The front desk staff were warm and polite, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were brand new and easy to use. It was quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was very responsive to any issues. The complimentary honey black tea was exceptionally delicious, and the staff even gave me several bottles for free, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

My stay at Mercure Beijing South Station was absolutely fantastic! I was incredibly satisfied with the overall service, environment, and dining experience. It's definitely a hidden gem near Beijing South Station, offering both great value for money and excellent service quality. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's so close to Beijing South Station that you can walk there, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching high-speed trains or transferring – it saves so much time and hassle. The front desk staff were gentle yet professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, with no delays. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, providing attentive service that made the entire experience comfortable. The guest rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing. The bedding was soft, clean, and fluffy, and the mattress was just right – so relaxing to lie on. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The toiletries were comprehensive and effective, and the facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a high-quality living experience. I have to specifically praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The variety was truly extensive and complete, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and a good balance of meat and vegetables – so many choices! There were Chinese hot dishes, various congees, steamed buns, noodles, cold appetizers, and a full array of Western bread, cakes, toast, salads, and drinks. The biggest bonus was the live noodle station, where fresh noodles and wontons were made on the spot. The broth was savory and delicious, with rich toppings and an authentic taste. Ingredients were replenished fresh daily, and restocking was quick, so there were never any empty platters. The fruits were fresh and juicy, and the desserts had a delicate texture. The overall taste was light and palatable, not greasy. The restaurant environment was clean and bright, and tables were cleared promptly, making for a very comfortable dining experience. Overall, I could clearly feel the standardized service and meticulous attention to detail from both the HUAZHU and Mercure brands. With its attentive service, clean environment, and consistent dining quality, this hotel is undoubtedly the top choice in the South Station area, whether for business trips, leisure travel, or high-speed rail transfers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Beijing!

The rooms were clean and the service was excellent, including the front desk staff at 608 and 606, and a kind lady who helped with check-in. The housekeeping staff were particularly attentive and proactive in resolving issues. The engineer was very professional in fixing the heating noise – a quick and effective solution. Overall, a great experience.

The location is super convenient! It's just a short walk from Xitieying subway station, and there are tons of food options downstairs. Plus, a Wanda Plaza is right by the subway exit, so you can grab groceries and snacks to bring back to the hotel. Overall, a great stay!

My stay at Ande Hotel Beijing South Station Yangqiao Branch was absolutely fantastic! First, I have to give a huge shout-out to Cheche at the front desk – his attitude was just superb! He was incredibly patient throughout, answered all my questions without a hint of annoyance, which made me feel so comfortable. The hotel's environment also exceeded my expectations. It was spotless overall, with no unpleasant odors at all. Both the hallways and the room were tidily kept, making for a very reassuring stay. And I absolutely have to praise the bed! It was so soft and comfortable; the pillows and mattress were perfectly supportive. I fell asleep in no time, and the soundproofing was excellent. I slept soundly until morning without any disturbances. All the facilities were quite new too; the hot water, air conditioning, and WiFi were all stable and worked seamlessly. Its location near the station also made getting around super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends!

Definitely a full five-star review! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it easy to get around and find food. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or a short trip.

Travelling as a family of four with young kids. We stayed at this Hotel for 8 days and loved it! While location is not great, it was quiet, rooms were big, and there was a bathtub! We chose hotel based on cleanliness rating and bathtub. Pros: Room was generally clean and very spacious. Free minibar replenished daily - 2 cans of coke zero and 2 cans of bubbly water, plus coffee and tea packets. Water is generously provided as well. We specified no housekeeping but changed towels daily and emptied rubbish daily. We only had bedsheets changed once in the 8 days. Housekeeping staff were friendly, accomodating, and thorough. Also while hotel is trying to go green, they still provided plenty of the usual amenities upon request. Additionally, they provided kids toothbrush n toothpaste, kids bedroom slippers, oil for insect bites, mosquito repellent patches, single use bathtub plastic covers. Free Wifi (no whatsapp, instagram, facebook, google access) Free use of laundry machines and dryer - best part, no detergent needed as it automatically dispenses! Food delivery ordered is placed at front desk. Hotel staff would always deliver to the room. We also had taobao buys delivered to frontdesk, a differnt counter houses all such packages which we can pick up when we come back for the day. Hotel breakfast was ¥99 for 2A2ac and was reasonable. Very nicely decorated with a good enough variety of food. We bought this for one of the days breakfasts. But really not necessary considering the variety of food delivery options available over ******* and taobao. There is also a lot of food stores just within a 3-5min walking radius. Feels safe as we are right beside/together with the districts's fire department. Cons: We got some itchy mosquito bites randomly while in hotel premise. Late at night you can see hotel staff using the electric insect beater as well.. Far from train station.. far to walk to many main sites.. But DiDi taxi is convenient and budget friendly. Overall, we would definitely chose this place again. 👍

The room was quite clean and well-equipped. It's close to the subway station, and there are plenty of convenient dining options downstairs. The only downside is that there's no elevator, but I saw a sign saying that if you have luggage, you can contact the front desk for assistance.
