The HNA Airport Hotel Haikou is in a fantastic location, right next to Haikou Meilan International Airport. You can walk there or take the shuttle, making it perfect for early morning flights or layovers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-soundproofed, so you won't hear any noise. The service is warm and friendly, and the airport shuttle service is very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. The only downside is that it's far from the city center, but it's ideal for travelers catching flights.

We chose Ocean Flower Island specifically for the Oceana Resort, which boasts over 5,000 rooms. The visual impact was truly stunning; everything felt so grand and luxurious. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was varied, and we could even choose our preferred breakfast slot, which was super convenient for those of us who like to sleep in. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the high-speed train station and a little sightseeing train that makes it easy to explore Island 1. All in all, the Oceana Resort is definitely the top choice when visiting Ocean Flower Island!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The front desk and room service staff were warm and attentive, even personally taking us to the pharmacy. Our room was upgraded to one with a large balcony and a great sea view. The public facilities like the pool and lawn areas were well-maintained. Although some facilities are a bit older, the overall value for money is high. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, catering to different tastes.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Parking was super convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Sticking with Accor hotels is always a good choice. The front desk staff were very welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful. They even gave us a little gift at checkout, which my child absolutely loved. Highly recommend! 💯

Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, with a swimming pool and a water park. The kids had a blast, and the staff were very responsible, helping to look after them. If you need to leave for a short time, you can ask the water park staff to watch your children, and they do a great job. However, I couldn't find a self-service laundry area, so if you're staying for an extended period, you'll need to figure out your own laundry. There are very few charging stations; only a few above ground, and the underground parking only has dedicated Tesla chargers. The staff weren't very clear on this; we circled around several times without finding any, and only after asking customer service were we told there weren't any. Later, needing to charge urgently, we had to go to Dajiao Park for a fast charge. The hotel has a restaurant, and the prices are reasonable. You can also go to Changhua Town to eat; there's a small shop there that serves more than just noodles, and their dishes are delicious. The owner is very welcoming, and things aren't expensive. They even have my favorite pea and minced pork noodles. Environment: The environment is great, the scenery is beautiful, and it's very close to the beach, perfect for clamming. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, and trash was promptly removed. The day before, the breakfast had pancakes, and they had made a lot. A guest saw a fly land on them, so the staff threw them all into the trash. The next day, there was a chef making them fresh on the spot, so hygiene is definitely assured. Service: If you need anything, you can contact the front desk, and a service staff member will respond quickly. We brought our child and requested extra blankets and drinking water, which were all delivered for free. There's a third-party photographer, but their skill level is very average. Just take the complimentary photos; don't choose extra photos for fine-tuning, as they look like fake Photoshop jobs. Their skill really isn't good.

This hotel has an English decor style and is conveniently located in the Guomao CBD, which was great for my business trip. Woohoo! The lobby is on the 43rd floor, which made check-in and check-out a little inconvenient, but the panoramic views of Haikou were amazing, so it was worth it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were excellent. The view from my window was fantastic, with a park below and the ocean in the distance.

Seems to be the hotel is ready to be renovated. Room was very clean. Staff gave all necessary information. But… we arrived by taxi from Baisha, and supposed to be taken to Baoting as a next destination. To call a taxi to the hotel took around one hour. Yes, we got some help, but is was mostly “talking”, not actual actions to be taken. No hotel’s car are available. So, plan how you are going to get out from this place in advance.

This was my first stay at the Sofitel Haikou, and the executive lounge staff proactively contacted me on WeChat to arrange my room according to my preferences. They even sent us a practical travel guide when they found out we were traveling. The room arrangement was excellent, the hotel is very new, and we really liked the decor. The lounge staff were very responsive and promptly registered our car license plate. At check-out, they asked for feedback on our stay. There was a slight issue during breakfast, but after I reported it to the lounge staff, they quickly resolved it to our complete satisfaction. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Haikou.

The facilities were very new, the bedding was pristine and comfortable, and the cleanliness was spotless. The bathroom was also very large, and the separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch. **Service:** We checked in around noon on March 11th. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient. She also thoughtfully provided us with a guide to exploring the island and even upgraded our room. A special thank you to the front desk lady for her service, and the bellhops were also fantastic.

The sea-view room boasts breathtaking scenery, and the room itself was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The facilities were complete and modern, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth another visit!
