The atmosphere makes it ideal for anyone looking to relax and recharge. The host was exceptional: always happy, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even more special. The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

I booked a double room and when I arrived I discovered that the bed was actually two single beds that had been pushed together. I went to celebrate my anniversary and had to sleep with a hole in the middle of the bed. When I checked in I was informed that the hotel was full, and since I had already removed all my clothes from my suitcase, I didn't contact the reception, especially because it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the bed assigned to me will be the same one that was reserved. I also found the air conditioning to be weak, as if something was blocking it. The breakfast, especially the sweet options, were not tasty and left much to be desired.

I liked the hosting, excellent service, I only found the takes strange to be 220v since it is not common in the ES, but they borrowed me a transformer and gave everything right.

The location is good and the room is spacious and bright. Good health

The hotel is located near the airport, good coffee, good size, restaurant serves in the room, and you need to detect myg and improve the power of discharge.

The hotel is in a great location. The service is very good, they always respond promptly. The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping. The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.

Wonderful hotel.. attentionful people.. imperfect cleaning and very robust breakfast.. I will surely return

The rooms are very good and the breakfast is very good, and you can have more food options, and you can warm soups during the coffee period.
