I want to a say a massive thank you to the Grand Park City Hall, our stay was absolutely amazing. We arrived early from a 18 hour flight and they let us freshen up and have a shower while leaving our bags securely away while we explored the city before check in. - the staff were all so welcoming and made our stay so special. Even did a little thoughtful celebration card and cake for our Wedding Anniversary. - Thank you so much 🩷🇸🇬🫶🏼💫

Hotel is in very good location in the walking distance to many main places of interests. We booked a room with the view on Marina Bay and it is superb. Room is small with a very simple design - don't expect something special. However bad is comfortable and all necessary of hygienic amenities are available. Reception in site takes quite long time and better to do this in advance using sent link. Shopping mall with variety of food is nearby, so we didn’t take Breakfast which price is incomparable with local cafes.

Great location. Very close to Marina Sands Bay, only a block away from the National Gallery Singapore, close walk to the Metro, even a Metro exit directly to the mall this hotel is over, so if raining no need to go outside. The room is small but well laid out, we didnt go to Singapore to stay in a hotel. I like the entry door, they have a small blackboard you can write on to personalize your entry, nice artistic touch. It has a laundry room in the lobby, a work out/gym area. Breakfast is a normal hotel breakfast bar.

Booked a room for birthday celebration and finally got to experience the renowned service by the ladies in red! The attention to details was phenomenal. Room was decently sized and clean. However, we encountered some issues in the room. All of the phones were not working and the main door handle broke. Thankfully, these issues were promptly looked into by the maintenance team and it was resolved within 2hrs. TV has a good number of cable channels and some Chromecast or screen mirroring features, but not all of them are functioning properly. Overall, we had a good rest and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return again. Kudos to the crew!

However, I was pleased with how quickly they resolved any issues that arose. Mandarin-speaking staff are available, and they also provide wheelchair assistance, which is very helpful for elderly guests with mobility challenges. The chili crab at the hotel's dinner buffet was excellent, and the breakfast selection was also very extensive.

This is an excellent hotel with a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from the City Hall subway station. The ambiance is fantastic – it feels spacious and elegant, is spotlessly clean, and boasts excellent, well-appointed facilities. The breakfast spread was plentiful, and all services were impeccable. We had an early morning flight and couldn't wait for breakfast to open, so the restaurant thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for us early in the morning and left it at the front desk, making it convenient for us to pick up when checking out. Five stars!

Hipstercity Hostel, as the name suggests has a swanky and hipster vibe. The staff, upon my arrival, exuded warmth ✨️ and care with their affable nature, which made the start of my stay most pleasant and happy. Dao is located quite near Tg Pagar eating area for lunch and dinner options. But limited breakfast choices. Dao adopts unfair practices and only gives complimentary parking (1 per day) for booking made direct with them vs those made on third party apps. This should be made known to 3pty app users as the parking cost is exorbitant at $5.40/hr. Breakfast options are limited and so is sitting space. Staff at reception are not friendly but housekeeping staff are great and detailed.

Amazing Family-Friendly Stay! We had an overall very good experience staying at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront during our family trip. The hotel is truly family-friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety that our whole family enjoyed. Overall, all the staff were very helpful and professional throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Poh at the reception—he was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a room upgrade which we really appreciated! Also, Mr. Vincent at the front door guest service always welcomed us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. His hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn’t wait to come back, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay next week in Singapore at this wonderful hotel again!

I stayed at lyf Bugis as a solo traveller and was very impressed. The hotel's location is excellent, with several MRT stations from different lines within easy walking distance — a huge convenience for getting around Singapore. Although the room is compact, it's thoughtfully designed and well-equipped with everything you might need. The complimentary luggage storage service was also a nice touch. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it a very convenient and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for solo travellers or anyone looking for a well-located, modern place to stay in Singapore.

What I really like about this hotel is its location. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and an MRT station 600 meters away. Considering that hotels in Singapore are expensive, the room size is reasonable for the price. It's suitable for two adults. I stayed with two adults and two small children, so it was a bit cramped. If you bring large suitcases, it might be difficult to arrange them in the room. The hotel has a swimming pool and a mini slide for children. And as for muslim, it is nice that there’s blue mosque not far from hotel

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday and had a fantastic, pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was especially beautiful and we loved the bathtub! The garden-themed furnishings added a charming touch that we really appreciated. There was also a complimentary birthday cake delivered by the staff as well, which we appreciate :) We had requested a room with a nice view and were pleased to be given a high-floor room (Level 14) overlooking the Padang which was a lovely touch. One small point of feedback: we noticed that the toiletries provided (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) were manufactured in 2022. It would be great if these could be refreshed to ensure the best guest experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would be happy to return.

My stay at Pan Pacific Singapore completely exceeded my expectations. From service to dining, everything was of a consistently high standard, and the Executive Lounge experience, in particular, was truly memorable. Let's start with the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently explained everything and thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and routes. Any requests were promptly addressed, and even the housekeeping staff seemed to anticipate our needs with a subtle touch. This kind of discreet yet profoundly attentive service truly touched me. Moving on to breakfast – it was a pure joy for someone who suffers from 'choice paralysis'! The restaurant's selection was extensive and the quality consistently high. At the Chinese station, the shrimp dumplings and siu mai boasted thin skins and generous fillings, and the congee was perfectly smooth and rich. The Western section offered freshly baked croissants (crispy outside, soft inside) and authentically delicious bacon and sausages. There were also made-to-order options where you could customize your dishes with various toppings, and the fruit station was impeccably fresh. However, the Executive Lounge was the true highlight. It offers a spacious and comfortable setting with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Afternoon tea here was exquisite and delicious. It's a shame I returned too late one evening and missed the evening bar service. But the 'best in show' award truly goes to the Executive Lounge's breakfast! It was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it à la carte, but the presentation was incredibly beautiful. And to top it all off, it tasted exceptionally delicious! 😋 Overall, the professional service, the extensive and delicious breakfast, and the high quality of the Executive Lounge all contributed to a truly wonderful trip to Singapore. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Singapore!

This stay was in a Marina Bay View room, boasting an unbeatable location and stunning views overlooking Marina Bay. We even enjoyed the musical fountain show at Marina Bay Sands right from our balcony in the evening. The Fullerton Hotel is a building rich in history, and its public areas feature a heritage gallery for guests to explore its past. Although the hotel rooms aren't spacious, their layout and amenities are excellent, including smart toilets with automatic flushing. The audio system was a highlight; I connected my phone and played a few waltzes, which perfectly set the mood. While the minibar isn't fully complimentary, the espresso and TWG tea are provided free of charge and are of superb quality. The hotel pool, highly praised by many, offers views of the Singapore River and its bridges – it truly feels like swimming in a museum. Service was outstanding, especially from some of the middle-aged male attendants. Their professional yet gentle manner was a delightful sight, a level of service becoming rare in China. One small detail perfectly illustrated this: during afternoon tea, a lady in our group struggled to use the tea infuser. A waiter swiftly came over. Without saying much, he subtly demonstrated how to use it, slowing down his actions to guide her. It was a most gracious and discreet gesture.

I'd like to thank Tina (if im not wrong) for such a smooth check in process at oasia! Booked it to celebrate my partner's birthday and they went to prepare the room with balloons in 30 mins!! Had an encounter with Reema too, she's delightful as well, with all my requests. the amenities provided when you book a club room was truly worth it (further more your own pool and breakfast lounge access)! I can't wait to be back!!
