The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.
I checked in on December 31st. That day I had a high fever and couldn't eat anything. Around 10 or 11 am, I called the front desk to ask for a bedtime sweet soup to be delivered to my room. The front desk said it wasn't available yet and they would deliver it when it was available. Around midnight, it still hadn't arrived, so I called the front desk again. They said the kitchen was closed that day and they didn't have any sweet soup… Quite speechless. If they hadn't said they didn't offer it, I would have just ordered takeout. Making someone with a high fever wait for over an hour on an empty stomach is ridiculous!
The next day, the cantaloupe breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive, and then it was gone in seconds. It felt like this hotel hadn't had this many guests in a long time.
The hotel is built on a hillside, and the front desk and rooms are not in the same place. The parking area is far from the rooms, which is quite inconvenient in winter.
Regarding facilities, I booked a lake-view twin room, but there was no coffee table between the two beds. The only place to eat in the room was a dining table, but there were no chairs. I wanted to make hot tea, but there were no tea bags provided in the room.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service!
I had an excellent experience during my stay. The service was truly impressive — every staff member was very attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile at any time. From the front desk to housekeeping and even maintenance (who promptly fixed a light bulb), everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options.
Special thanks to 蘇熱亞木,吾勒達娜,吾修汗 and a few other who I was unable to get the names for their exceptional service and warm hospitality — they really made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Highly recommended! The disposable toiletries provided in the room are all well-known brands. The service was excellent, the environment comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, it was an oxygen-enriched room! I stayed for three nights straight and it was my favorite hotel of the entire trip. The product recommended by the streamer was definitely a good choice. They even gave me complimentary fruit. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn't connected to the laundry facilities, which I hope they can improve.

Fantastic experience! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing for a peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk and staff were all thoughtful and patient. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes that really hit the spot. The coffee from the downstairs coffee shop was also great! Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I felt very comfortable staying here in Kashgar and highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent, and it was still stunning despite being off-season.
The service exceeded our expectations. Jerry's butler service, in particular, is a model that many star-rated hotels should emulate. His responses were prompt, his demeanor appropriate, and he provided comprehensive assistance. From recommending routes and guides before check-in to facilitating our needs during our stay and ensuring a warm and thoughtful departure process, we were truly impressed.
However, there are still some areas that need improvement.
Firstly, the hotel still feels a bit new. The elevator had a strong smell, and after spending some time in the room, my allergies flared up, making me suspect dust mites (or perhaps it was just too dry).
Additionally, the room was too hot for this time of year. We could only open a few windows, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The air conditioning, even on its lowest setting, only blew hot air. We were wearing down jackets outdoors, but inside, even without clothes, it was unbearable. I suggest adjusting the central air conditioning to a more suitable temperature.
I must highly commend the hotel breakfast – it was plentiful and truly exceptional. It's a must-try!
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus).
The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent.
Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key.
Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.
The hotel service is super good. The lobby meets several young ladies on duty at different times. They are super polite and caring. The front desk and room service staff are also super enthusiastic. Takeaways to the hotel's own staff will help you deliver them, which is also a very reassuring point. The staff who need to pick up the plane will also ask about the flight information carefully. The lobby environment is great. It is mainly quiet and comfortable, suitable for business travel. The hotel lobby also has spiral stairs, which is very design. Convenient transportation, parking is also very convenient, it is safe to enter the elevator to brush the room card, the room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied, a great hotel, recommended! !
OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter.
It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue.
Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance.
The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur.
After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience.
It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.

Outstanding
SSyed AnoshI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.
MMok YakThis is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.
NNingning mumThe room is big enough, the living room has plenty of room for an extra bed, and the view from the upper floors is good. The elevators are well arranged, and there is no long waiting time on the upper floors. The overall service is good, and robots deliver takeaways when ordered. The Chinese restaurant is OK, especially the green leafy vegetables are better than those fried in other restaurants. When checking out, I asked for a half-hour extension, which was readily agreed.
GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.

RRICHARD JOHNWe are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread.

EelaineModern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded.
The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.
