I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is elegant and clean, the room is spacious, and the hygiene is impeccable. All the facilities are complete and work perfectly. The staff are attentive and patient, and very friendly and approachable. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for your travels and accommodation!

Ms. Saramati and Ms. Xiaoyue at the front desk provided fantastic service! They offered a complimentary late check-out and were incredibly patient. Their Mandarin was very standard. The room was spacious and air-conditioned, and they promptly resolved any issues. We even received welcome fruits. We slept wonderfully. It was an exceptionally satisfying stay, and I genuinely recommend this hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent, truly impressive.

Five-star praise for Ms. Gulzhanur Maimaiti at the front desk. A perfect trip often comes down to meeting the right people. She truly showed me what exceptional 'ownership' and reliable, follow-through work look like. Even before we checked in, she proactively sent a video, meticulously asking about all our needs and arranging everything perfectly, making us feel at ease before we even arrived. During our stay, she keenly noticed our travel fatigue, not only thoughtfully offering warm water but also, upon learning of our tight schedule, proactively helped us arrange a late check-out, which was a huge relief. Even when we left, she specially prepared a parting gift, extending that warmth until the very last moment. From the concern before check-in to the reluctance to leave, she treated every guest like family. Ms. Nur deeply impressed me with her sincere follow-through and full sense of ownership. She provided service that truly touched the guests' hearts. I look forward to staying again during the snowy season. The hotel's own food is also excellent, available at the main entrance at 6 PM.

On our self-driving tour along the Northern Xinjiang loop, after comparing several accommodations in Kanas, we finally chose You Shan Ya Ju, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, a popular spot in Jiadengyu, making it incredibly convenient for early morning park visits and evening returns for rest. The rooms were spotless, the environment quiet and comfortable, and the staff provided attentive service, offering practical local travel tips without any pushy sales. The overall value for money is great, making it an ideal base for families or friends traveling together. It's a highly recommended accommodation option when visiting Kanas.

The room was clean and tidy, with an complimentary upgrade. The bedding was comfortable and soundproofing was good too. The staffs at the breakfast place and front desk, especially Xiao Ma were welcoming and attentive. Check-in was highly efficient and the location is convenient, making it easy to dine out and get around with Didi. Great value for money and highly recommended for a luxe and comfy stay in Urumqi.

This is a new hotel with great overall ambiance and facilities. The smart room features are very convenient! Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~ The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore. It was a fantastic experience~

The room size was good and clean. The WiFi speed could be improved because it's one of the slowest that we've had at any hotel. Their AC was under maintenance on our first night so it was quite hot and uncomfortable. But it was fixed the next day. The location is quite far from downtown but quiet enough. There's only one nice restaurant behind it. Otherwise, there's some street food stalls nearby. The service was good. The ladies are polite and always greet us every time we go in and out. The security guard was really nice to help us with our luggage bags. Breakfast had a good selection. Overall, it's a good place to stay with a reasonable price.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff was beautiful and enthusiastic. They even proactively asked about our needs beforehand! Absolutely excellent! I highly recommend everyone to come and stay here!

I like the layout and decoration of the room. The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. The service is also very good. The attitude is great. The only suggestion I would like to make is that the support of the mattress is not very good. It is a bit soft. My waist feels tired after sleeping all night. A mattress like Atour would be better.
