The place was very clean, including the towels. The size was great 👍 The bedding was excellent, the bed was very large, and the shower facilities were also fantastic. However, there were several serious issues: 1. The renovation smell was very strong. 2. The heating in the room was constantly on, very noisy, and couldn’t be turned off, making it impossible to sleep. 3. Because the heating was always running, the bed became too hot to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Edmonton, within walking distance to attractions and public transport. Hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. I do, however, think the hotel is in need of a renovation to modernise it as the interiors and fixtures were outdated. The hotel could also help with the room doors as their opening and closing can be loud and disruptive if trying to sleep. For a next trip to Edmonton, I would stay again.

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

The hotel's location is convenient, situated between the airport and the city, and it lives up to the Hilton brand. However, the room description might be a bit misleading. It's not two separate rooms, but rather a suite with a living room featuring a sofa and one large bedroom. The description on Ctrip was somewhat inaccurate. Other than that, everything else was very satisfactory.

Clean hotel and good service. Allowed us to check in early after a long journey. Very pleased with it. Would recommend it to orhers.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Banff. It's right in the heart of downtown, next to a street full of great restaurants, and just across the road from a shopping paradise. Getting anywhere is super convenient! We stayed for three nights, and the room was really spacious. Our double twin room easily accommodated four of us. On the first floor, there's free hot water, cold water, and coffee available. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a very comfortable hot spring pool. One thing to note is that they don't clean the room automatically; you need to hang a 'please clean' card outside for service. We didn't put it out on the first day, so the room wasn't cleaned. The hotel offers laundry facilities: $5 CAD per wash and $3 CAD per dry, with complimentary laundry pods provided. We used it twice.

Nice and cozy and clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pool amenities is family-friendly too. Restaurant for breakfast is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking lot is accessible too. ❗️But my request to book my room atleast closer to my sister was not granted even they confirmed the day before we arrived. We were put on different floors instead. We booked for 4 rooms in total for this trip. 👎🏻

We chose this hotel at random while driving down the highway. We were VERY glad that we did. The following day, we kept congratulating ourselves on the great choice. It was very easy easy to get to off the highway. But yet it was protected from the busy highway noise. The staff were absolutely 5-Star. Every single individual that we encountered, both hotel and restaurant, seemed to be genuinely friendly and professional. Specail shout-out to: Jei, Jasmeen, and Maltin. ( hopefully i got the correct names) We used the pool in the evening, and it was a surprisingly nice facility for the price of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it until an excessively noisy family showed up with undisciplined kids. But that's not on the hotel. I don't know why the restaurant was empty because it was exceptionally good food and good service. Even the breakfast buffet was far above most free breakfasts that are on offer. The guestrooms were very quiet (even the a/c fan was quiet). Beds were comfortable. Good quality linens, pillows and towels. Beds were especially comfortable and seemed new. Carpet looked new. The only thing I might suggest for the rooms is that they might add a floor lamp to improve the lighting. Also, they might think about bringing up the quality of bathroom amenities to current trend in higher quality in larger affixed bottles instead of small disposables It's obvious that they're gradually upgrading an older property and haven't gotten to the hallway paint yet. But that doesn't affect the guestrooms experience. I highly recommend this property.
