This hotel is perfect for a layover. The front desk staff was very attentive and responsible, upgrading my room to the Grand Metropark. The new room was clean, tidy, and warm, which was a huge plus for someone from the south who's sensitive to cold. The hotel's location is super convenient; you just go upstairs after exiting the airport, and there are clear signs all the way to the hotel. It only takes about ten to fifteen minutes to get there.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

## 🏙️ An Ideal Hotel for Business Trips in the City Center
As required by my work, I stayed at this business hotel in the city center, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It's a top-notch choice for business travelers!
### 📍 Excellent Location, Convenient Travel
The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, with extremely convenient transportation links. A taxi ride to the train station takes less than 10 minutes, making it quick and easy to get to company meetings or handle errands nearby. Moreover, the surrounding area is packed with amenities: convenience stores, banks, and restaurants are everywhere. Grabbing a coffee during lunch or finding a place for dinner in the evening is incredibly convenient, significantly cutting down on commute time and making business trips more efficient.
### 🅿️ Worry-Free Parking, Thoughtful Details
For business travelers who drive, parking can often be a major headache. However, this hotel's underground parking garage completely eliminated that worry for me. The garage is open 24 hours a day with ample spaces, easily accommodating both large and small vehicles. The elevator provides direct access to the hotel lobby, so even with luggage, there's no need to take a roundabout route. What was even more surprising was that by simply informing the front desk of your license plate, you can enter and exit unlimited times during your stay. This is both considerate and helps save on expenses, showing the hotel's meticulous attention to detail.
### 🛏️ Simple and Comfortable Rooms for Quality Sleep
The hotel rooms feature a minimalist business style, yet they still feel cozy. The in-room facilities are comprehensive, including smart toilets (though not all rooms have them; you can request one when booking) and USB sockets, all reflecting the hotel's care for business travelers. The mattress is neither too soft nor too hard, paired with blackout curtains and silent air conditioning, ensuring a quiet and comfortable night's sleep even when facing the street. The separate wet and dry bathroom design makes morning routines more leisurely. The mini-bar offers free bottled water, tea bags, and coffee sachets with unlimited refills, which is undoubtedly a ”lifesaver” for those who often work late. There's also freshly ground coffee available in the 26th-floor lobby, making the beautiful view even more enjoyable!
As for the service, it goes without saying. There are only a handful of five-star hotels in Yantai, and even fewer in the city center. Pullman can certainly be considered among the most enthusiastic in terms of service. At the very least, everyone greets you with a smile 😊, and any issues are resolved promptly.
### 🍳 Abundant Breakfast Options to Start Your Day Energized
The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly made noodles and wontons are delicious; freshly fried eggs and bacon are fragrant; and there's fresh fruit and pastries to satisfy different tastes. For business travelers in a hurry, a takeaway breakfast option is also available, a thoughtful service that makes you feel extra cared for.
### 📝 Efficient Business Amenities to Support Your Work
The hotel's business center provides free printing, copying, and binding services, making it easy for me to handle last-minute document needs. The meeting rooms are equipped with advanced projection and audio systems, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted video conferences. While the hotel doesn't boast overly luxurious facilities, every service is just right, meeting the essential needs of a business trip.
### 💡 A Value-for-Money Choice, Worth Returning to Again and Again
Among the many hotels in the city center, this one offers excellent value for money. It doesn't have flashy decorations, but it excels in practicality and thoughtfulness in every detail. Whether for a business trip or a short workcation, it provides the comfort and convenience of a home away from home. If you're looking for an efficient and hassle-free stay, this is definitely your best bet! I will choose this hotel again next time I visit this city.
Finally, a special shout-out to Novia Wang for her incredibly thoughtful service!
The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. Fruits and yogurt were provided. The large window allowed you to see the Caozhou Peony Garden. A souvenir was given when you checked out. The breakfast and evening buffet had a wide variety of dishes, good quality, and was clean and hygienic. The waiter's service attitude was also good, which was great! It is close to the Caozhou Peony Garden and can be reached on foot. I will choose this place again next time I come.

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here.
The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed.
This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend.
On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

I brought my mom to Qingdao for a trip, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to attractions like Zhanqiao Pier, Badaguan, and May Fourth Square. Our room also offered a great sea view. We had a fantastic view from the room we were assigned. The breakfast restaurant even allowed us to enjoy the sunrise over the sea. I particularly want to mention the hotel service; our butler was incredibly warm and attentive, providing local specialties and fruit as a complimentary gift. After extending our stay for another night, we kept receiving pleasant surprises (I'll review those tomorrow). Additionally, the housekeeping auntie was exceptionally warm and proactive. My mom was very satisfied, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

This hotel is perfectly situated right across from the train station, and the long-distance bus station is just downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are all sorts of local snacks and eateries nearby, offering everything you could possibly want. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and the lovely manager is not only beautiful but also kind-hearted. The service is top-notch; they're always ready to help and answer any questions. The rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and varied. I absolutely recommend this place; it'll be my go-to whenever I visit Weifang again.

JJeffrey-LiuMindy from Guest Relations followed up with me, and she was so enthusiastic! The hotel lobby has plenty of lounge areas, true to Shangri-La's signature decor style. The rooms have Wi-Fi and power outlets, which is super convenient. It's a really practical choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure!
DDave the DragonExcellent services. You can see the effort put in to offer everything to the customers.
Two small issues: all the TV channels are in Chinese. The internet connection requires a Chinese phone number (the staff was kind enough to solve it).
The location is hard to reach by car. Once you know it, it's very convenient.
Anyway, a 5 star experience!
MM254688****When prices were rising during the National Day holiday, 450 a night was pretty good compared to other hotels. The room was clean, the facilities were a little old, the air conditioner was not very user-friendly, the room staff would take the initiative to greet us when they saw us, it was not too far from the sea and it was acceptable, there was a yard for parking

NNiuxiaoxiThe hotel's service attitude is very good, the room is very clean, and the facilities are also complete. I am very satisfied, especially the warm and thoughtful Xiao Zhen at the front desk. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the Golden Beach and the subway station. It takes only three minutes to walk to the pier. It takes half an hour to get there. There are many food stores around, and there are many places to eat. You can directly reach the guest room by parking on the second floor below ground.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk service is very good, the transportation is convenient, parking is very convenient, and there are parking spaces at the door during the May Day holiday. The room is spacious and well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and the bedding is also clean. The sleep is comfortable. The weather has been very comfortable recently. It feels like a good choice to come to Weihai for vacation
GGuest UserDefinitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com.
The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Hhhhyun5 stars! ! It was 2 o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The lady downstairs thoughtfully delayed check-out for 2 hours. It felt very good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Jinan East Railway Station.
GGuest UserThe best place for a calm vacation on a beach for a affordable price.
This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi.
The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it.
The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily.
I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.

GGuest UserI was very happy to know that I got a free upgrade. They chose a very quiet room with a nice view for us. Although the facilities in the hotel are a bit old, it has everything that should be there. It was quite comfortable to stay. I was a light sleeper and didn't wake up once in the middle of the night. I didn't even remember if I had a dream or not. It was magical. The welcome gift was very unique. There was fruit yogurt to drink every day. Xiao Du, Xiao Wang, Xiao Zhang, Xiao Jiao and Xiao Gao were very enthusiastic. On the first day, when I took out my ID card, I accidentally left my phone at the front desk. When I entered the room, I received a call from the front desk guy. Thank you very much for sending the phone up. When I left, I also gave him a pendant gift, which was very heartwarming (I forgot to take pictures, I only took a picture of the view outside the window in p1)
