This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

I loved this hotel very much! The room was clean and new. It was situated at the perfect location which enjoys the best view of Split while you can reach the old town/castle within 15min by walking along the beautiful ocean side. I was really amazed by their breakfast. The hotel service was very good too. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was granted a late check-out at 1pm upon request :) Highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Split!

Ein perfekter Ort zum sein, genießen und entspannen. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer, eine Gast- und Herzlichkeit, die man selten findet, moderne große und mit allem ausgestattete Zimmer, ein traumhafter Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, die Inseln und in einem phantastischen Sonnenuntergang. Romantik pur. Köstliche, frische Speisen zum Frühstück und Abendessen, großzügige Poolanlagen laden zum Verweilen mit Blick auf das adriatische Meer ein! 5 Sterne zurecht!

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

是克羅地亞之行最喜歡的酒店 havr本來人也不多。這個度假村又遠離主城區，非常非常安靜。是真的是個獨家休閑的。有全世界最頂級的跑步機的健身房，平時很難體驗到純木製機械的跑步機的感受。 酒店的spa也很不錯，也是他們特色，有聲音療法，馬殺雞的手法有很多是專業的康復理療的，雖然是女生按，但酸爽程度真的嗷嗷叫。 酒店早餐也不錯，可以自己點，也有自助。 酒店侘寂風格，設計很前衞，米色窗簾打底，條紋窗紗做為主要呈現。真的超越國內的室內設計幾個level了。
