Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

They stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect. We have been to this hotel many times as we travel to UAE. It was very convenient before, when there was a corridor inside the airport connecting to the hotel directly. Now there is a free shuttle bus, but very old and not in good condition. The hotel is ok for a 3 star and nothing more. Breakfast is basic, nothing special. Rooms are acceptable but need renovation, especially the batrroom. Something important to mention, is that i had already asked the reception about the time of departure of the bus to the airport, and i was at the lobby area 15 minutes before the time of departure from the hotel. They told to me to sit and wait until the bus comes, at the USUAL place outside the main door. The bus never came at the front door as it should do, and nobody informed me that it was somewhere else. The bus left without me and and when i asked them,they said that they changed the parking location to be under the shade.NO ONE INFORMED ABOUT THAT, and they knew since 20 minutes before that i was sitting in front of them. Finally i MIISSED MY FLIGHT DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE.

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The only downside was the high price for extending my stay—1300 AED per night, which was much higher than my original booking rate. Other than that, everything was excellent!

The hotel is good overall. There are food, fruit shops and supermarkets around. The only drawback is that the lighting is a little poor because there are houses in front and behind! The breakfast category is relatively small, but the taste is good

The location and the place is great. The ladies and gentlemen at the desk are very hospitable and accomodating. Thank you to Rizalyn who is always going the extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay .

It was a nice hotel, good for it's price. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have parking lot. So if you're renting a car then this hotel needs to be avoided or you need to spend more on hourly parking.

The hotel operates on an hourly basis, so it's essential to confirm how long you want to stay—options include 3, 6, or 12 hours. I highly recommend booking for 6 or 12 hours, especially if you have an overnight flight, as booking randomly for 3 hours can end up costing you more. The hotel provides all the necessary services, including food. You can simply scan a QR code to order directly from the menu, and the food arrives at your room neatly packed in boxes. Additionally, right opposite the hotel is the Pearl Lounge, which is a great spot to relax. If you have apps like Trip.com, you can make the most of your stay. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for a quick and comfortable layover at Abu Dhabi Airport!

The room is spacious, and it is a hotel that locals like to choose. It is cost-effective. The food in the restaurant is rich and the price is reasonable. It is similar to domestic prices, and some are even cheaper.
