"We choose this hotel on a whim as we needed a place that was off the highway for our ride back to KL. I am glad we did. I only wish we had a chance to spend more time here. I think in the future we might make the trip down just to stay here.
There are many great amenities here. A beautiful manicured golf course, restaurants, and a bowling alley.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The resort has a Balinese or Thai feel. The rooms are very spacious and have a bathtub. They are well maintained and offer beautiful views of the surrounding scenery."

CheryltslGreat hotel with warm, prompt, and attentive hospitality. I really appreciated the pillow menu, which was a thoughtful touch and made the stay even more comfortable at night. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
One small improvement would be having Netflix available on the TV, which would make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

HappySoulThe outlook of the hotel looks great but the inside the room not so favorable.
There was blood stain on bedsheet, and aircon one moment warm, one moment super cold ⌠not sure what to think of it đĽ˛
The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them
Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim
Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

Guest UserCheck-in was smooth, and we were given a room at Tower 1. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the first room was not working properly. Although maintenance came to check, the issue was not resolved.
We requested a room change in the middle of the night, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in the second room was still not cold enough. The room was extremely warm, making the stay very uncomfortable and unbearable.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. The previous stay was much nicer and comfortable

Guest UserNice hotel and clean room, but hotel does not seem ready for operation or theyâve manpower issues.
When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was nobody at the reception area, I had to walk around and finally found a staff outside. He then helped us to contact his colleague, who then told us to proceed to another level.
Bfast option was very limited and similarly they seemed understaffed.
Location was secluded, there were no amenities around.
Overall nice concept (if you like airplanes) and place is clean/new.

Anonymous UserResort has a private beach and excellent view from the room balcony. Beautiful sun rise with beach and sea view. Enjoyed the swings, sand, sea breeze and listening to the waves! Kids love the sand.
There are various sea activities and horse riding available. Separate charges.
Swimming pool has a 0.6m section for kids to have some water play.
Indoor mini playground for the little ones.
They had great fun.
Free parking if you drive.
Breakfast spread is good enough. Nasi lemak is a must-try. The pastries can be heated up which made them great! Eggs selection excellent! Juicy watermelons! You can enjoy sun rise while having breakfast.
The resort has a chalet feel. They should look into their aircon as it doesnât seems to cool well. The facilities are aged. Wash basin water drain a little slow.
Overall, we love this place for the view! Hope the next time we return, the facilities would have improved.

- Beach is just behind
- Two swimming pool, one playground style and normal swimming pool
- Few restaurants to choose from (Korean, Seafood, Malay cuisine, Fast food)
- Mini golf course for kids to experience golf
- Retail shop for almost everything you need for travel and swimming
- Birds like chicken, duck, goose, peacock are in the location for kids to view as well
- One dry playground
- One vending machine with almost all kinds of medicine you need
Just issue with cleanliness for me, first night, I had lizard issue, can hear the sound of it. Housekeeping damn fast when I report the next day, they came to check but cannot locate it.
Second is ants, but it disappeared after like 15mins. But I reported it after I check out since when I saw it, it was in the night already.

SLNguangThis round I faced the noise of the snoring from next door. My room was a connecting room type. The snoring happen around 11.30pm. I called customer service to request the room change. They changed the room for me around 12am.

AmyxiuxiuTraveling as a couple while our child was on a school trip, we chose the Anantara hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the private beach meant no outsiders. It's the perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway.
The restaurant food was a bit pricey, but all the snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary.
On the first day, we even received some delicious complimentary chocolates.

From check-in to check-out, the hospitality and service were truly top-notch. Everything was seamless, and the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.
A special mention and shout out to Puan Zainab who constantly checked us in at breakfast, who went above and beyond to make sure my daily fixed cappuccino with oat/almond milk was prepared perfectly and scrumptios array of breakfast buffet awaited. The little details like this really made the stay extra special.
We also truly appreciated the constant check-ins from the staff â always making sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The facilities were very well maintained, the room service was excellent, and the overall attention to detail was impressive. We love the beach and how clean it is!
It was a splendid stay, well spent, and one that we will remember fondly.
Thank you, Westin Desaru Coast, for the wonderful hospitality and exceptional service. Kudos to the entire team! We canât wait to be back!
