This hotel truly blew me away! Firstly, it's located right next to the Dongfengyun Scenic Area, and the hotel offers a shuttle service that drops you off near the side entrance. Plus, the scenic area entrance tickets and sightseeing bus tickets are complimentary, which is super convenient. Secondly, the design of this hotel is incredibly photogenic! Whether it's the lobby, the reception areas, the restaurant, the pool, or the garden, each space has its own unique charm and is perfect for photos! Most importantly, the service is excellent and very attentive. The package even included a travel photoshoot. My stay here was fantastic! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully preserved heritage hotel. The property itself is full of character, with its traditional architecture and historical charm thoughtfully maintained, giving us a truly authentic experience. What made our stay even more memorable was the host. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the trip. They went out of their way to recommend excellent local restaurants, all of which turned out to be fantastic choices—definitely a highlight of our stay. A lovely bonus is that there’s a CHAGEE store located within the hotel, which was super convenient for grabbing a drink without having to head out. Overall, this is a charming place with exceptional hospitality. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.

We were welcomed by A Fei, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, dependable, and super helpful. He can assist you with literally anything from recommending great restaurants and souvenir shops to finding the best places to buy local goods. He even went as far as asking for discounts from the shop owners for us! The room was super clean, tidy, and spacious. We originally booked two rooms, but since one was a bit smaller and on the first floor, he upgraded us to a larger room right next to each other so my family wouldn't be separated. He also handled our station transfers and organized our Jade Dragon Snow Mountain tour, which was seamless and very satisfying. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Last month, I took my mother to Kunming to celebrate her birthday and the Lantern Festival. We stayed for four nights and were very satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Many attractions were within walking distance, perfect for exploring, eating, and taking photos. We leisurely walked along the pedestrian street all the way to Cuihu Lake. On our departure day, we also went to Nanping Pedestrian Street to buy flower cakes, which was only about a five-minute walk away. The hotel is located above a snack street, and a popular bakery is also downstairs. No need to queue, and everything was delicious! There's also a 'posu bao' (flaky pastry bun) shop downstairs with incredible 'tangtui bao' (ham buns)! We bought them twice! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, and the robot delivered it quickly. (The sour plum juice from 'Suanjiao Dawang' is delicious!) The breakfast was very plentiful, with different options each of the three days. The hot stir-fry noodle station was great, and there were many dessert choices. On the day of the Lantern Festival, we even had tangyuan (glutinous rice balls). And, of course, a bowl of rice noodles was a daily must-have! All the toppings were tasty. We could see the night view from our window and even caught the sunrise. Although the hotel is in a bustling area, it was very quiet except for some fireworks on Lantern Festival night. We slept very well. The front desk staff, concierge, and even the housekeeping aunties were all very friendly and didn't pester us for good reviews. This will be our top choice for our next trip to Kunming!

A beautiful hotel located in a fantastic place in Lijiang Old Town. The owner was very welcoming and on arrival let us leave our bags for us to explore the town and when we returned he welcomed us with his own Chinese tea. The room was great! Good size, very comfortable beds, warm, good shower and toilet too. It had a lovely courtyard view and window seat. The owner helped us and answered all of our questions through WeChat and let us leave our bags for our fins day. We would 100% recommend!

Booked two identical rooms, arranged on the third floor, 1820 is slightly larger than 1819, 1820 faces the street, and the faint song of the bar will be heard at night, but there will be no more after 11 o'clock. The highlight of my Lijiang trip has to be the Jinmao Hotel Lijiang, a Hyatt Centric hotel! I've stayed in countless hotels, but this place truly captivated me with its 'bustling outside, serene inside' experience. It's just a 15-minute walk to Shuhe Ancient Town, and after soaking in the vibrant atmosphere there, you can retreat to this Naxi-style courtyard oasis. The red walls and black tiles reflected in the flowing water, even the air feels relaxing. The room was an absolute delight. The solid wood furniture exuded a warm, rich feel. The hotel offers many activities, and the service details were impeccable. You can even catch a glimpse of the stunning Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the breakfast restaurant. The room also came with a large bathtub, adding a perfect touch of vacation luxury. The hotel staff were always prompt and thoughtful, making the trip feel like a warm family visit. From the facilities to the service details, everything showcased a five-star quality. I particularly want to thank Christina for her attentive care, which made the entire journey incredibly comfortable. Next time I'm in Lijiang, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

📍Location: The location is excellent, located at the junction of Hongta Avenue and Wenhua Road in the city center, next to the Yuxi Museum, opposite the beautiful Nie Er Park, and it is very convenient to enter and exit by bus/Didi. 🔸Service: Polite and professional, supplementary items in the room can be delivered immediately, and the welcome fruit is good. 🔹Facilities: The weather was hot during the few days of stay, and the air conditioning could not be turned on all day. The hotel made corresponding explanations and took relevant cooling measures. The executive room is large, with a suite design style, a large-size dual TV, and free 🆓tourism information at the front desk and in the room. 🍚Food: The buffet breakfast is relatively rich and has many categories. 👉The hotel is listed with 4️⃣ stars, with high overall cost performance, recommended!

I frequently stay at the Cuihu Hotel. The location is excellent, right next to Cuihu Park. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling area. The hotel always has beautiful fresh flowers, and I especially appreciate the thoughtful pre-bedtime drink. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The service is very warm and welcoming. Overall, I feel very comfortable here. It's definitely worth staying!

The service was incredibly responsive and felt like family – so thoughtful! The location is also fantastic; you can just step downstairs and hit the night market for food and shopping, which is super convenient. Breakfast on the second-floor terrace was great, especially the freshly made rice noodles or regular noodles – very tasty!
