I want to appreciate Paul at the front desk. He is courteous, has excellent English and very helpful in booking taxis for us. He upgraded our room and showed flexibility in addressing our requests.

The location is great and the hotel is easy to find. There is security right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is very dated and some of the services such as gym, bar, foreign exchange etc do not work. The staff at the reception speak good English and most of them are quite friendly.

Very cool hotel, in the very center of Beijing. Everything you need is nearby, not far from the metro, easy to find near the road.
