Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was great. Convenient location with beautiful views as well. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

The hotel is a bit dated, but it is very well-maintained. Its location is extremely convenient, right in the city center, and within walking distance to convenience stores and a variety of local eateries. There is free outdoor parking available, although spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The room is well-equipped with an ironing board, hairdryer, and even a bathtub. It also provides unlimited filtered water, which is very convenient, as well as a small refrigerator for storing cold drinks. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient. The hotel lobby is standard but well-presented, giving a proper and professional impression. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Extremely satisfied! It's about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 5-10 minute walk to Gaya Street, with plenty of shops nearby. The room was spacious and well-soundproofed, and housekeeping kept it very clean. Plus, the hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel is well designed, and staff were friendly, greeting you in the hallways when passing by. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Also appreciated the good coffee in the room. Would stay again.

This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

Stayed for 2 nights Always to stay here rate wise depends, u could grab a great offer but unfortunately i didnt I stayed dueing ramadan, and had 2 sahoor but both servings are dissappointment, tasteless and i dont know Even try their iftar programme too, but hurmm sadly it was the same Silver linings is walking distance to Imago mall, 10min ehailing to airport The parking is free (first come first serve) Owh forgot about the room smell, smells draft abit Recommended hotel but need to step up on the culinaries.

The room was quite spacious and the location was great, right in the city by the sea. There's a seafood market directly opposite. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to Gaya Street and very convenient to get to the pier. A taxi ride takes around ten minutes, and the airport is also quite close. The front desk was very responsive, and the breakfast was decent. I even caught a stunning sunset from the hotel rooftop!

I booked the Executive Room with 2 Double Beds and access to the M Club Lounge at Kota Kinabalu Marriott Hotel. The room was very spacious with a modern urban style. I was lucky to get a room with both city and sea views, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes including Malay, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. There were also live stalls for fried dishes and noodle soup. The beverage choices were impressive too, including coffee, teh tarik, and various juices. I also enjoyed the hi-tea experience at the Club Lounge on the 15th floor. The lounge offers a beautiful view, especially during sunset, which created a very relaxing atmosphere. What made the stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at Marriott Hotel Kota Kinabalu. Thank you!

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the bedding was super comfortable, and it was really quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It's truly great value for money, and I'll definitely be back!

The location is great — it’s a small island so everything is nearby. Staff are helpful when you approach them, but don’t expect them to reach out first. I stayed on the third floor and my room faced a storage area on one side and a solid wall on the other. I never once opened the curtains, so I completely lost track of daylight. If you stay here, avoid the lower floors and ask for a room with a road or sea view ,,,otherwise the window is useless. Also, I’m not a fan of carpeted hotel rooms in general. They hold moisture and smell, hard to avoid. The furniture is also quite outdated and could use a refresh.
