I have stayed in folk houses and hotels. Friends who come from outside recommend this hotel which is close to the airport. In addition to free airport pick-up and drop-off, it also provides breakfast and is close to Green City (where there is a food court, clean and quiet, better than Khan Bazar). A fare to the ancient city is no more than 20 yuan. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. It is a good place to stay for a stroll during the day and to rest in peace. Thank you very much! I like it very much. Next time I come to Kashgar, I will choose this hotel for the whole trip!

Guest UserThe front desk staff were very friendly and even the manager personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. They also upgraded us to a family room. I highly recommend staying here, we were very satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, hospitals, and shopping.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus).
The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.
Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key.
Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.

AilvxingdedabaoxiangStaying at the Xinda Hyde Hotel was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and airy, with an expansive view outside the window. I could see the majestic Bogda Peak in the distance – truly a beautiful sight. It's a delightful place for both travel and living.

lakesongTraveling to Xinjiang, I passed through Urumqi on both the outbound and return flights. Luckily, both hotels I chose were excellent.璞舍沁院 (Pushe Qinyuan) is relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by other hotels (at the intersection of Qingdao Road, Guangzhou Road, and Shanghai Road). It's easy to get around, yet quiet and comfortable. There's a satellite plaza nearby and plenty of dining options. The hotel's exterior and interior design are very unique, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and airport shuttle were all attentive, enthusiastic, punctual, and efficient. The self-service laundry room and gym were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The foot massage on the basement floor was very professional and offered good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThis is a new hotel with great overall ambiance and facilities. The smart room features are very convenient!
Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~
The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore.
It was a fantastic experience~

The front desk staff, Xiao Guo, provided excellent service. She always greeted us with a smile whenever we went up or down, and she even helped us arrange airport transfers. If I ever get the chance to visit Xinjiang again, I'll definitely stay here.

Guest UserStaying with my elderly parents here was incredibly reassuring. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and provided excellent service. The complimentary airport shuttle made transfers easy and convenient. The lobby offered a different fresh juice daily, and soft drinks were available, which was great for the seniors. Our room was clean and slip-resistant, and the smart controls were easy to use. Free laundry and a gym were a plus, and the laundry service saved us a lot of hassle. Breakfast was soft, delicious, and easy to chew, and parking was convenient. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time.

SarahtheSiameseModern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded.
The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

We stayed one night at this homestay. It is very clean and modern. There is a very pretty tourist area nearby and a river. The noise level on the night we stayed was quite high for a few hours. It was from nearby hotels I think as there are many with bars. Our kids easily slept through the music and singing, but we adults did not. The noise stops by midnight though. Thos was a recurrent theme in a few places we stayed though in Xinjiang. Summer time os party time fpr many tourists without families. All in all it is a great, clean place to stay with exceptional service.
