Very nice place and super friendly staff. With a beautiful garden and a roof top with a great view. Also got a free tea session and friendly chat. Highly recommend

It was a great location right outside the gate of Shuhe with easy access. Cars can drive up to the front if needed. The service was excellent. The front desk were helpful with providing small things we needed. There’s a cute cafe in the center and nice view of the town from the rooftop. Overall the room was clean except for a stain in the bed. Upon request, they kindly switched out the sheets. Breakfast was ok- you heat your own noodles. The tea service was excellent with a knowledgeable lady who explained the details on drinking pu-er tea. One area of improvement would be that the concierge can only help with prearranged tours. They really pushed the tours on you. If you don’t want to go on a tour, then they don’t know much information on how to take public transport. Unfortunately there is construction currently in the area.

Customer service was great as told them late check in after 10pm, they were waiting for me and even have the room warmed up before my arrival!
Nice location as located within the old town and with attractions and eateries all within walking distances. Rooftop have nice view of the surroundings.
Breakfast was typically Chinese food and appetizing.

Great location, only minutes walk to Shehe ancient town. The room is clean and spacious, well-equipped with modern amenities. . And the place is very picturesque. Definitely will recommend to friends and family whoever visit to Lijiang!

The hotel is in the ancient town. Good location to get around and find food. The room is spacious and clean. The stay was very comfortable. Room was well equipped. The service is good. Staff are very friendly and trying to be helpful.

Place is just near the entrance of the village so you can easily take taxi to and fro if you book inside u can’t take taxi inside
Location is just perfect u can walk in the village any time
Service is good v helpful
They clean the room every day
Only one suggestion please place a bulb on too of the
mirror
Breakfast is so so it’s a Chinese breakfast , can serve some cheese and butter or fried egg or omelette
Overall you can’t ask more I will stay here if I come back again

This Hotel is sooo beautiful, very clean, and so picturesque. It’s Chinese style but the amenities are so modern. The Staff is very nice and very helpful, they were willing to take us to the local old towns and helped us book the trip to the mountain. We really enjoyed our stay there. Really hope they’ll improve and have better breakfast options though, maybe some fruits, coffee etc.
