Excellent facilities, extremely attentive staff, the rooms are of very good quality, you sleep very well, very well soundproofed, you couldn't hear any noise from the other guests. Impeccable breakfast adapted for celiacs. I highly recommend

The hotel is perfect from the beginning to the end! We have been received with great sympathy, education and welcome from the reception team, which deserves a special emphasis. The room is beautiful, comfortable and very careful, with a warm atmosphere and the delicious smell of everything perfectly prepared.The pool is wonderful and breakfast is perfect, with great quality and attention to details. We stay only two nights and, after having experienced a little of what the property offers, I feel that the ideal would be to stay at least three nights.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

- The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the common areas are well-decorated. - The toiletries smell wonderful. - The pool is warm and comfortable. - The breakfast is marvelous, as is the option to have the fireplace lit. - Upon arrival, we received fruit, water, sweets, and a bottle of their own-produced wine. However, for a 5-star hotel with the prices they charge, there are some things that urgently need improvement: - **Cleanliness:** Very visible cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, behind the beds, on the stairs leading to the spa, on the pool ceiling, etc. - **Lack of Trash Cans:** We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, and there was only one small trash can in each bathroom. There aren't many trash cans around the property either. - **Bathroom:** There's no place to hang towels. The bathtub has a handheld shower with a 1-meter hose, which isn't long enough to shower standing up; we had to use the overhead shower. We also couldn't take a bath because the drain stopper wouldn't close. - **Minibar:** The mini-fridge barely cooled anything and had a foul, very unpleasant smell that quickly spread throughout the room. Additionally, there are some hotel policies that, in my opinion, could be changed: - **Room Service Menu:** The room service menu is very limited in options, and the available choices are quite complex. There isn't, for example, a simple toasted sandwich or anything similar. - **Indoor Pool:** The indoor pool is restricted to children under 14, with the exception of the winter season from 9 AM to 11 AM and 7 PM to 9 PM. These hours seem designed to discourage children and their parents from using the pool. - **Lighting in Villas:** The lighting in the villa living areas is practically nonexistent (one lamp and one reading lamp, both with yellow light). The hotel's policy is to have low lighting, but it ends up being uncomfortable when you can't even read a book after dark.

I loved we had a weekend in family, we were very welcome, the comforts were excellent. I recommend 5 stars

For what you promise (specially designed for sleep and rest) it does not meet. The air conditioning is too noisy and the fact that the bathroom fan is scheduled by the hotel and we cannot turn off, makes it uncomfortable to be in the room during the operating hours due to noise.

They have upgraded the room (for one with view of Alqueva dam, it is to cut the breath of the view, the morning and sunset). Possibility to enjoy the pool after checkout.

Amazing experience. Room was clean and well designed. The hotel itself is really beautiful if you want to explore the space. All staff were helpful. Highly recommended!

Boa localização, ambiente bom. Instalações excelentes. Staff 100% de simpatia e ajuda em todas as situações. Negativo o restaurante só abrir de quarta feira a Domingo. Restauração fora da unidade debatem-se com falta de colaboradores e é difícil arranjar sítio onde fazer as alimentações. A minha opinião é a rever.

Uma maravilha! Corresponde e supera as fotos. Sugiro apenas que repensem o modelo atual de pequeno-almoço. Apesar de ser um conceito muito giro e interessante, não flui nem funciona assim tão bem com o hotel cheio (e não tem assim tantos quartos), a cozinha deveria ser deixada para a degustação apenas.
