The scenery is absolutely beautiful! However, I couldn't stay longer because it's truly integrated with nature. A bug even fell on my head at night! I'd suggest installing mosquito nets or canopies. Outside, the tree frogs chirped all night, and the birds started singing very early. Breakfast was generous and the views were great too. The only downside is that the scenic area is huge, so you need to call an electric cart to get anywhere, which is quite inconvenient. Food options on the mountain are also limited, so I used the hotel's room service. But honestly, the scenery is just too, too beautiful. Everything else can be overlooked.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Palace Hotel. There was a small issue on the first day, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, which left a good impression. The swimming pool was excellent, and one of the highlights was being able to enjoy a meal while looking at the aquarium. The location is also very convenient, with the night market within walking distance. Yalong Bay Beach was a little below my expectations, although it is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great facilities, and I would consider staying here again.

My stay at Wanda Vista Sanya Haitang Bay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's tropical gardens are serene and elegant, offering direct oceanfront views in a peaceful and relaxing environment. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and very convenient for getting to the duty-free shop. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients. Ella was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive, quickly resolving all my needs. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the vacation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

Stayed for two nights. First, I want to commend Kaylee, our butler. Her service was excellent, very proactive, and responsive. The concierge service was great. They were there to open the door and help with luggage as soon as we parked. We were offered welcome leis, but they weren't available when we got out of the car. The lobby didn't have air conditioning and was a bit warm, but it was well-ventilated. Check-in was quite fast, and they provided detailed information. The elevator had AC and was very cool, and our luggage was delivered to the room quickly. The hallway to the room was too long and outdoors, making it quite hot. However, it looked beautiful once the sun set. The family room had one king-size bed and one single bed. The mattresses were good, no backaches. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature. Bottled water was replenished promptly and generously. Room 833 offered a partial sea view and a partial view of the duty-free shop and a new hotel that's still under construction. It wasn't noisy, and the duty-free shop lights looked lovely at night. The only **bug** was the bathtub on the balcony, which made it impossible to take a bath. The room had no musty smell and didn't feel old. There was a huge table, convenient for dining. We received welcome fruits upon check-in, and the passionfruit was absolutely delicious. A complimentary minibar was provided, with drinks and snacks. The family pool was a bit basic, without a water playground, but it had free floats and basketballs. There were plenty of lifeguards who helped inflate the floats. There was a shuttle bus to the beach, and the driver was very friendly and chatty. The beach had lounge chairs, and the sand crab catching activity was excellent and engaging. There wasn't much hawking on the beach, which contributed to a great vacation vibe. Free sand-digging tools were available at the beach. The kids' club was next to the B1 breakfast restaurant, with activities suitable for younger children. Tree climbing was a lot of fun and came with small prizes. The bubble activities were a hit with all the kids. You could reach the duty-free shop by crossing the road through a small gate, which closed at 10 PM. We weren't bitten by mosquitoes at all during our stay, which indicates good pest control – a definite plus. Breakfast was a bit simple; the variety could be improved. We didn't have to wait for a table even when arriving after 10 AM, and the food was replenished promptly. The Xinglong coffee was good. Eating outdoors was slightly warm but offered views of fish and snorkeling. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was delicious, delicious, delicious! The hotpot at the Western restaurant was decent, and the ambiance was good. There were plenty of takeout options nearby, but you had to pick them up from the takeout cabinet yourself. The 'Qingbuliang' (Hainanese dessert soup) from room service was good. It's a shame we didn't go snorkeling. We'll have to come back next time.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! There were so many activities, perfect for families with kids. Our butler, Xigua, provided exceptional service, even bringing us fruit and a souvenir. Throughout our stay, the service was top-notch; they even helped with food deliveries. The scenery of Haitang Bay behind the hotel is stunning, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious too! Butler Xigua was very thoughtful and provided excellent service.

The hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants, so you'll have endless dining options. All the in-room appliances work perfectly. Plus, there's an incredibly delicious coconut chicken restaurant right behind the hotel, less than 100 meters away – a must-try if you stay here! The room facilities and housekeeping are top-notch. The cleaning is meticulous, and everything is tidied up neatly. The staff are very polite. The buffet breakfast on the 33rd floor is abundant, delicious, and offers a wide variety of choices. The Guest Relations assistant even added me on WeChat during my stay, which was super convenient as they were always responsive to my requests. Overall, the hotel environment is quiet and upscale. This is definitely my go-to hotel when traveling.

I highly recommend the Sanya Haitang Bay Mangrove Tree Resort, it's perfect for a family trip! The hotel is huge with excellent facilities, including 6 swimming pools, with a dedicated children's pool that kept the kids entertained. We stayed in a direct ocean-view room, which was spacious with an expansive, unobstructed sea view – the viewing experience was superb. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options. Plus, there's a food court right next to the hotel, making dining incredibly convenient. There were plenty of highlights for kids: the hotel has its own mini petting zoo where you can feed animals like rabbits, alpacas, parrots, and deer. The recreation center offers a wide range of activities, including archery, shooting, billiards, and table tennis, ensuring fun for both adults and children. Special thanks to our butler, Yulia, for her warm, attentive, and prompt service! We just needed some bottled water, and she brought us an entire case. She even braved the rain to bring us an umbrella during our travel photoshoot. Her service far exceeded our expectations, and her attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful. It's a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and relaxation, providing a truly fulfilling vacation experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sanya!

Very convenient for Dadonghai! The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get anywhere by taxi. The weather has been fantastic lately, with beautiful clear skies and ocean views. A special thank you to Jill for her wonderful company; she brought so many pleasant surprises and warmth to our stay. We didn't have to worry about a thing, just relax and enjoy. This was my first time staying at Atlantis Sanya, and the main reason for our visit was to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was drawn to the Atlantis' activities and facilities while searching for hotels in Sanya on Trip.com. Since I was busy with work, I didn't have much time to plan the itinerary. Luckily, after booking the hotel, I contacted them via email, and they kindly agreed to arrange a birthday cake to surprise my husband on his special day. Atlantis also offers a very thoughtful service. I had pre-purchased tickets for the beluga underwater activity and the dolphin interaction program separately through their WeChat mini-program. Soon after, I received a call from an Atlantis staff member informing me that there was a package deal that included both activities at a significantly lower price. In the end, they helped me cancel my previous orders and process a refund so I could repurchase the package. I wholeheartedly recommend the beluga underwater activity. Andy and Tina, the star belugas, are gentle and a little playful. They interacted with us for a full 30 minutes. Opportunities to touch belugas are rare in a lifetime, and being able to kiss them too made the ticket price absolutely worth it! The Ossiano underwater restaurant is also worth a try! As it was my husband's birthday dinner, we opted for a specific set menu. We enjoyed our meal right next to the large fish tank, watching the fish swim by. The price of their set menu is comparable to 'Omakase' in Hong Kong. If you have any dietary restrictions, they are happy to accommodate changes to the ingredients. Ossiano's ambiance, service, food quality, and portion sizes were all excellent. Both of us found every dish delicious, and at the end, the waiter thoughtfully brought us hot tea to help us digest. Finally, I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ariel, our dedicated Atlantis hotel staff member. Throughout our 4-day, 3-night stay, she thoughtfully messaged us to see if we had any special needs. When she learned it was for my husband's birthday, she specifically arranged balloons and decorations, and even sent fruit and a birthday cake. These past few days, she was like a little assistant, quietly taking care of everything behind the scenes for me. She also helped me communicate with the restaurant and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all her help these past few days. 💕 If you're planning a trip to Sanya, Atlantis is truly an excellent choice. The price might not be cheap, but the room rate includes daily unlimited access to the aquarium and one daily entry to Aquaventure Waterpark per person. The cost of these tickets alone makes it a great value, whether you're a couple or a family with children!

Despite our late check-in, the hotel promptly provided alternative pillow types, which was a thoughtful touch. Diana was attentive to our needs every day. Even though the hotel was busy with high occupancy during our stay, everyone worked hard to maintain consistent service quality. Diana was also very meticulous, proactively asking if we needed anything replenished and fulfilling our requests promptly. What moved us even more was that the hotel granted us a late check-out, allowing us ample time to rest and get organized. The weather was lovely these past few days, and the beach scenery was stunning. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious; we tried the highly-praised Zaopo vinegar and it lived up to its reputation. If we visit Hainan again, we will definitely choose to stay at the Grand Hyatt. This experience was truly excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied with our pool room. The kids spent every day happily playing in the pool. Special thanks to Diana for arranging the fruit and fruit platter from the hotel, which truly enhanced the vacation vibe and made for great photos. The staff during the complimentary photo session were also very professional; there was no pressure to select photos or purchase packages. Overall, this experience brought a perfect end to our Sanya trip.
