Overall, my experience at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport was exceptional. The property was immaculate and well-maintained, and the level of service was truly flawless, consistently reflecting the high standards of the Hilton brand. If I were to offer a valuable suggestion to enhance the ”return on convenience” for future guests, it would be to increase the frequency of the airport shuttle service. Currently, the shuttle runs approximately every 20-30 minutes. While acceptable, the brand could further optimize guest value by increasing this frequency or possibly exploring synergistic solutions, such as allowing all Hilton family shuttles to be utilized interchangeably. Such an investment in guest mobility would solidify this hotel's position as a premier choice.

An elderly Chinese couple went to see the Oil Sculpture Park and stayed overnight in the nearby town of Barstow. The environment was nice, the room facilities were acceptable, the service was good, and the breakfast was particularly simple.

Excellent! The bedding was comfortable, and it's close to the airport but not noisy. There's also a very beautiful corridor around the outside of the hotel that's especially pleasant.

The location is pretty good; it's not the closest to the airport, but still acceptable. You can wait for the hotel shuttle at the red sign near the baggage claim on the second floor of the airport. It runs every half hour. Important: You need to wave at the bus for it to stop! The shuttle drivers are very friendly and nice! Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel facilities are just average, and the front desk service is also mediocre, but the housekeeping staff are quite friendly. The water pressure in the shower and at the sink is quite low, which might be due to California's water conservation efforts. The price is among the lower ones compared to other hotels in the area, but they charge extra if you check in before the official time. I recommend confirming this with the hotel in advance.

The hotel shuttle waits at the designated pick-up area on the third floor of the terminal, stopping at every terminal. Within a 100-200 meter walk from the hotel, there are convenient stores like In-N-Out, a supermarket, and Starbucks, so you won't go hungry. The room amenities are complete, and breakfast is basic. Overall, it's very convenient.

Location is perfect and convenient, and a big supermarket is on the opposite of road. Diversity restaurants are nearby. Room space is big, but air condition seems not controllable, still workable. Overall, from CP value, it is worthy.

This is an old hotel, probably built 50 or 60 years ago. The facilities are very old and outdated, but it is cheap and clean. After all, it is a five-star hotel. It is a good choice when you can't book a decent hotel in Silicon Valley.

The room amenities are quite advanced for an American hotel. You press the floor number on a screen by the elevator, and the rooms themselves are relatively new! The staff service is also excellent; they're proactive in helping out. Check-in and check-out are both convenient and quick. Luggage storage is free of charge. The shuttle bus departs immediately whenever there's a guest. It offers great value for money! I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Airport shuttle service, large room, towels, bath towels, sheets and quilts are very clean, breakfast is beyond expectations, satisfied! The air conditioner is loud, because it is near the airport, the sound of the plane taking off and landing is loud, and it is very convenient to get to the airport in 5 minutes.

Extremely quiet and peaceful, with a rich variety of breakfast options and convenient transportation. The check-in time is also very flexible, which makes you feel welcome. Next time I'm in the Bay Area Silicon Valley, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
