We had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Apts.
Staff were very friendly and always helpful.We had to stay am extra night due to sickness and they were great.Breakfast was an amazing spread with home made jams and salads as well as a cooked breakfast of your choice of eggs meats etc.And tea and coffee cookies and fruit anytime you wanted it. Facilities were great with washing machine and drying.Cant recommend them highly enough

To be honest, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It has the widest range of services in Dushanbe. Free food is provided in the hotel lobby every morning, noon and evening, and free laundry is also provided. The price-performance ratio is perfect!

The price is very high, there are many places to eat and drink nearby, you have to take off your shoes when you enter the house, and many of them here are according to this rule, which is quite special. You have to take a taxi to the main street, but it is not far away.

The room facilities are considered the best in Dushanbe, but they are not comparable to domestic hotels of the same price. I had a stomachache after eating breakfast, but overall it is better than other local hotels and the transportation is convenient

The hotel's service is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is Chinese-style, and there is a Chinese restaurant with excellent chefs. The hotel owner is warm and hospitable, and is eager to help solve any problems. Foreign currency exchange is available. Free airport transfers are available, and the service is first-class. This hotel is a must-choose for business trips and tourists.

There is a staff member named Adbu at the front desk, who has a very bad attitude. Every time I meet him, he has a poker face and is very impatient when asking him any questions. On the day we left, we asked him to help call a taxi, but it didn't come after waiting for 20 minutes. He would not help us follow up and just let us wait, but the taxis he called for other guests came.

This is a beautiful hotel, but I can't agree with the professionalism. The water was out for over three hours yesterday afternoon, and I thought I didn't know how to use the high-end facilities. I couldn't shower or flush the toilet. I called the front desk three times, but they were hesitant and wouldn't tell me the truth. Proper professional management should notify guests before equipment maintenance, not conceal the situation and leave me waiting.

FFirstmanonearthIt was a relaxing stay. The front desk was so friendly (as most tajik people i met in the country, really) and so helpful. They can assist you with airport transfers and money changing. While I didn’t get to take advantage of it, they also have free laundry and apparently snacks and drinks available for most of the day at the lobby which is a nice touch. The pool was refreshing and the ambiance of the whole place was just very inviting. I used the gym which had a decent setup, though the dumbbells stop at 50lbs and the only bench for barbell pressing was a bit rough to use and unstable. The breakfast was varied, with delicious beans and chicken, grilled vegetables, various cheeses, meat slices, sausages, salad toppings, and more. The real standout personally was the dessert. Brownies dripping with peanut butter and chocolate sauce and danish with berries, it was amazing! Will definitely stay again 👍

GGuest UserStaff are nice, helpful especially the two receptionists who can speak good English Room is big with fridge ,bottled water, ammenities, TV. Location is good, close to bus station . You can also walk to many supermarkets, attractions. The only drawback is the WiFi is not very stable sometimes!
