you can occasionally hear planes at night, but the noise level isn't too high and generally doesn't disturb sleep. The overall environment at night is quiet, allowing for a good rest. As a choice for a one-night stopover, everything met expectations, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely recommend this place for temporary stays to any future friends visiting from out of town. There's also a supermarket about 100 meters from the hotel, which is convenient for buying things.

The environment and service, as always, were great. The hot spring wasn't too crowded on Saturday, and with cherry blossoms blooming all over in spring, it's perfect for seniors and families with kids. There were also weddings and children's birthday parties on the weekend. A new Prague restaurant opened nearby, and both the management and food are worth recommending. However, the breakfast quality at Chunhuiyuan has declined, and I hope they can improve it. The new 'On the Way' within the hotel complex has a nice atmosphere, but the prices for dining within the resort have always been relatively high. They'd be more competitive if they improved their value for money.

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the subway network. Of course, in Chinese cities, including Beijing, near doesn't mean the same as in Europe, and in this case ”just by the airport” means 19.5 km from it by car, but still this is way closer than any downtown hotel - and thanks to the nearby metro station (terminal station) you can get downtown in comfort and quite quickly. Things I liked and things I didn't like here? Liked the building, the furniture, the bed and bathroom cleanliness (perfect towels too). However, they didn't clean the glass top table well, and also the floor could be cleaner. Service was the other weak point. No English whatsoever, and also they tried to give me a ”free downgrade” to smaller room without table and chairs, until I reminded them that I had booked a higher class room. Other than that... nice people, helpful... I was happy to stay there.

The overall stay experience exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were gentle and polite upon arrival, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room hygiene was meticulously done, the bathroom was odor-free, and the facilities were complete and in good working order, with stable air conditioning and hot water. The soundproofing was good, so I had a quiet night's rest. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the environment was clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Traveling from Fujian to my hometown in Northeast China, I stopped in Shunyi, Beijing, overnight. I booked this hotel on Ctrip at 2 AM, just looking for a place to crash for a night. I didn't expect the front desk to be particularly welcoming at such a late hour, but to my surprise, the staff was incredibly patient and polite during check-in. The cleaning auntie was also very courteous. What really surprised us was how quiet, clean, and comfortable the environment was. When we checked out, I accidentally left a necklace in the room. The staff called us to confirm, but due to time constraints, we decided to forego picking it up (even though it wasn't valuable, we were already on the highway). Seriously, this place is super amazing! I highly recommend this hotel. It's a shame I didn't take any photos because it was so late.
