I always like to stay here when I come to Beijing. The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The room is well-lit, well-equipped, quiet, comfortable, hygienic and clean, with all the details in place. The mattress is comfortable, the water pressure is high, the water is fast and the water temperature is suitable, the bath is comfortable, the internet speed is fast and it is convenient for working. There is a lot of space in the parking lot next to it, so you can rest assured. The location is very good, very close to the subway station. The location is great and the transportation is convenient.

I am satisfied most of the time and have been living for the whole season. It was a late return to the hotel one night. The uncle security guard at the door stared at me repeatedly and asked where I was staying. He answered him three times, and he went to the front desk to ask if it was...like I lied to him, which was very uncomfortable. Others are okay, I will choose the whole season next time.

I forgot to upgrade the room when I checked in, and there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. When I asked the front desk, they only cared about whether I had moved the bed in the room, which was really outrageous. Fortunately, the manager on duty later expressed his apology and stopped giving the negative review. The room size and location are both good, and the price is not expensive. There is also a washing machine and refrigerator, which is convenient for working. It is still worth recommending. I just hope that the training of front desk staff can be strengthened.

The second time I came to this one, I was still very satisfied, and I felt like I was going to visit again. The entrance to the subway is very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic. The lady at the front desk is very polite and kind. Considering that we still did not have the departure time after the last day of late check-out, we had to rest for a long time before checking out, which was well received. I will still choose this when I come to Beijing in the future

Booked for my mother. The boss knew that my mother wanted to save money and helped her change to a cheaper one. I will work hard to make money and arrange my mother to stay in a five-star hotel in the future.
