There is only one thing Good about this hotel,which is the location.. The room was small and old, the tiolte amenities were broken..shower holder was not there..the flush tank doesn't work well. Always water running from the toilet flush tank into the toilet bowl.. the small wardrobe cupboard inside the room was broken, it shakes and falls when we tried to hang anything. There were no hair dryer in one of our rooms. The breakfast was very poor, no coffee during breakfast, very less items were there..very poor service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..

There was no pillow in the room. It wasn't clean. The batteries in the remote control were very old and damaged, and one of them had no batteries.

I booked and paid in advance for a room in this hotel through the aggregator service. I had a confirmation of my reservation. They didn’t check me into the hotel and they demanded that I pay an additional 250 liras!!! How is this possible? My room was already paid for in advance. If the cost is different, you should resolve this issue with the aggregator, not with me. I waited for a decision for 2 hours, but after 2 hours I was again asked to pay 250 liras. This is the worst hotel, the worst service. They don't need anything except money. There are better hotels nearby at the same price. But never again to this hotel in the future!!!

It’s hectic hotel. Dirty and bad smell. Room without window and minimal conditions. Where 3 stars? It is LIE! It is the worst hotel I visit ever. Never reserve room in this hotel. Look at lots of normal hotel around it. When I come I check out in 15 minutes.

I stayed in a standard room at this facility for two days. The reason for staying was that it was completely affordable and close to the city center. It is said that there is television. not working. No towels. The toilet seats of the toilets are broken. The shower head is broken, the water is coming from another part of the hose. Customer dialogue is zero. Breakfast is open buffet, but although I didn't go very early, some products lost their properties as they waited too long. You can take as much as you want because there is no one there and of course there is no hygiene after all. On the first day, I made a reservation for 250 TL. On the second day, I personally went to the hotel. When I asked why, it was 270 TL. I said, "We made a price increase this morning, but was it because we came to your door with the same price on the internet?" and they said, "You know." It has nothing to do with the rooms shown in the pictures. The so-called bed bases slip and fall off the beds made of slippery formica. The sheets are clean but very worn.
