Annie at the front desk was super warm and attentive. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfy, and the view from the window was absolutely amazing! The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Five stars, no doubt! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time.

The service was meticulous and thoughtful, I highly recommend this hotel! The overall environment is clean and grand, with public areas well-maintained and full of atmosphere. The first impression upon entering the room was how clean and refreshing it was, with a well-designed layout and a full range of amenities. The attention to detail truly shines through. During my stay, the staff were friendly and approachable, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Whether I had questions or requests, they patiently answered and actively assisted. The comfort of the stay was excellent, and the overall value for money is very high. It's a fantastic choice for both short trips and business travel.

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable. however the room service food isnt so great. Can be improve in the future. Will repeat if visiting the town again.

I recently stayed at Pullman Yantai Center Hotel, and overall the experience was excellent. The hotel truly feels deserving of its 5-star rating, with outstanding service, facilities, and atmosphere. However, there were a few maintenance issues that affected the stay experience. The SONY TV in the room had very poor pixel resolution and display quality. In addition, the bathtub drain plug was difficult to operate and had to be manually removed by hand, and the windows leaked during the rain. There was also an overcharge issue at the front desk during my stay, but the receptionist handled it professionally and promptly corrected the problem by issuing a refund. Their service was outstanding. In addition, I did not receive the wine factory coupons that were supposed to be included during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these details, as the rest of the stay was otherwise very enjoyable.

The hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Weifang train station. From the station entrance, walk to main road, turn left and walk to end. Turn left and you'll see the hotel. There are 2 lifts servicing 16 floors. Breakfast is on 2nd floor, laundry room and gym on 3rd floor. Hotel is clean, cosy and tastefully furnished. Service is good. Dining area is big, and there is a wide spread of food. Coffee, cordial and soya bean from machine. Room is big, bright with big balcony windows, king bed with 4 pillows, 2 bedside tables, plenty of sockets and USB ports. Separate bathroom/toilet. The toilet seat is warm with auto flushing. Towels are clean and good. Also has a round table with 1 chair. Room big and comfortable. Very good value for money, comparable to Hanting hotels. Would stay here again if I come to Weifang. Next to hotel has good and cheap noodle shop.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I'd genuinely recommend this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so grabbing a bite or shopping is a breeze, and getting a taxi is no hassle at all. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive; check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and they were always polite and responsive to our needs. The room itself was spotless and tidy upon entry, with a simple yet cozy layout. There were no strange odors, and both the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just right. We had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep, as the soundproofing was effective – we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries were provided. The hot water came on quickly and had stable pressure, making for a pleasant shower experience. The common areas were tastefully decorated and very well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The value for money here far surpasses other hotels in the same price range. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

來威海旅行，強烈推薦這家店～河北人不騙中國人～ 公寓位置超棒，就在那香海景區內部，開窗就能看見大海，步行直達海邊，景色一絕。對比第一天在火炬八街附近住的四百多一晚的公寓，這家性價比直接完勝，來了才發現那香海本身就足夠遊玩兩天，體驗感好太多。 周邊出行交通十分便利，不管自駕去劉公島還是威海市區都很方便。威海道路寬闊，停車場數量多，統一2元一小時停車，而且公寓自帶免費停車位，自駕入住首選沒錯！想吃美食選擇也很多，景區內就能就餐，開車幾分鐘就能到鎮上，鎮上商業街十分繁華，各類美食、生活用品一應俱全，逛吃超方便。 店家服務特別貼心周到，剛辦理入住老闆就主動添加微信，發來自己整理的專屬遊玩攻略，包含周邊美食、購物地點、景點路線和實用地圖，省心又細緻。小區安保嚴格負責，居住很安心。 房間空間寬敞大氣，配有兩張超大雙人床，床墊枕頭柔軟舒適，睡眠體驗很好。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生做得特別到位，細節滿分。民宿配套更是一應俱全，一次性馬桶墊、一次性浴巾毛巾、一次性茶杯紙杯全都備好，還有洗衣機、洗衣液、全套做飯廚具鍋碗瓢盆，甚至連趕海工具都貼心準備齊全，用品十分齊全。 整體入住感受滿分，是我本次威海之行住過最貼心、最滿意的海景公寓，環境好、性價比高、出行方便，自駕來威海閉眼沖那香海這家！

The room has nothing complain about. It was great. I would like to appreciate their extra effort.I am a foreign traveler and checking in at 11:30pm and all staffs was friendly,welcomed and openminded. Since it’s very close to Airport,their guests might be heading to Airport always, but I really appreciated their airport shuttle bus info giving me very clearly and quickly while I am checking in. Shuttle bus departs at 5am taking me airport for 15mins. They also give all 5am guests the breakfast. I was surprised their service. I would recommend to staying here for not only Chinese, but also foreigner travellers.

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The hotel breakfast is of good quality. It's also very quiet, with a shopping mall downstairs which is convenient for shopping. It's about 5 kilometers from the West Station, roughly a 20-minute drive. Overall, a positive review.
