GGuest UserI was in a room that was not renovated. And it was very bad. I payed extra to move to a renovated.Room, it was very nice.But need some work.It was a lot nicer than the old rooms,
They hotel needs a little bit more work to be up to Standards of a 4 stars.
The only main problem that really bothered me that there is no hot water What so ever only warm water/cold
the stuff was very friendly and helpful
The location is amazing
I do recommend this hotel if you're only going to use it for sleeping

GGuest UserGood value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.
Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.
Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.
A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value.

I had an absolutely amazing stay.
The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions.
Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness.
Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.

Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

GgregguanWaited about 30 minutes to check in. After checking in, I found there was no water in the bathroom, so I called maintenance. The tap water had a strange salty taste, and my facial cleanser wouldn't lather. The safe broke twice and wasn't fixed properly either time. The room's soundproofing is terrible; one night, young people in the next room were making noise until 2 AM. I had to call the front desk for help, but then they started up again at 5 AM. The location is in an older central area of Beirut, but now there are many Syrian refugees living there, making it feel a bit dirty and chaotic.

VValerii BelanMany thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

EELENA_N_96The location at the hotel is good, the room liked, breakfast for three, every day the same, humus and sauces are acid, eggs are wet. There was also a displeasant situation that turned out when we had already evicted. The safe in the room didn't work and we left the wallet under the things. And later found out that it was not enough $100. Nowhere except in the hotel they could not go missing. So I advise everyone to be vigilant, no money in the room to leave and insist on a correct safe. Apparently the room service staff is unfair.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut. The entire team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Paul, Amira, and Ahmad for their kindness, support, and professionalism. Even the team members whose names I didn’t catch were amazing and made me feel truly at home.
The location is excellent, very convenient and central. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Lebanon again. Highly recommended.

TTALAL MOHAMMAD HUSSEINYThis hotel has great service and the location is in central hamra near Barbar and many other main restaurants and coffee shops. The price is affordable and the rooms are clean. This is not some 5 star or luxury hotel and the room is not big. The one thing that annoyed me was the fact that the rooms were very close together so you can hear people talking to each other or on the phone.
Overall, great customer service and value for money!
