This is the worst and dirtyest hotel I've ever experienced. I can't understand here that some give the hotel 5 stars. Normally this hotel doesn't even deserve a star. The carpet was polluted and closed, the lighting was not available in the 4th floor floor, so with the lamp you had to look for the suitable room number and lock. The room was a horror, I wouldn't even let a dog stay there. The whole night was a hair-conditioning on the roof, so it was noisy and you feel like living next to an airport. I built my ears from toilet paper and tried to sleep. With regard to furniture; everything gone down, there are no grips, sticking sheets, on the box the lack leaves off, there are wet floors on the ceiling. The shower masters had ever experienced better times, crazy and blind. You don't believe to touch anything. In the lift you can only hope and pray that he doesn't stay sticked, display doesn't work properly and the frame is roughly roasted to the door. Wifi doesn't work. It's rather a departure than an hotel. I checked out the next day to leave this place as soon as possible. Whoever is worth much of his health should not use the pool. After what I saw there in cleanness, I didn't want to have breakfast there. The only good at the hotel, opposite the street is the sea and a beach.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities from multiple bars to two pools. Right on a small private beach. The entertainment in the evening was different every night and quite enjoyable. The lobby is clean with again it’s own bar and staff are very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard with new towels every time however a ‘do not disturb sign’ isn’t available in every room and probably should be as there were a few times we were still asleep when the maids came in however they were extremely friendly and happy to come back later/next day. The rooms are slightly outdated but this wasn’t an issue at all. The restaurant has a variety of food and is a decent size the only slight issue is there is a bit of queuing required for popular items such as meat, pizza etc. pools are maintained to a goo standard with multiple life guards and they each have their own snack bar which was a pleasant addition alongside many sun beds. The pools were also used a source of entertainment as activities such as Zumba, water polo/volleyball were often taking place. The Wi-Fi only works in certain places but this was expected as the hotel is a significantly large building. The staff have been absolutely excellent and have really surprised us they are genuinely such a lovely bunch of people who are happy to help and go the extra mile. All in all a very lovely holiday down to the staff and facilities. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is a very fine one. Yes, it has its mistakes and shortcomings (I have read the one star reviews before) but you simply cannot except much more for this price and location. + : Staff is super friendly and understanding with kids (except for 1 person). There is a lot of folks working there! Really a lot.. Amazing amount of workforce.. Never seen before in Europe that much people working in hotel. Pools are as good as on the photos. Beds are excellent. Food is constantly available. Food for kids is even more constantly available :) For diners you can get away from the crowd by booking for the 'special' diners . Same kitchen, same taste, you don't get to choose from dozens of food, you get what they prepare, but there is no crowd. Simple tradeoff. We were in a suite w sea view - it was ok, first room on the corridor, we had like 90 degrees view. -: There are mosquitos. Not a lot, but red haired white skinned kids can suffer a bit from them. The hotel is applying gas to control the mosquito population but additionaly nets would be nice on the terrace doors. Food is what you can get when there are hundreds of people on all inclusive. That simply requieres a food factory. There was no food of dubious quality, sometimes the tastes were not to our liking, yet you trully have a wide range of dishes to choose from. So it wasn't a fine dining experience but it was totally ok and sometimes even more. Drinks are not the best. The all inclusice includes wines and beer which we tried only once and opted for the extras after that (bottled beer and wine from the a la carte menu). But it was not expensive at all so even if you are a bit pricky, like we were, you won't have to spend a lot. The half day camel riding program is a disaster. They take you to the outskirts of the next town where is a LOT of rubbish everywhere. It was like touring in a garbage dump. Outside the hotel the country is, well, not too nice. Garbage heaps, garbage, shredding and flaking plastic, and some more garbage. :( Unfinished buildings, half demolished buildings, etc. So the hotel is like a totally different world. The sea and the pools were a bit cold in mid June. A bit. Good between 11 and 4, not particularly inviting when the sun was otherwise not shone strongly. The sand on the beach on one hand is superb, yet there is some debris from construction! Pieces of broken brick. But not covered with it, only some. The so called amusement programmes are tooo loud. We were running away from it every time it started, they turned up the bass and played some techno - but we are a family prefering quite environment. Also there was a part of the evening program that was meant to be entertaining, but it was very very strong for us - the joke was that a male member of the staff dressed up as a woman, and they called 4 ladies on stage who had to walk and look sexy, etc. But again - you don't have to go there. The entertainment team was not really a specialized team, just members of t

If you need some cooking facilities, this place is very minimal. No microwave, no cooking utensils, small frig, no dish soap, sponge, etc. Only 2 of everything- 2 dishes,2 glasses, 2 forks, etc. Burners and oven may not all run at the same time (they can fix it though I think). Otherwise its a hotel room which is fine if that's all you need. Close to the beach and on the marina so nice location. Compare prices with other apartments in the marina. A close by one was 20 DN per night less for virtually the same thing. We didn't do our homework. It is more quiet at this end of the marina however that maybe that's worth 20 DN a night!

Clean, well situated, friendly staff, nice food and good selection of all inclusive drink. Reasonable priced spa, had a massage, heated indoor pool and large jacuzzi. Didnt use outdoor pool due to cold weather but looked lovely. Only complaint was paint on balcony chairs were flaking off but no big deal just had to give a shake off. Had a standard room and could see the city and part the sea which I think was better then a seaview room personally. If I return to monastir I will definately stay here again. Thank you
