Five-star review! This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel near the airport, my top choice for catching a flight. The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes to the terminal, so no need to rush or stress early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, with brand new and well-maintained facilities. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. The service was excellent throughout, no perfunctory gestures at all. Breakfast was tasty and perfectly sufficient to fill up. The overall decor is grand and well-ordered, definitely not cheap-looking. It's ideal whether you're staying overnight after a late arrival or just need a transition stay for an early morning flight. For anyone catching a plane, this is a no-brainer. I'll definitely be back!

We brought our child to Rizhao for a vacation this time, and choosing the Sheraton Rizhao was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Wanpingkou, just a few minutes' walk to the beach to catch the sunrise. The lobby is grand and impressive, and our sea-view room was spacious and bright. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and viewing balcony allowed us to overlook the entire bay from the comfort of our bed. The room was spotless, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and the large bathtub with a sea view created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and the KAI Kids' Club was well-equipped, keeping our child happily entertained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Rizhao specialties. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, proactively providing us with a tide chart and offering detailed travel guidance. With its comprehensive leisure facilities, it's a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rizhao!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Suochengli, next to Wanda Plaza, and within walking distance of Chaoyang Street and Yantai Mountain. The lobby maintains the typical Pullman style. However, the room was a bit disappointing; it seems dated and feels old-fashioned overall, with rather dim lighting. When I inquired about other matters at the front desk, Alice Sun assisted me. After hearing my request, she patiently searched for a suitable room again and again until she found one that met my needs and upgraded my room. Although I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room, the exceptional service more than made up for the outdated facilities. I would still choose Pullman for future trips.

This hotel is truly unique, with warm and attentive service. Every staff member greets you with a smile, and housekeeping is prompt, including timely replenishment of bottled water. Sunny Yang, in particular, was incredibly proactive, diligent, and professional. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide and varied selection, and it's all very clean and appetizing. The location is also very convenient for visiting local attractions. My experience on this trip was fantastic! It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an outstanding choice!

The front desk staff were very welcoming from the moment we checked in. They even helped us with our luggage and enthusiastically explained all the hotel's facilities. There's a really atmospheric coffee shop further in on the ground floor lobby that's perfect for photos. When we checked out, the friendly gentleman and lady at the front desk even gave us a souvenir! Definitely recommended.

Came to Jinan for Children's Day and stayed at Shangri-La. The location is very convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit, and there are many restaurants nearby. The restaurant recommended by the front desk was indeed excellent. The hotel's breakfast buffet wasn't lavish, but the quality was decent. The room's cleanliness and air quality were good; the carpet was a bit old but appeared clean. However, the accompanying 'SPA' wasn't up to par and shouldn't even be called a SPA. Overall, our trip to Jinan was pleasant.

The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Bailey arranged an upgrade for me, and the view was fantastic, LOL!. **Location:** It's super close to Xinlangya and Yizhouli, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and also very close to Taisheng Vientiane City. They have their own underground parking, which is free, making it very convenient if you're driving. **Ambiance & Service:** The overall decor is very tasteful. From the lobby to the room, there's a delicate, fresh scent, like a mix of fruit and natural plants – very pleasant. The service attitude was excellent too. They even gave me a snack bag at checkout, and there was mosquito repellent next to the bed, which was a nice touch. I didn't need it, but it makes me feel like next time I could come without bringing anything! I imagine sitting on the balcony with a coffee would be incredibly relaxing. **Room Facilities:** The room was spotlessly clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bedding was very comfortable, and the vanity included lotion (kudos!). It's from an American pharmacist brand, very hygienic and convenient to use. Overall, a very comfortable stay. **Dining:** While others worry about how high you fly, this hotel worries about whether you've eaten enough! Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, so I finally won't miss breakfast by oversleeping. The food was also very satisfying.

My stay here exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, and just a few minutes' walk to the subway. I booked a room with a view, and the sea view from the window was breathtaking, especially at night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being in a bustling area, it was completely quiet with the windows closed. Downstairs, there's a commercial district with everything you could ask for in terms of food, entertainment, and shopping. Both the front desk and room service were very prompt. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting; it's so convenient for getting around, and the view alone is worth the price of the room.

Best of the three hotels used in Shandong this trip.  Best bit was how helpful the staff were. They went out of their way to feed me (the all day dining restraint was closed that day).  QR code for room service links are broken - back to someone coming to the room with print outs of the menu.  Food a tad bland: fruit was good. The bowl of fried rice could  have fed a family of 6.  Very limited English spoken all round, but we all muddled through.
