This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price.
The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon.
Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat.
There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool.
The staff always smiles and feels kind.
Service at Gaia hotel was top notch from the reception at Gaia lounge at whoosh station in Padalarang, transportation to hotel, and hotel stay. We enjoyed our 2 night stays at this hotel which has an expansive walking trails, beautiful koi ponds, and full gym including reformer pilates classes.
Areas for improvements: poor insulation for the family loft suite in Tower A and the quality of buffet breakfast at the Semeja restaurant.
Very Recommended Hotel to vacation or good stay with family. Nice location. Many variation restaurant and cafe near from hotel. Good ambience and facilities. Easy checkin and checkout. Good parking area. Nice taste and variant food dor breakfast. Good playground area and pool for kids. Good spacious room.
-Room is clean and it has a decent vibe
-I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout.
-Breakfast is abundant but some dishes could be too greasy.
-The hotel is attached to a mall. Shopping and dining out are super easy.
One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.
I recommend this hotel for family trip, kids friendly, there is outdoor kids playground, indoor game play room. Food is Good, View from Room nice, all items is good.
I had a pleasant stay at El Hotel Bandung. The hotel is nice and well-maintained, with clean rooms and a very convenient bathroom setup, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes.
The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and attentive, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.
The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a universal or triple plug outlet. Since my charger has a different plug orientation, it was a bit challenging to charge my devices. Adding more universal outlets would greatly improve guest convenience.
Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service, cleanliness, and satisfying breakfast options — definitely worth considering when staying in Bandung.
I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room.
The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences.
In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests.
I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future.
Breakfast ok..
We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Harris Hotel — the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast spread had a great variety for everyone.

VVenisya ViolettaThank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!
GGuest UserStayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.
TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.
LLCLH..Always a pleasure staying here, been here twice and still the better one among the many around town in terms of location, price, comfort, size, services and facilities
GGuest UserTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.
GGuest UserOur room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.
GGuest UserPros:
+ The place looks beautiful and has a beautiful view, but the trees in the hotel block most of the view.
+ The staff are very friendly and speak English.
+ Good value for the money.
Cons:
- The place is averagely clean, but not very clean. The corners of the room, as well as the wooden stairs in the bathroom, are unkempt. The toilet has yellow water stains.
- The bed sheets and covers are old and have many stains. The duvet cover is much larger than the duvet. It's shameful that a hotel of this stature can't provide decent duvet covers.
- The windows don't open, and the room feels stuffy.
- The breakfast, in my opinion, is poor because I smelled something bad. The noodles, cupcakes, and waffles, except for the fried rice and soup, made me unable to eat anything at breakfast.
SSander ScheerFor the price ab excellent place. But biggest feedback is that the WiFi signal only reaches the hallway and not until the rooms itself (at least on the 5th floor, where I stayed). But overall a fine place.
GGuest UserWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. GGuest UserI stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable.
The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them).
Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring.
The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool.
If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome.
