The environment and hygiene are both excellent, and the twin room is very spacious. The surrounding area is nice, and it's super convenient to get to the airport directly from the hotel. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town. It's a great choice if you're staying overnight for a connecting flight. Breakfast is optional and can be paid for on-site.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time.

Great location, very convenient for getting around, and all the amenities you need are nearby. I had a really comfortable stay. The environment was quiet, and the bedding was cozy, so I slept wonderfully. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

I booked a king-sized bed, but when I got to the lobby, I wanted to ask the front desk if I could switch to two twin beds. The male staff member who was assisting me was about to check when a female front desk staff member at another computer interjected, saying it wasn't possible, they were fully booked with a group today. I'm okay with not switching; I was just asking to see if it was an option, as it would be perfect for my child to have an extra comforter. But I was a bit taken aback by the female staff member's attitude at that moment – haha, just a minor hiccup. The hotel has direct access to Wanda Plaza from B1. In the evening, my mom took two bags of trash downstairs to throw away. She carried them all the way to the 26th-floor lobby but couldn't find a large trash can. When she asked the front desk where she could dispose of them, a male staff member immediately took them from her. We were very grateful, and also a bit embarrassed. The view from upstairs overlooking Suochengli and the city nightscape is absolutely fantastic. The pool is clean, and my child loved it. The staff kept a close eye on the pool, and the rule about changing into slippers before entering the pool was very well enforced. We went to breakfast around 9 am, and there was plenty of food. However, the service quality of the restaurant staff was noticeably lower than the lobby staff. Our table didn't have cutlery, so I had to ask a young male server for some. Later, we ran out of tissues while eating, and when I asked for some, the staff member actually asked me how many I wanted! I jokingly asked, 'How big is one sheet?' Haha, the tissues were so large that my child even asked me to take a picture of him with one. These were all fun little anecdotes, and overall, I was very satisfied. 👍

The hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Weifang train station. From the station entrance, walk to main road, turn left and walk to end. Turn left and you'll see the hotel. There are 2 lifts servicing 16 floors. Breakfast is on 2nd floor, laundry room and gym on 3rd floor. Hotel is clean, cosy and tastefully furnished. Service is good. Dining area is big, and there is a wide spread of food. Coffee, cordial and soya bean from machine. Room is big, bright with big balcony windows, king bed with 4 pillows, 2 bedside tables, plenty of sockets and USB ports. Separate bathroom/toilet. The toilet seat is warm with auto flushing. Towels are clean and good. Also has a round table with 1 chair. Room big and comfortable. Very good value for money, comparable to Hanting hotels. Would stay here again if I come to Weifang. Next to hotel has good and cheap noodle shop.

It's just a 10-minute walk to MixC shopping mall, and popular attractions like Zhanqiao Pier, the Underwater World, and the Olympic Sailing Center are all easily accessible. The rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout, good natural light, and effective soundproofing, making for an overall comfortable and pleasant stay. The only hiccup occurred on the day of departure – my room door seemed to have accidentally locked itself when I returned, and my electronic key card stopped working. Although I called the front desk immediately, the response after verifying my information wasn't quick, and the wait to get the door open felt a bit long. I eventually had to go downstairs to sort it out in person. Luckily, I didn't miss my high-speed train. I'd suggest the hotel optimize its emergency response mechanism, especially strengthening staff deployment for room services during peak hours and improving access control system inspections.

The location of the homestay is particularly good, just a few minutes walk to the Xianghai Diamond Beach, and the window is the sea view. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the disposable towels are provided for free, and the play guide is also sent. The community is quiet, parking is convenient, the family holiday is very suitable, and will come again next time.

The hotel's airport shuttle service is very convenient, with a scheduled pickup every hour, making it super easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, exceeding a 3-star standard. I checked in last night, and the two ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful but also incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They promptly addressed any issues and were very attentive to guests. That's great! Since I'll be leaving Jinan for a few days, one of the ladies mentioned they could provide parking services. After discussing it, the fee was reasonable, which really helped me out of a bind. I've been on a business trip for half a month, moving to a different city every day, and this is by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've had in all that time. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Came to Liaocheng for a relaxing getaway to see my boyfriend. We had a great two days. The hotel facilities are excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. Ms. Ella at the front desk provided wonderful service, and they even deliver takeout to the room. Highly recommend!
