My top choice for hotels when I'm on a business trip to Xinjiang! It's clean, hygienic, and incredibly convenient for getting around, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Most importantly, the service attitude is excellent and very friendly, especially from the lovely Ms. Nur and the handsome Mr. Alpha, who provide very thoughtful service!

The room was fantastic! It was a private villa with two pools, one outdoors and one in the bathroom. Both were spacious enough to comfortably fit three or four adults. My parents, who are frequent hot spring-goers, immediately recognized the familiar sulfur smell when they turned on the hot spring water and raved about it. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring while it was snowing was incredibly relaxing. The complimentary goodnight milk was also a nice touch. And they even had yak meat and matsutake mushrooms for breakfast, which were absolutely delicious!

Every time I choose this hotel, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and everything feels new. The breakfast is just okay, but the hotel environment is beautiful. Fantastic experience! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent with great views, and there are a few other similar hotels nearby. The facilities are complete, but there's still a noticeable renovation smell from the elevator and the room's decorative panels. The front desk mentioned they'll be redecorating the elevator area soon. However, the housekeeping and cleaning standards are quite poor; this is the first time I've checked into a hotel and found a half-empty bottle of water on the table and a clump of hair on the bathmat. This is far from Marriott's service standards. Nevertheless, I must say that the hotel staff's service attitude is professional and friendly, and they are prompt in addressing issues.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent. Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow.
