Does not allow the use of pool without a swimming cap! Unbelievable, wasn't even going to wet my hair and wanted me to purchase from them. Just another way to make money

Hotel is more suited for business travellers as nearby corporates offices suggests. As a solo leisure traveller the hotel was not for me, in terms of sightseeing etc with everything futher away. Breakfast and dinner selection was somewhat limited but nice food. Prakash the waiter served with care and efficiency. At the Spa on one of the nights there was no one there at the reception to take queries as the one and only therapist was engaged with an appointment! So what does one do wait for hours to be atteneded to? As a sign suggested i left a message for a call back for an appointment, but got none.

The warm smiles of all the staff soothed my tiredness. The breakfast Dosa is very delicious. The room was also spacious and clean. I want to stay here again.

Excellent hospitality, especially Jalal and Santanu were the two who really helped us choose the menu and served the food with so much pleasant smile on their face. Really nice experience. The ambience with soft music was also very enjoyable.

I am staying in room 814 and the service is not up to the mark. The lady in the ground floor don't even know if the hotel has vallet parking and there were few people who were in the entrence who were very busy chitchatting and didnot bother i had to follow up with other car. While I was going out the there was no one to assist with exit so by mistake I exited from the staff exit the security was yelling at me and said don't you know the machine is not working. I was surprised how his behaviour was. The at your service desk did not attend my few calls and I was told that they will arrange a call back from the spa which never came and by the time I called it was late. The restaurant staff so busy and short staffed that I got drinking water after 15 minutes of me sitting and asking for it the staffs were rude and were more focused on other guests... I just had 1 request for a coffee as part of buffet which every hotel does on request which was turned down and when I expected the manager could help he also rudely turned down my only request. I assume I saw them helping others but I don't know why I have been treated so badly. I think opting for the buffet was my mistake and could have gone out to the local restaurant's outside i would have got much better and quicker response. I have stayed in Marriott and am a member, had a level of expectation in terms of service. This stay has spoiled my overall expectation with Marriott.

We went for the breakfast buffet on our son’s birthday and had a great time. The spread was excellent and the hospitality unmatched. The kids felt special and pampered. Would like to thank the whole crew, especially Anaina and Prakash for their warm welcome and service throughout.

We were welcomed by your great staff members Mr. Rajesh & team . They were very polite, empathetic , anticipating customers needs without fail. Great team members - Kriter, Chella, and reception. The infinity pool is gorgeous and the food served on the top floor just impressed me. The drink was nice and spicy, the lamb stick to die for. The rooms could use some upgrading, but rest is great. Great great service.
