Very clean with a quite nice environment. It features a pool and a gym that are of a decent size. We stayed on the 21st floor and the view was great. My husband, my mother, and I stayed in a single unit which actually had two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a water filter—super hygienic! The service was just average because this is a serviced apartment/condo-hotel, so housekeeping and towel replacement are only done every three days, unlike standard hotels that clean daily. Also, there are three different apartment management companies operating within the same building. When I went to the front desk to ask a few questions about the room, they couldn't help me and told me to call the phone number printed on the room key card instead. However, there was no telephone in the room, and I didn't have a local phone number. Still, overall it was okay. Most attractions are close to the hotel, and calling a Grab to get anywhere was very fast.

this hotel is good overall, but when we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a booking with them and they couldn't locate our booking and details. the room was also said to be taken, and they are waiting for a cancellation in order to get our room. There is a lot of confusion among staff. some visitors were told to leave their rooms once they have entered. we waiting 1 hr 30 min to get our room. so check in was at 4.30pm. parking was also very inconvenient, as we had to park at the basement, which was impossible to even get one if you came into the hotel late and a T&G card was also needed to get validated before leaving the hotel if we wanted a free spot. Room was very spacious and clean. the tea and coffee was hard like its never been changed.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was on point. Although the hotel is a bit older, it is very well-maintained overall. It is conveniently located within walking distance of several popular spots, including the Cecil Street Market. There are plenty of authentic local snacks and night markets nearby. I stayed for two consecutive nights and slept soundly—the bedding was crisp and fresh, and the room amenities were fully stocked. It felt very safe, and I was very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended!

Had a really enjoyable staycation. The room was comfortable and just right for 4 people. Towels, iron, pillows, mineral water, coffee... all the basic amenities were fine. The bathtub and toilet were clean. However, upon checking in, as soon as I opened the door, the room had a stale smell. Perhaps it was because of showering in the room, making it a bit wet and damp. The hotel also gave a special warning about Charlie ants. The air conditioning was extremely cold. The TV channels were acceptable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. I was able to check in 15 minutes early and check out an hour late, which was great. There were so many choices for breakfast, I was very happy. The famous Natrah Nasi Kandar is just a 2-minute walk away. Parking felt safe. Overall, it was excellent.

I’ve always wanted to spend a day at Lone Pine Penang, and I’m so happy I finally got the chance to experience it. 🤍 Everything about the stay was lovely, from the beautiful colonial-inspired surroundings and charming architecture to the peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful service. The whole place feels like a little escape from the busy world, with such a timeless and whimsical charm. It was exactly the kind of place I had imagined it would be, and getting to slow down and enjoy a day here felt really special. Definitely a stay I’ll remember and a place I’d love to return to someday. ✨

Had a really pleasant stay at Georgetown Urban Suite. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessary facilities. The overall environment was cosy and relaxing, making it a great place to stay after a long day exploring Penang. The location was also convenient and easy to get around from. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

The resort rooms are quite spacious, with windows directly facing the sea. The highlight of Angsana Teluk Bahang, Penang is the outdoor infinity pool on the third floor. I went swimming every day, and the sunsets in the evening were beautiful for photos. The beach down from the hotel is very quiet and the water is clean, feeling much better than the nearby Ferringhi Beach. It's very convenient to get to the National Park, and you can walk or take a Grab to Teluk Bahang nearby for food. The prices are good, Sweet Home No.2 near the park is great, and Da Dong Seafood is also good.

This is the current condition of the room. booked it based on the reviews and photos we saw. , I would like to highlight a few things regarding the room. First, the room I booked looks quite different from the room I was given. The photos shown during the booking showed an outdoor view and a different room setup, but the actual room I received is quite different from what I saw in the booking photos. Also, the room does not have any soap or shampoo, and it is not as clean as I expected. The cups were also not properly washed. No tea and cofee When I first entered the room, I also noticed a strong smell, something like massage oil or medicated oil.

PARKROYAL Penang Resort is well-known for its breakfast. We stayed for two days; we couldn't wake up in time on the first day, but we made sure to set an alarm for the second day. Indeed, there was a wide variety and the quality was quite good. Although the hotel isn't as massive as some other resort hotels, the facilities are quite complete and the ecosystem is fantastic—we saw squirrels, monkeys, and all kinds of birds. The service attitude was also exceptional. I had a mix-up and accidentally selected cash on delivery for my Grab order, but I didn't have any cash on me. I ended up asking a staff member for help, and he was just so kind! I'm so grateful! There is a huge swing in the hotel; swinging on it while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore was incredibly therapeutic. In the evening, you can take a walk to the nearby beach where there are fire-dancing performances and plenty of beachside shops where you can eat while watching the show.

The hotel is quite new with spacious rooms and offers great value for money. However, after checking in, a series of issues made our stay quite uncomfortable. First, regarding the front desk service: although there is a Chinese-speaking receptionist, most of the time we were assisted by one who doesn't speak Chinese. Moreover, her attitude toward white guests was noticeably better than toward Asian guests—it went from friendly smiles to cold indifference. Also, as shown in p1–p2, the Americano we ordered at the lobby café had a small bug in it. The front desk offered to remake it, but we were rushing to catch a flight and had no time to wait, yet they didn't waive the charge for the coffee, and the matter was just left unresolved. Secondly, as shown in p3, the AC remote control didn't work properly; we had to stand almost right next to the air conditioner for a few buttons to respond, and we couldn't adjust the temperature at all. Every time we entered the room, we had to spend half an hour just wrestling with the air conditioner. Finally, as shown in p4, the door latch in our room had been removed for some reason. A friend staying on another floor said their latch was intact, which made us feel very insecure when sleeping at night.
