This marks my third stay here, and I've always been delighted to receive a room upgrade – thank you so much! ❤️ My only minor feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the glasses in the room; please pay a little more attention to that. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. It was a bit of a shame that during this weekday stay, the kids' breakfast area wasn't available. We also tried the Bubba Spa Kids, and my child absolutely loved it! I hope to see some promotions for the kids' spa in the future ☺️ Overall, everything was fantastic, and I hope for another room upgrade on my next visit too! 😅

Great staff. Nice lobby. Free parking. Clean room with AC. Good water pressure in the shower. No amenities. Pool + sauna included. Towels are old, and should be changed. Very good price for a 3 star hotel.

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

The room is spacious and clean. Well maintain. But a bit run down on furnitures and paintings. Some lightings in the room is not working and the room not bright enough. The rain showers also need to be replace as the mechanism is too old and uncontrollable. The room service is great, no comments. Overall we have a pleasant stay there for 5 nights.

The room is excellent, neat design and clean. The food variety at breakfast is sumptuous and restaurant ambience is welcoming. The pool area is nice hangout place.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is strategic; on weekends, you can simply walk to hang out, enjoy various culinary options, and explore.

الإيجابيات: + المكان جميل شكلاً وعنده إطلالة جميلة، لكن الأشجار الي في الفندق مغطية أغلب الإطلالة. + الموظفين جداً لطيفين ويتحدثون الانجليزيه أيضاً. + قيمة جيدة مقابل المال السلبيات: - المكان نظافته متوسطة لكن مو نظيف جداً، زوايا الغرفة مو مهتمين فيها وكذلك الدرج الخشبي الي بالحمام، والمرحاض فيه بقع صفراء من الماء. - شراشف واغطية السرير قديمة فيها الكثير من البقع وغطاء اللحاف اكبر من اللحاف بكثير يعني شكله مخجل فندق بذا المقام مو قادرين يوفرون اغطية لحافات كويسة!! - الشبابيك لا تفتح والغرفة فيها احساس بضيق التنفس. - الإفطار من وجهة نظري سيء لأن حسيت شيء ريحته زفارة، النودلز، الكب كيك، الوافل الا الرز المقلي والشوربة ما قدرت آكل شي في الفطور.

Located on iconic Asia Afrika street, this hotel offers great location. Overall the quality is just ok, considering this is an old hotel. Some notes: - the sliding partition in the shower did not work, so I have to take the shower carefully in order not to splash too much water into the dry area - the elevator broke down on Saturday. I had to wait 30 minutes just to go from 4th floor to the 1st floor. If this is scheduled maintenance, then why did they not plan ahead to avoid high season? If this is not a scheduled maintenance, then I doubt their safety standard. Such a shame for a hotel with iconic location, too bad I will not be coming back to this hotel.

This is what I call the heart of Bandung! Honestly, this hotel gave me five-star service. I regret not checking in from day one! The room was incredibly spacious and just perfect. The interior design was stunning in my eyes. You have to come here! Although my access card didn’t work a few times, the staff quickly resolved it in under 30 seconds. The breakfast spread had so many options, including a wide variety of fruits. My stomach is so full! I’ll definitely be coming back!
