Fantastic location, courteous staff and comfortable bed. Room is clean generally and I like that there’s rain shower with good water pressure, hot water works but takes time. Big mirrors and good sized room. Room has seen better days, with uneven floor and stains in bathtub and sink. Basic amenities in room: toothbrush kit, shower caps. No slippers and bathrobes. Cups had stain (not washed) when we checked in. Reception can’t be contacted by in-room phone, in fact the phone doesn’t seem to function. Sauna always under maintenance and staff don’t really know about it. Swimming pool is not appealing. Appreciate we can leave the luggage there while walking about. Close to alot of places we want to check out.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel! Had an add on of the breakfast at promotional price of 78 ringgit per pax and the buffet spread was awesome! The staff are courteous and welcoming, feel very warm each time we bump into them. There’s a pillow menu for you to choose & welcome cookies upon check in (very delicious)! The massage shop in the hotel called Swan Reflex was good and price is comparable with shops outside (had an additional discount for hotel guests). Hotel is about 10mins walk away from CIQ, abit difficult to walk now with the ongoing construction at the surrounding.

Location is good — very easy to grab around going KSL, mid valley. Room is Very spacious with large window of 2m. Shower pressure is good at 19th floor; but the bath tub leak(see picture ). Our bath towels look dirty and feel rough. Actually the bath mat looks cleaner and whiter than the bath towels. Breakfast spread is good but taste so so. Overall will recommend if you are not fussy. Most staffs are friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at KSL Hot Spring Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotless and well-maintained. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and refreshing even on hot days. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows and linens were soft and clean, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff at KSL Hot Spring Resort were friendly, attentive and always willing to help with any request, which made our stay completely hassle-free. The carpark was convenient and easy to access, making arrival and departure stress-free. Add on, the swimming pool is shared with other residents and the water was cold. Overall, our experience at KSL Hot Spring Resort was pleasant and comfortable but we would note that this hotel may not be suitable for guests with very high expectations. It’s perfect for those looking for a simple, relaxing getaway without expecting luxury. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, relaxing hot springs, convenient carpark and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a casual and enjoyable experience!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We checked in late due to work-related commitments, and upon arrival, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite since the hotel was fully booked. It was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The amenities were excellent, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was with our key card, which was not being recognized by the door. It was replaced twice, although we're not sure what caused the problem. Despite this, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally, ensuring that the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.

While the rooms are clean and the location is excellent, our stay was not perfect which caused by several issues. There is no free parking; hotel guests are charged RM12 per day. Furthermore, the parking is managed by a third party, and despite providing our car plate number to the front desk, the system failed to recognize it. This resulted in us being stuck at the gantry for over five minutes while waiting for the intercom staff to verify our payment. We wanted to show the intercom staff the parking receipt issued by the hotel, but he insisted to call to confirm. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the hotel’s advertising regarding facilities. Although a sauna is listed, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that no such facility exists. This was quite disappointing as it felt like false advertising.

I would mostly stay at R&F Seine Region condo whenever I stay in JB for few nights. It is value for money for convenience as it is nearby CIQ (8-10mins walk) and equipped with amenities like a shopping mall, R&F mall and many other shops within the estate itself. There’s also many options on Grab delivery for that area. The facilities at level 8 such as gym, fitness area, playground and swimming pool are perfect for families to utilise during the stay. This unit at B2-2 by Nest Home is nicely renovated, well furnished and has an amazing sea view of the straits from the balcony and bedroom. It is my first time at this unit. Having tried many other units at R&F, this unit by Nest Home is by far the best for its worth and value for money. There’s bidet in the toilet, kitchen tools such as kitchen scissors and knives and warm and hot water dispenser for use. Besides its owner’s hospitality, they have a friendly service. They checked in with me even before my trip and they were readily available on WhatsApp for contact.

Regarding hygiene aspects:There are ants on the dining table, and it's a bit greasy. The air in the room is not good, especially in the 2nd guest room. The air conditioner probably needs to be cleaned. It would be better if some tissues could be provided! Location: Near to KSL shopping mall. there is a night market there every Monday.

I was skeptical at first to stay in this hotel looking at the past reviews. To my surprise, not only the location was good, the hotel room was in very good condition too. We enjoyed our stay in Cel hotel. Not forgetting the friendly staffs at the counter too. Do not forget to bring along cash RM50 to place as deposit upon check-in which will be refunded upon check-out. We will chose to stay here if we can to this area again next time. A comfortable place for a hotel stay and its location is close to popular venues in JB city. Breakfast spread is decent with a fair choice. Enjoyed the menu at its Chinese Imperial Paragon Cuisine restaurant. While the assigned room was spacious, we were somewhat disappointed with the lingering strange odor on entering and a small window only.
