This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I'm completely won over! Not only did we have a great stay, but we also happened to catch the grand opening of their new outdoor restaurant on the 13th floor. The ambiance was incredible, with a really romantic vibe – perfect for a couple's date. The food was also excellent value for money. On top of that, the guest relations manager provided really nice service.

Calling this a hotel doesn't quite do it justice; it's more like a meticulously crafted work of art. Light and shadow dance through the corridors, and a pleasant fragrance fills the air. Every corner reveals a design detail that brings a smile to your face. But what truly sets it apart is how they've integrated luxury into the unseen: perfectly soundproofed walls, a hairdryer that's gentle on your hair, and even a thoughtfully chosen book by the bedside. This kind of soul-touching aesthetic resonance made me genuinely reluctant to check out.

I chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be for business, and my overall experience was quite good. The location is excellent, conveniently close to my workplace, and it's easy to get around by taxi. Check-in was quick and efficient upon arrival. The front desk staff were friendly and always responded promptly to any questions I had, without being dismissive. The room was very clean, the bedding had no strange odors, and the bathroom was spotless – perfectly adequate for an everyday stay. The bed was just the right firmness, and I slept well at night. All the necessary amenities were provided in the room, the hot water was quick, and the air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating. Of course, it wasn't absolutely perfect; occasionally, I could hear a little bit of noise from outside, but once the door was closed, it didn't affect my sleep, so it was a minor, acceptable issue. For this area, the value for money is quite good. It's suitable whether you're on a short business trip or staying for leisure. Overall, I had a positive experience. I would definitely consider this hotel first if I return to this area, and I'd recommend it to friends.

The environment and service, as always, were great. The hot spring wasn't too crowded on Saturday, and with cherry blossoms blooming all over in spring, it's perfect for seniors and families with kids. There were also weddings and children's birthday parties on the weekend. A new Prague restaurant opened nearby, and both the management and food are worth recommending. However, the breakfast quality at Chunhuiyuan has declined, and I hope they can improve it. The new 'On the Way' within the hotel complex has a nice atmosphere, but the prices for dining within the resort have always been relatively high. They'd be more competitive if they improved their value for money.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was spotlessly clean, well-arranged, and a comfortable size. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the lighting creates a warm atmosphere. The common areas are impeccably maintained. My stay was super comfortable, and I'll definitely choose this place again.

The service here is excellent, and the environment is very good. The laundry service is a plus, especially with the dryer that lets you monitor completion time via your phone. They even have a robot deliver items, and the unlimited supply of mineral water is a great touch. Breakfast is quite commendable, and the airport shuttle service was also very good, with patient staff. All the front desk personnel were nice. There's a supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel, making dining very convenient. They also support room service, and the free sour plum soup and freshly ground coffee are highlights. The only downside is the fluctuating price; I stayed for several nights and paid different rates, even when extending my stay. It feels like booking in advance, and avoiding weekends, makes it much cheaper. Also, the hot water had a peculiar slippery feeling, and I'm not sure why.

It was freezing outside in winter, but super warm inside – I felt like I could wear a T-shirt, the air conditioning was excellent. The service was generally great. My child threw a beanbag up onto the ceiling, which was about three or four meters high, and the hotel staff even managed to get it down for us. I'm very grateful for that. I deducted 0.5 points for service because the front desk staff seemed clueless; when I asked where to feed the alpacas, they said they didn't know and that it was handled by the hot springs area, implying it wasn't under their management. They mentioned the hot springs and entertainment were outsourced. However, we found the alpacas just a short distance outside the hotel lobby entrance, along with geese, ducks, and chickens. There were three large and two small alpacas, and they were adorable. Do bring them some carrots and greens; they looked quite hungry. For breakfast, go early, before 8 AM, as it's very abundant. If you go later, you'll miss out on the delicious cream cakes. Dinner was a buffet due to New Year's, and the seafood was quite fresh for the hotpot. The hot springs were a bit crowded, but the kids had a good time, mostly hitting each other with ocean balls. There weren't many indoor hot spring pools, making it a bit cramped. The temperatures were all high, but it was very clean. They said there were outdoor pools too, but we didn't go as it was too cold.

I had a very satisfying stay! The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities worked perfectly with no strange odors. The staff provided attentive service and responded quickly to requests. The environment was quiet at night, allowing me to get excellent rest. Plus, there are plenty of convenient and affordable food and drink options nearby. I genuinely recommend staying here! 👍

The hotel offers free parking, which is shared with other businesses. Finding a spot can be a bit of a hunt. In the higher-floor rooms, you can hear a strong wind at night; it's partly due to the weather, but also because the windows aren't sealed properly. The noise from the next room was quite disruptive. Other than that, it was okay.
