We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

Very friendly! We arrived in the morning and had not had time to check in. The buffet was almost over, so we went to eat the buffet first. The service attitude was also very good. The location was also good. It was just under renovation, the whole corridor had a smell, and the facilities in the room were also very old. The hotel is very close to the big supermarket, good location and complete facilities. The room on the side of the big supermarket is relatively quiet. The hotel breakfast is very rich. You can see the city view of Lima above the 5th floor. Recommended!

The hotel is good, the service is good after some complaints as they put us in a room that is that half B1 level with no view and a small window first
