酒店的淋浴熱水幾乎是涼的，且不能調節。跟前台溝通提前退房一天也不答應。酒店位置在大學裏，周邊要走好久才走一間超市。去哪裡都要叫黑車。早餐還行。

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

Riad is conveniently located, inside very beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean, there was everything needed. You can order breakfast extra if you missed this option when booking. There is a big terrace on top, on which it is nice to sit and drink a cup of mint tea in the evening. The staff is very friendly, taking into account all our wishes. Recommend this place from all the soul! Thank you!

This hotel offers a pleasant overall experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night’s rest. The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and business center, catering to various guests’ needs. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive, responding promptly to guests’ requests.

Facilities: The hotel is very new and the overall facilities are very good, except for the shower door, which is not very waterproof and leaks outside after taking a shower. Hygiene: Very good Environment: Located in the new city area, there are many restaurants around and it is also convenient to go to the mall. It is a 15-minute drive from the old city and a 10-minute drive from the Majorelle Gardens Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, free parking is provided, and the security is also very responsible.

Alles was in orde, jammer dat in de kamers de gebedsrichting niet word aangegeven. En helaas geen gebedskleed. Voor de rest was alles perfect.

J’ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir d’y retourner. Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins : il suffit de demander et tout est organisé avec efficacité, que ce soit pour un massage, une balade ou une excursion. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et confortables. L’ensemble de l’établissement est impeccablement entretenu : les piscines, les parcs et les espaces extérieurs sont à la fois calmes et ressourçants. On y croise même quelques animaux comme des chats ou des paons, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable et apaisante. La nourriture est excellente, variée et généreuse. De plus, la navette gratuite mise à disposition pour rejoindre la ville est un vrai plus. En résumé : propreté, confort, qualité du service et atmosphère relaxante… tout est top. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

My family needed to leave the car in Marakesh for an overnight excursion (1 night). The manager denied the request (it took asking several people to get an answer) because someone had recently left their car in the lot for a month. We had two rooms in the hotel and were asking for 1 day - and we were trying to be honest about it. I would think you had several customers that take that type of excursion and that you could easily be accomadating to that need, especially since you advertise free parking. Otherwise the stay was good. And you could have told us that that there was overnight parking available in the mall parking lot right up the street, instead of recommending a possible lot a 10 minute cab ride away.

The room was very spacious and I was able to stay comfortably. However, the shower drain was not good and the water overflowed in 1 minute, which was a bit of a hassle.
