I had a layover in Singapore and stayed here for a night. It exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and clean, far better than what I'd anticipated for a hotel at this price point and location. They also offer a free shuttle service from the airport terminal to the hotel, which was a very thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone on a layover!

This hotel is incredibly quiet and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness. The breakfast is lavish, and the service is outstanding. Before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to provide information about the weather, local attractions, and the shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station. On the evening of check-in, the butler called again to ask how my stay was and if I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel is divided into sections: Ocean Castle, Desert Castle, Glacier Castle, and Forest Castle, each with its own unique character. The kids had a fantastic time at Haihua Island, and staying at the Oubao Hotel while visiting Haihua Island is an excellent choice.

I specifically set aside a day to enjoy them at the hotel. A special shout-out to the activities coordinator; she was very patient with the children and even called me to confirm the meeting time and place. 2. The hotel's location is great, and there are space-themed activities. The astronaut suits and airplane-shaped trolleys in the family room were a huge hit with the kids. 3. Thoughtful Service: For the sunrise viewing activity, they provided hot water and cookies 🍪, which was very heartwarming 🥰, and the cookies were delicious 😋. My only minor complaint is that the second room we were moved to was quite far away. Because there were fewer people around, my child was a bit scared of the quiet and wouldn't walk by herself at night 🙈.

We specifically chose MGM to celebrate my child's 12th birthday, and the hotel really went above and beyond! They prepared a cake, fruit, pastries, coconuts, and even a little lion stuffed animal and a towel cake. It was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed in a poolside room, and the water temperature was perfect; most of the pools are heated, which was great for the kids. The petting zoo was fantastic, my child went multiple times to play with the animals. Overall, MGM is highly recommended for families with children, offering plenty of kids' activities and a lively atmosphere. There are performances in the middle of the pool and a beach bar where you can enjoy the ocean view while listening to music. The service was excellent, and our butler was very warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All in all, it's a top-tier family-friendly hotel in Sanya. Awesome!

I stayed two nights in Shimei Bay, one at Le Méridien and one at The Westin. The Westin's lawn is very picturesque, and the beach is relatively long and narrow with a bit of a slope, but the loungers are quite comfortable. The indoor heated pool is excellent, very warm, and a standard 50-meter pool. Our butler, Miss Mile, provided thoughtful and timely service. She helped us book our departure transfer and even sent fruit and cake, offering an unexpectedly great service experience. She definitely deserves special commendation!

I really have to rave about this hotel! The location and environment are absolutely amazing, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room facilities are very new, including a smart toilet. Every day when I returned, the cleaning staff had tidied up the room perfectly, and these little details really impressed me. The Hilton is definitely the best hotel on Ocean Flower Island, and its location is fantastic. There's a gourmet food street nearby, and a McDonald's just a few steps downstairs. It's super convenient for catching the light show at night, and visiting the museum complex and outlet mall during the day. The hotel facilities are also great; having a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music is a nice touch. The first room I stayed in was quite small. Even though the front desk had thoughtfully given me a room on a higher floor, the hallway in the room still felt cramped. Later, because the air conditioning broke, they moved me to a larger sea-view room, and suddenly, the room felt much more comfortable. The biggest downside in the room was that the shower water wasn't hot enough. After showering, I was freezing! It was practically lukewarm water. The bath towels were also cold, not absorbent, and felt slippery – just so cold. Another drawback was that the windows were very heavy; you needed staff to help open or close them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the service staff were generally very good, and my overall experience was still pretty positive.

Even more delightful, the front desk attendant, Helen, thoughtfully upgraded my booked 55sqm sea-view room directly to a 120sqm sea-view family suite! Opening the window revealed an endless ocean vista. I woke up to the gentle sea breeze in the mornings and enjoyed the golden sunset and colorful clouds from the balcony in the evenings. Even while bathing, I could catch glimpses of the shimmering sea. The Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures in the room were exceptionally high quality, showcasing luxury in every detail – my impression was instantly elevated. Sky Lounge on the 33rd floor is also a must-visit spot. The 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the magnificent sea and sky. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a delicate afternoon tea, with the sea breeze carrying the scent of coconuts. In the evening, I sipped cocktails to the melodious tunes of the live band – the atmosphere was incredibly romantic and relaxing.
