Absolutely fantastic! I was genuinely surprised to find such an excellent hotel at the airport, especially for such a reasonable price. The manager we dealt with was incredibly kind; seeing we had a child, they upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean and tidy, and I particularly loved the spacious bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, perfect for a bath. We asked for extra water and a disposable bath liner, and the front desk delivered them quickly. If the hotel wasn't so far from the city center, I'd seriously consider a longer stay! It's super convenient to get to airport security from the hotel, only about a 10-minute walk, which means more time to relax.

Traveling to Zibo with my child, this was my first stay at a Sheraton, and I was quite impressed! First, the location is excellent; it's very close to Badaju and surrounded by plenty of amenities, making it a great area to explore. Second, the room was very clean, and they even upgraded my room type. The front desk service was also excellent. Overall, it was a very good experience.

This was the warmest trip ever! We chose this hotel for my child's birthday. The overall environment and service were top-notch, especially Judy and Sally. After I casually mentioned it was my child's birthday, they proactively prepared a birthday cake. The service was fantastic! Next time we visit Rizhao, Sheraton will definitely be our first choice. The service, environment, and scenery are all perfect, especially the executive room which faces the sea directly. My child was super excited!

Great stay at the Pullman, only for one night but could have stayed many more, excellent service from all staff. Highly recommend!

The room has a large area, is clean and tidy, and the check-in process is fast and convenient. Easy to communicate in English as a foreigner and staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling, especially Sherry and Ivy, who felt warm in a foreign land and helped a lot during their stay. It was a great check-in experience!

We stayed here during our Chinese New Year trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is right next to Suochengli and near Wanda Mall, which makes everything very convenient. Traveling to other attractions in Yantai is also easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were lucky to have a sea view room. The view really made our stay more enjoyable. On Chinese New Year’s Eve, we had our reunion dinner at the hotel restaurant. Although we finished quite late, the staff remained professional and friendly throughout. We truly appreciate the team who served us that night. Highly recommended for families and holiday stays.

Wilbur at the front desk was so friendly and handled my check-in quickly and efficiently. My room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft, and I slept soundly all night. The breakfast especially deserves praise—it had a wide variety of delicious options, which really started my day off right. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of transportation and dining choices nearby. I was extremely satisfied with this stay; the attention to detail truly shined through everywhere. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and will recommend it to my friends!

Absolutely perfect for a short romantic getaway! While the facilities might be a tad dated, the room itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had excellent soundproofing. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even proactively upgrading us to a high-floor room that boasted an absolutely stunning night view! The location is unbeatable – Wanda Plaza is literally downstairs, offering endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment right on our doorstep. It offered fantastic value for money and truly added a special romantic touch to our date.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Plaza de Oriente – absolutely beautiful. As for the hotel breakfast: For a local five-star hotel, it's decent. However, it still falls short compared to the breakfast at a Shangri-La hotel in a first-tier city. For example, local Jinsan delicacies like 'Pazi Rou' are presented in the restaurant just like they would be at a street stall, which is completely unappetizing. The hotel room: The mattress was good and comfortable to sleep on, and the duvet was fine too. It would be more thoughtful to offer both soft and firm pillows. The air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel, and heating up is incredibly slow. As for the bathroom in the room: no exhaust fan! That's really odd! And there was no amenity kit among the toiletries!

The experience is good. The main location is very good. It is close to Zibo Station, Badaju, and Wanxianghui. Jiajia at the front desk is also fast in processing.
