This hotel truly blew me away! Firstly, it's located right next to the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, and the hotel offers a shuttle service that drops you off near the side entrance. Plus, the scenic area entrance tickets and sightseeing bus tickets are complimentary, which is super convenient. Secondly, the design of this hotel is incredibly photogenic! Whether it's the lobby, the reception areas, the restaurant, the pool, or the garden, each space has its own unique charm and is perfect for photos! Most importantly, the service is excellent and very attentive. The package even included a travel photoshoot. My stay here was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, nice, and clean place. The room does not have smoke smell, which is very good for my family. The location is very good, near old town and main road. There is no problem with noise even if it is located near old town with many people passing. The owner is very friendly and can speak English pretty well. As we stay there for 3 night, there is a free pick-up service from the train station. My group travel with 6 people, unable to speak Chinese, and Didi app in Lijiang dont provide you with 6 ppl seat car. The owner help us reserve the car for our travel, where the car pick us up in front of the hotel, which is really convenient. No problem with communication for foreigner like me.

Very nice hotel in a central location, close to the North gate. We stayed here the two nights before our trekking in the Tiger Leaping Gorge and the two nights after coming back from the trekking. For our second stay we received a free upgrade of the room. This time we had a balcony and a bathtub. The room was a bit more at the front of the hotel so also a bit noisier during the evening and night. And light was coming in through the bathroom window. But it did not bother us and we slept very well as the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is terrific. We would definitely come back here for our next stay. Highly recommended!

Coincidentally, I stayed in the very first hotel in this building over twenty years ago. It seems like it closed down in the last couple of years and was replaced by a Sheraton. The location is super convenient, with lots of snacks downstairs just minutes away. The room facilities are very new. The breakfast restaurant is spacious, and the breakfast spread is quite generous. The soundproofing could be a bit better, and the room only had two mugs. For a five-star hotel, you'd expect at least two additional glass cups.

A beautiful hotel located in a fantastic place in Lijiang Old Town. The owner was very welcoming and on arrival let us leave our bags for us to explore the town and when we returned he welcomed us with his own Chinese tea. The room was great! Good size, very comfortable beds, warm, good shower and toilet too. It had a lovely courtyard view and window seat. The owner helped us and answered all of our questions through WeChat and let us leave our bags for our fins day. We would 100% recommend!

Extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when they saw us with our luggage across the street, they immediately came over to assist. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was exquisitely prepared and delicious. The individual portions were quite filling. We only stayed one night in Chuxiong as we were just passing through, but our impression of this place far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay in the future.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! You get amazing distant views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and in the morning, you can watch the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' phenomenon from the best viewing spot right within the hotel. Afterwards, you can head straight to breakfast. Everywhere you stroll, there's a beautiful view. Every staff member I met smiled and greeted me. During the day, the housekeeping staff meticulously organized my cosmetics, even tidying up the curling iron's cord. This was my parents' first time in Lijiang, and they absolutely loved this hotel. Getting a group deal during the off-season made it incredibly good value for money. Plus, it's not far to take a taxi to any of the scenic spots. We'll definitely be back next year!

📍Location: The location is excellent, located at the junction of Hongta Avenue and Wenhua Road in the city center, next to the Yuxi Museum, opposite the beautiful Nie Er Park, and it is very convenient to enter and exit by bus/Didi. 🔸Service: Polite and professional, supplementary items in the room can be delivered immediately, and the welcome fruit is good. 🔹Facilities: The weather was hot during the few days of stay, and the air conditioning could not be turned on all day. The hotel made corresponding explanations and took relevant cooling measures. The executive room is large, with a suite design style, a large-size dual TV, and free 🆓tourism information at the front desk and in the room. 🍚Food: The buffet breakfast is relatively rich and has many categories. 👉The hotel is listed with 4️⃣ stars, with high overall cost performance, recommended!

However, once I checked in, all my worries and concerns completely vanished – the entire stay exceeded my expectations in the most amazing way. Everywhere was spotless, tidy, and high-quality. Age hasn't brought a sense of decay; instead, it has created an elegant, 'old money' style that is understated yet luxurious, dignified yet comfortable. It completely changed my preconceived notions about older hotels. The service level certainly lives up to the guesthouse's venerable reputation. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive, thoughtful, professional, and courteous. Their attitude was warm and polite, striking the perfect balance – meticulous without being intrusive. This truly showcased the depth and refinement of a high-end hotel, and the experience was absolutely top-notch. What truly impressed me were the thoughtful details everywhere. From the lobby to the guest rooms, there were beautifully arranged fresh floral displays. In an era where cost-cutting and efficiency are often prioritized, the hotel still maintains such a high standard of aesthetics and sincerity. This commitment and dedication are truly commendable and rare. The location is simply perfect, the absolute core of Kunming. Stepping out, you're right by the stunning Green Lake, making walks and sightseeing incredibly convenient. There are numerous attractions nearby, making travel and exploration highly efficient. Additionally, the area boasts many unique shops and charming cafes, making dining and browsing easy. It's both a tranquil retreat and full of local life – perfect for sightseeing, leisure, and exploring. In summary, the Green Lake Hotel is impeccable in every aspect – hardware, service, details, and location. It is undoubtedly the best choice for a trip to Kunming, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This hotel in Kunming was absolutely perfect for my trip! It's right downstairs from Shuangqiao Night Market, making it super convenient for food and exploring. It's also a short walk to the train station, so I didn't have to rush for my train at all. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderfully helpful and promptly addressed any requests I had. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.
