We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The host was very helpful, provided free pick up service from station and helped us book discounted tickets and drop off services. We did not know Chinese but the host tried her level best using translation app to help us. I highly reccommend this property to anyone visiting Furong Town.

The facilities are excellent: smart speaker, smart toilet, laundry facilities... definitely worth the price. The soundproofing is good, the room is spacious, and the curtains are high quality – we even slept until 11 am without realizing it. Cleanliness: Pretty good, no issues at all in the room. Service: Absolutely fantastic! Check-in was very quick, and they helped us plan a very reasonable route to Wulingyuan, which made our trip great. They also offer a shuttle service to the East Gate of the scenic area, which compensated for not being right at the entrance. Their advice was very detailed, and the service was continuous; the 'electronic guide' was amazing, you could ask anything about the scenic area. The service alone makes it worthwhile. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, but a minor drawback was that the housekeeping carts seemed to be in the hallway a lot, perhaps because we woke up so late. Breakfast was decent, nothing particularly amazing. The location is a bit far from the East Gate commercial area, which is a bit inconvenient. Regarding the mountain view, well, the room windows are indeed large, but our side faced the road and some low-rise buildings, so we could only see half a mountain, and the ground on the other side was a bit messy. I'd say don't expect too much. Overall, I think it's excellent. It's the off-season now, and most hotels are cheaper, but this one is a bit pricier. However, there's a good reason for it; it's worth choosing.

The handsome guys and beautiful ladies at the front desk are super enthusiastic and have an amazing attitude. They always address our needs and questions promptly. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and the room hygiene is spotless, which is simply fantastic. What's even better is that the Huangguang Plaza subway station is just a right turn from the exit. Plus, there's a smart assistant (Xiao Du), and the projector delivers super clear visuals. They even offer free laundry and drying services. From 8 PM to 10 PM, there's even a bowl of congee available; we just need to scan the QR code nearby, and someone will deliver it to us. It's truly excellent, mainly because it's just so great!

Traveling to Fenghuang Ancient Town with my parents and child, we chose the family room at Suli Lianhua. Lily at the front desk was very thoughtful and helped us upgrade to a suite. The space was incredibly comfortable, and you could feel the attentiveness in every detail of their service. The heating was excellent, and the hot water supply was great. They also provided shuttle service to Hongqiao, which is a fantastic option for traveling with elderly family members in winter.

This was by far our favorite hotel out of the 3 hotels we stayed during our 1-week trip in China. The service provided by hotel staff were impeccable - they were very attentive, passed us ponchos on a rainy day / explained in detail on how to plan our trip to Tianmen mountain and the national park etc. View from our room was amazing as well, can see the cable cars going by. Alot of eateries nearby the hotel and the Zhangjiajie station was within a few minutes walk too. Super convenient to go up to the Tianmen mountain - 10 mins walk to the entrance poin

The night before, I booked the Hilton Changsha Shimao through the Hilton platform, and the experience was utterly terrible. The soundproofing was awful. I was woken up at 3 AM by noise from the hallway and didn't sleep a wink all night, ending up with a pounding headache. First thing in the morning, I rebooked at the InterContinental via Trip.com. Miss Anna Jiang at the front desk was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely warm. I was so touched! She walked me to the elevator, introduced me to the hotel facilities and restaurants. She even pre-warned me that the river view rooms are near the elevators and to let them know if I experienced any noise so I could switch rooms. The concierge staff were also very proactive and helpful; I really appreciate their assistance. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean. The room view was lovely, overlooking the delta where the Liuyang River and Xiang River converge. There's a direct passage to the adjacent shopping malls (Beichenhui/Joy City), making dining and shopping very convenient. Breakfast here has the best Western pastries among all the international brand hotels I've stayed at in the past few months. It really suited my preferences, and the coffee was made with an espresso machine. There were also plenty of Chinese options, including rice noodles, but the texture wasn't quite to my liking; they were a bit too thick. Before checking out, I realized I'd left a ring in the room. I called, and they informed me it had already been found and sent to the concierge. It was perfect timing as I was just returning from visiting the Changsha Museum and picked it up on my way back. Oh, and right across from the hotel are the 'Three Museums and One Hall,' which are within walking distance. For food deliveries, you have to pick them up from external lockers, which is understandable and acceptable to me.

Check-in at the front desk took less than three minutes; the staff were professional and efficient. Knowing we were traveling, they proactively upgraded us to a quiet floor, away from noisy areas. The desk and chair in the room were spacious and comfortable, the lighting was just right, and the high-speed WiFi was stable throughout. The mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked with complimentary tea bags, coffee, and beverages – such attention to detail. The hotel's location is perfect for tourists, with many local specialty restaurants nearby, so dining was never an issue. Check-out was just as efficient, with prompt and attentive service. For travelers, such an efficient, comfortable, and hassle-free hotel is definitely a top choice for business trips! I'll certainly stay at Four Points by Sheraton again next time I'm in this city!

Reception staff super friendly, best service we’ve had in China so far, helped us with all of the bookings to the attractions such as Baofeng lake, Grand Canyon, avatar national park and Tianmen mountain, gave us the best recommendations according to fog weather and overcrowded times. I ordered a lot of things on taobao and to return, they have been extremely helpful with this. They even have a laundry room which I used at night, all of my washing was taken out of the dryer by the staff and ready to wear the next morning, breakfast was great, I would recommend this hotel to any traveller, it beats all the other hotels I have stayed at in China including 5 diamond ones. This hotel really deserves 5 diamonds for the service they provide. Thank you for making my stay wonderful, easy and stress free!

Highly recommend this time around! The consecutive stay discount included pick-up and drop-off, a free upgrade, and complimentary meals. It was convenient for getting around and very clean, with warm and enthusiastic service. Crucially, this Hilton was the cheapest I've ever stayed at, yet the quality was still top-notch.

We stayed for 2 nights in January and enjoyed the hotel a lot. It is not very close to the gate of the national park, bit the view and the air are amazing and Mr. Hu arranged a car to go to the park and back, and it was not expensive to get to most town attractions. The hotel also kindly picked us from the airport and delivered to the train station afterwards. We enjoyed the rooms which were super comfortable, we also enjoyed free evening tea ceremony a lot. Would love to come back!
