This stay was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star review! A special shout-out to Xiaodu from customer service. From patiently answering my questions before booking to offering thoughtful assistance during check-in, she was incredibly responsive throughout. She even helped me get a room upgrade, providing truly warm and personalized service. The hotel lobby has an elegant design, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. The night view from the window was captivating. The location is superb, right next to the subway station. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and the local snacks were authentic. They even gave me a complimentary gift upon checkout. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu. Thumbs up to Xiaodu and the entire team!

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Beijing was such a wise decision! It's conveniently located near Exit D of Yizhuang Cultural Park Station on Metro Line 8, about a ten-minute walk away, making getting around incredibly easy. I didn't have to transfer too many times to reach popular attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, or the Bird's Nest, which saved a lot of travel time. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a KFC, plus many local eateries nearby, so I could always find something to eat if I got hungry at night. The room itself was very clean and tidy; you could tell it had been meticulously cleaned. The facilities were also comprehensive, with great air conditioning, stable Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, making showers really comfortable. The service was absolutely impeccable, from the warm welcome at check-in to patiently answering all our questions, and then the quick and efficient check-out – every detail made me feel so comfortable. This kind of thoughtful and meticulous service was truly touching. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and will recommend it to friends planning a trip to Beijing!

I've stayed at Jintai Home several times before, but this is my first time at the Beijing South Railway Station location, and it's by far the most satisfying experience. The service attitude is excellent, the room is very cozy, and there's plenty of space – not cramped at all. Both beds are 1.2 meters wide, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and there's even a portable vanity mirror. And those little cookies in the snack pack are delicious!

The room environment is quite good; it's cleaned daily. Plus, you can go for breakfast, which offers delicious deep-fried dough sticks, soy milk, and steamed buns. Getting around is also convenient, as you can take either the subway or the bus.

Travelling as a family of four with young kids. We stayed at this Hotel for 8 days and loved it! While location is not great, it was quiet, rooms were big, and there was a bathtub! We chose hotel based on cleanliness rating and bathtub. Pros: Room was generally clean and very spacious. Free minibar replenished daily - 2 cans of coke zero and 2 cans of bubbly water, plus coffee and tea packets. Water is generously provided as well. We specified no housekeeping but changed towels daily and emptied rubbish daily. We only had bedsheets changed once in the 8 days. Housekeeping staff were friendly, accomodating, and thorough. Also while hotel is trying to go green, they still provided plenty of the usual amenities upon request. Additionally, they provided kids toothbrush n toothpaste, kids bedroom slippers, oil for insect bites, mosquito repellent patches, single use bathtub plastic covers. Free Wifi (no whatsapp, instagram, facebook, google access) Free use of laundry machines and dryer - best part, no detergent needed as it automatically dispenses! Food delivery ordered is placed at front desk. Hotel staff would always deliver to the room. We also had taobao buys delivered to frontdesk, a differnt counter houses all such packages which we can pick up when we come back for the day. Hotel breakfast was ¥99 for 2A2ac and was reasonable. Very nicely decorated with a good enough variety of food. We bought this for one of the days breakfasts. But really not necessary considering the variety of food delivery options available over ******* and taobao. There is also a lot of food stores just within a 3-5min walking radius. Feels safe as we are right beside/together with the districts's fire department. Cons: We got some itchy mosquito bites randomly while in hotel premise. Late at night you can see hotel staff using the electric insect beater as well.. Far from train station.. far to walk to many main sites.. But DiDi taxi is convenient and budget friendly. Overall, we would definitely chose this place again. 👍

Trip recommendations took me to this hotel… well. The location for a tourist is pretty bad, the hotel is isolated between working fields and the first coffee shop or any store market is at least 1.3/4 km away from it. I initially book 6 days because in the pictures the hotel was looking fancy, after I arrived the receptionist gave me a room that I found it not so clean, I came back to her to ask for a clean room but she told me that this is how the hotel looks like because of its age, so is not dirty is just old… she was nice with me but couldn’t do more than that. I ve got lucky that I got refund of my other 5 days and I just stayed here for 1 night. I ve walked all the way to the first busy area I found next to hotel which as you see in the map the distance, also there is nothing to see in this area , my dinner was some fruits and a sandwich and water which all were 45 Yuen.. :)) in the central area or east with 25 Yuen you are getting a great meal in any mall, here I found nothing and I walked around a lot to find something else that MC. The good news, the hotel has warm toilet 🚽:)) that was the best part of it. I ve added pictures with what I ve seen around hotel after minimum 1 km walking, down to hotel is nothing to see except street and working fields as my city view it was the working ground.

First, the pros: 1. Very close to Caoqiao subway station, direct access in 1 minute. 2. Facilities are relatively new, opened in 2026. 3. Has suites with 3 beds, suitable for family travel. Now, the cons: 1. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel that dictates laundry times for guests: 9:00 AM - 10:30 PM. Essentially, if you get back in the evening, you can't do laundry, and if you leave early the next morning, you can't either. If they're worried about disturbing guests, perhaps they shouldn't place rooms around the laundry room. If you do, then you can't expect a high rating – you'll either upset those trying to sleep or those trying to do laundry. 2. The staff training at Jinjiang is absolutely terrible. Guests aren't there to check in; they're there to be lectured. Here are a few examples: Firstly, I arrived at the hotel around 9 AM. The front desk said there were no rooms. Honestly, I've stayed at Huazhu, Atour, and various resort hotels, and it's rare to encounter a situation where there are no rooms. Even if there are none, they usually offer a cup of tea for me to rest or at least apologize. This hotel directly blamed me for arriving too early! I've never heard such a ridiculous statement! Secondly, I found the amount of dirt shown in the picture inside one of the dryers in the laundry room. This clearly indicates that the hotel staff completely neglects the cleanliness details of the laundry room. There isn't even a trash can in the laundry room. When other guests asked the staff for more hangers, the staff bluntly said, “Aren’t there some in your room?” The guest replied, “Not enough,” and the staff retorted, “What do you need so many for?” Thirdly, I overheard this in the hallway: a guest might have forgotten their room card and asked a staff member to open the door for them. The staff member said, “We’ve told you multiple times to bring your room card. Coming up here to open the door for you repeatedly wastes a lot of our time.” I originally thought Jinjiang might be improving and decided to try their best-rated brand, Cafu. But this experience was completely outrageous! I will definitely avoid Jinjiang from now on.

Our stay at Qiuguo Smart Hotel was absolutely fantastic, a definite five-star experience! I was a bit worried about traveling with my child, but when I asked the front desk for a kids' toilet seat, the staff was incredibly thoughtful. They immediately ordered one via delivery and had it sent to our room, which solved a huge problem for us. Our room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly every day, and they even proactively brought us fresh fruit, complimentary bottled water, and drinks. The service was meticulous and attentive, making us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. Great value for money and excellent service – we’ll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!

This entire hotel is exceptional, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties. The environment is lovely, with a fresh scent, and the rooms are spotless. Every day when I left, the auntie would clean my room and even folded my clothes – a big thank you to her! The gentleman who helped fix the refrigerator was also very enthusiastic, and the front desk service was prompt and excellent. Everyone's attitude here is just wonderful!

The room was full of surprises, the bedding was dry and soft and smell-free, the hygiene was very clean, the WiFi was smooth throughout, the office was not stressful, and the 24-hour self-service laundry room also met the travel needs. Robot delivery is also very convenient, breakfast Wuchang rice porridge, freshly ground coffee with fresh fruits and vegetables, nutritious and warm stomach.

Fantastic stay! The front desk lady was super thoughtful, clearly explaining the parking, breakfast location, and times. The room was spotless, every corner gleaming, and incredibly spacious – I could spread out my luggage with no problem. Outside, the lush greenery and fresh air were a treat; waking up to such a beautiful view instantly brightened my mood. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise, fully functional and hygienic, a really nice touch! There's also a lounge area in the lobby. This place offers incredible value for money, I'll definitely choose it again next time!

Hotel Location: The location is convenient with easy transportation, surrounded by several large companies and shopping malls, making it easy for business travel. Hotel Breakfast: The breakfast selection was rich, offering a Chinese buffet with fruits, eggs, milk, juice, and freshly cooked noodles, all very delicious. The hotel is in a great location- a 3 minute walk to the metro station, two malls with many different food options, and near the southern train station. The facilities themselves were a bit tricky- the heat settings in the room made it either very hot or very cold, it took a long time to figure out. The shower was a similar temperature, an inch too far to the left and it was scalding hot and an inch to far to the right and it was ice cold, it really took some getting used to. The room itself was very clean and really comfortable to relax in during the evenings as the couch was a nice addition to the small lounge and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. One of the front desk staff seemed really irritated that we kept asking for more water and if they had a microwave, however, on the whole the hotel staff are very pleasant and will be attentive to your needs. There wasn't much variety of food- it says Asian and Western, but it was entirely Asian. Still, there was an assortment of food to choose from so we never went hungry in the morning and the quality of food was very good too. For my first trip to Beijing this hotel was pretty good given the great location and how good the room is. I would recommend this hotel to others :)

This place is very quiet and comfortable to sleep in at night. The heating is good, and the front desk is great. They upgraded the facilities. I arrived in the early morning. There are barbecue stalls and a supermarket next door. It's worth checking out! It's very cost-effective! It's not far from Dongzhong, about a 20-minute walk.

It is OK from the subway, it is convenient, the hotel is in the community, not very easy to find! Other conditions are quite good, especially the hotel owner, the big brother is very good, very warm, you can also store your luggage for free, in short, the experience is good, in Beijing during May 1st, more than 300 hotels, it is still possible

The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with easy access to the city and many nearby attractions. However, the service was quite poor. The staff asked me to pay extra just to get a room on a higher floor, even though had already requested it during booking. They also tried to charge me to upgrade the mattress, claiming the one I selected was too small for two people - but it was actually a queen-sized bed 💀
