I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were on top of daily tidying and proactively replenished drinking water and supplies, showing great attention to detail. The common areas were spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and facilities like the TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it's fantastic value for money; the service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book again next time!

The service staff were polite and meticulous, reliable and down-to-earth, and were able to respond and deal with any issues promptly, which made me feel very comfortable. The room itself was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. It was neatly arranged and organized, creating a comfortable living atmosphere. The facilities were complete and in good condition, making for a very convenient stay. The overall environment was quiet, and the quality of rest was excellent. Both the service experience and the accommodation exceeded expectations, and the check-in process was very pleasant. The value for money was good, and I was satisfied in all aspects. I will definitely choose this place again if I have the opportunity, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I thought for such a low price it would just be average, but when I arrived, the environment was great, the room was good, the service was spot-on, and the facilities were quite complete. Overall, it was a really good experience. As long as you're not extremely picky, I think anyone would have a good stay.

I've stayed at many hotels during my travels, but the front desk here truly made a great impression. They were quick to respond, pleasant to communicate with, and actively helped with any requests without making excuses, especially Rizliya and Nur, the supervisors. They significantly elevated the overall stay, and I highly recommend it. The breakfast was also quite good, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet. As an executive floor guest, I was very satisfied with my stay.

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Xiao Ye, the concierge staff member, during my recent stay at the Urumqi Pushe Qinyuan Hotel (Tianshan International Airport Degang Wanda Branch). Xiao Ye was incredibly warm and attentive, always polite and helpful. Upon my arrival, he proactively assisted me with arranging a taxi, which significantly eased my travel burden. Knowing that my train departed early the next morning and would conflict with the hotel's breakfast hours, Xiao Ye thoughtfully informed the front desk and meticulously coordinated my breakfast arrangements. He truly went above and beyond, always approaching solutions from a guest’s perspective to resolve any travel difficulties. His meticulous and thoughtful service made my trip feel incredibly warm and truly made me feel at home. He deserves high praise!

This is a new hotel with great overall ambiance and facilities. The smart room features are very convenient! Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~ The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore. It was a fantastic experience~

The front desk service at this hotel was exceptional! Our flight was delayed, and we didn't get back to the hotel until 2 AM, having missed dinner. The kettle in our room was broken, so we contacted the front desk. Fangfang and Xiaxia, who were working the night shift, went above and beyond, using their own kettle to boil water for us twice, until past 3 AM. A big thank you to them and the hotel management for their wonderful attitude. The breakfast was also excellent, with great service; any depleted items were promptly refilled. They even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. This is truly a hotel that puts you at ease.

This hotel 🏨 offers accessible rooms specially designed for seniors 🧓 and people with disabilities. The toilet 🚽 has grab bars, and the shower features a wall-mounted fold-down seat 💺, which was perfect for my mother who has mobility issues. What's more, the staff proactively offered to adjust our room accordingly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. The breakfast is also very generous, and guests receive a coffee voucher for the coffee shop on the first floor. Both the washing machine and dryer are high-capacity and efficient. The only minor drawback is that it's not super close to the old city, but taxis in Kashgar are convenient and affordable.
