Hotels With Spa in Lima Province, Peru

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

The hotel is generally good, but there is no swimming pool. I booked it when I saw the swimming pool. I didn't expect it to be. And the waiter doesn't know where the swimming pool is.

The hotel is very close to the big supermarket, good location and complete facilities. The room on the side of the big supermarket is relatively quiet. The hotel breakfast is very rich. You can see the city view of Lima above the 5th floor. Recommended!

Very friendly! We arrived in the morning and had not had time to check in. The buffet was almost over, so we went to eat the buffet first. The service attitude was also very good. The location of the hotel is very good, simple, clean and affordable. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The next day I set up the itinerary to go to Rainbow Mountain. I said that I would look for a tour guide when I arrived. The front desk helped me make an appointment by phone in advance. The price is indeed more expensive than the actual

El hotel es fabuloso, muy lindo, la habitacion muy linda, y el baño amplio, fue lo que mas me gusto, y tome room service, fue muy expedito y rapido. Todo excelente, recomiendo este hotel.

Excellent service by staff, the location is excellent to make family tourism and very affordable rates; I suggest invest in renovating the facilities and my only complaint was the supply of hot water that sometimes caused problems frequently.
