I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help."

He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a more spacious and comfortable one. That gesture really made our stay memorable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was classy and elegant.
