The environment here is fantastic, and the room's oxygen supply was top-notch. The service was excellent too; they even upgraded our room for free! We decided to extend our stay right after checking in. The room was much more spacious and brighter than it looked in the photos, and everything else was great. My only minor issue is that I'm a light sleeper and quite sensitive to noise and brightness. The light from the mirror's switch felt a bit too bright for me. I hope they might consider providing disposable earplugs and eye masks in the rooms in the future.

From check-in onwards, she was consistently warm and attentive, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and patiently answering all my questions, making me feel instantly welcome. Even more surprising was that Xiaoyu helped me apply for a free room upgrade; the new room was more spacious and had a better view, completely enhancing my experience. I must also praise the underfloor heating in the room; the temperature was perfectly adjusted, ensuring a comfortable and warm stay without any dryness, requiring no effort to adjust. The service throughout was incredibly convenient, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I also look forward to receiving Xiaoyu's service again!

This hotel offers great value for money. They provide a complimentary airport shuttle, which saves on taxi fares both ways. Upon check-in, someone brought us water, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, always smiling. In the lobby, they offer dried fruits, cookies, juice, and coffee. They also gave us coffee vouchers for their adjacent coffee shop. After check-in, they even escorted us to the elevator, explaining all the hotel's facilities and amenities in detail along the way. The guest room was very clean. In the evening, they also sent a fruit platter to our room. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and delicious. Oh, and the hotel also offers free laundry service; you just hand over your clothes, which is very convenient. Overall, I really love this hotel; it's excellent value for money and highly recommended.

## Pros: 1. The hotel boasts an excellent location with a massive parking lot, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving travelers. 2. The surrounding area is well-developed with a comprehensive array of amenities, including countless restaurants, supermarkets, fruit shops, and pharmacies, ensuring guests have no shortage of dining and shopping options. 3. The central air conditioning in the rooms is remarkably quiet – arguably the quietest in all of Southern Xinjiang. Even on the lowest fan setting, it produces virtually no noise, which is a huge benefit for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise at night. ## Cons: 1. The quality of service has noticeably declined since the hotel's initial opening. 2. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the room's drain. 3. The towels provided were old and worn, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was of very poor quality. 4. The laundry room and gym are awkwardly crammed into a single small space with insufficient equipment. With only two washing machines, guests often have to wait in line until the early hours of the morning to do their laundry. It would be much more practical to remove two treadmills and add more washing machines.

Traveling with my family, our stay here was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was quiet, and the price was very reasonable, not expensive at all. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to help proactively when needed, and treated everyone with warmth and respect. My whole family was very satisfied, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was quite spacious and the facilities were all very new. The service was good, and they even had an oxygen supply system with nasal oxygen outlets. From the scenic view room, you could directly see Jincao Beach after opening the window, though the weather and season weren't great during my visit, so there wasn't much of a view. On the first floor, there's a recreation area with ping-pong and billiards tables. There are also plenty of washing machines in the public laundry room. The breakfast spread was very rich. For accommodation in Tashkurgan, this is definitely a very good hotel.

The hotel is as clean and tidy as ever, and its operations are becoming increasingly professional. They didn't used to offer airport drop-off service, but now they have a dedicated car. Xiao Wu at the front desk and driver Xiao Ye both provided perfect service. I'll definitely be back next time!
