Service: The hotel's service was excellent. Our butler, Fang, was always available to help, whether it was early morning or late at night. We were here for skiing and hadn't planned any local activities, so we basically relied on Fang for everythingโasking questions, getting water, or ordering food. It was incredibly convenient!
Free shuttle to Gikprin Ski Resort: They offer morning and evening shuttles, which is very convenient. Otherwise, a taxi would cost about 100 RMB a day.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was quite good. No strange smells in the bathroom, thumbs up!
Environment: The environment is beautiful. We had stunning views of the snowy mountains from our window, and there were several adorable, friendly cats around.
A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.

Love this hotel, clean and new facilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Manson who help arrange a driver for our day trip to Lake Karakul. Highly recommended hotel. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of local food. There is free self service laundry facility. The hotel provides free airport transfers. The hotel is about 15rmb taxi distance to most tourist sites.

Although it's an established hotel, it has a great location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The front desk lady, Ms. Aiman, is beautiful and friendly! ๐นI love her so much! ๐นShe upgraded me to a junior suite, which was quiet, safe, and comfortable. It was amazing! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป The housekeeper was a senior employee and a beautiful young woman, equally attentive and enthusiastic. This made my stay feel safe and secure during this trip, and it was a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a very high occupancy rate, and it would be even better if the breakfast menu featured more Xinjiang specialties. Overall, it's very good! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

Our stay with my parents and children was absolutely perfect this time! The hotel environment is elegant and serene, the room is spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and professional, always ready to assist, which I greatly appreciated. The food was abundant and delicious, with breakfast being particularly outstanding. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, showcasing high quality throughout. Plus, they offer airport transfer service!
Highly recommended; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi!
Service: A special shout-out to waiter Xiao Ka (Little Card) for excellent service. Thank you!
We stayed for 9 days straight, and this newly opened Conrad Hemu was truly excellent. The concierge, Xiao Cai, was incredibly warm and attentive, providing us with outstanding service every single day. She efficiently handled all our needs, and we had a fantastic time. The hotel also has snowboard storage, and it's very close to the West Wing service lobby. Most importantly, we had professional staff like Xiao Cai who were always there to take care of us. The snow in Hemu, Xinjiang, is arguably the best in China. Based on this service alone, we'll definitely come back next year! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up][Thumbs up]
A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations!
We stayed in different hotels in Tashkurgan County over three days, and only Snow Crown deserves a full five-star rating!
Excellent Location:
The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor.
A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off.
Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars.
Attentive Service:
Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus.
The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries.
They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness:
The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers.
The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room.
The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower.
Full Facilities:
There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them.
The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke.
In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel.
The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels.
This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Definitely a safe bet! The butler service was very attentive, reminding us in advance about self-driving precautions for check-in. The hotel has a large parking lot right at the entrance, unlike other places where you have to drag your luggage a long way. In the morning, you can see the 'Rizhao Jinshan' (golden peak in the morning sun) right from the hotel entrance, no need to even go to a viewpoint. A great experience, looking forward to our next visit!
The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there!
Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!
I went out with my husband and children to play. I looked at the environment and reviews and stayed for 1 day. The environment is the same as what you see in the pictures. The environment is very good. You can see the snow-capped mountains in the backyard. It is worth mentioning that the buffet breakfast here is very rich. There is freshly made milk tea by the Xinjiang milk tea girl on site. She is very beautiful and the milk tea is very fragrant.

SSyed AnoshI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.
MMok YakThis is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.
NNingning mumThe room is big enough, the living room has plenty of room for an extra bed, and the view from the upper floors is good. The elevators are well arranged, and there is no long waiting time on the upper floors. The overall service is good, and robots deliver takeaways when ordered. The Chinese restaurant is OK, especially the green leafy vegetables are better than those fried in other restaurants. When checking out, I asked for a half-hour extension, which was readily agreed.
GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didnโt win many points except for the geographical location.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and cost-effective, fully intelligent, quiet, and very close to Wanda Airport. Downstairs is a restaurant, supermarket, fruit shop, barber shop, dry cleaner, specialty store. It is convenient to travel, and the service staff are very funny, sweet, warm, gentle, and the service is good. The waiters are small Bai Meili is warm, generous and attentive. She is a very nice person! The security guards and the elder sisters are also very warm and amiable! After staying here for three days, it feels as warm as going home. I will stay here again next time! It is highly recommended!

EelaineModern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. Itโs also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded.
The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.
LLiandahemayeI chose Yunju Hotel when I came to Kuitun for a business trip. The overall feeling was great. The breakfast was rich. There were also small dried fruits and ice cream at the front desk. The service was good and the room was clean. Although I chose this hotel for a business trip, it is cost-effective but a great value. I recommend this hotel. Check in [laughing]
