I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.

I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
A boutique hotel (seemed to be called “El royal hotel” by locals) at city center which is just a few minutes walk from the Praga street. However, the facilities inside the room are quite old, like the toilet and very poor sound proofing, (you could literally hear the customer from the next door, laughing and jumping). In terms of the cleanliness, it was generally ok, except shower towel, literally a “grey” color one, not sure whether it was so old or not washed thoroughly, I did not use in the end. Hotel staff were general nice and friendly, but the language skills (English) might create some miscommunication.
The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.
My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.
We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Harris Hotel — the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast spread had a great variety for everyone.
Suitable selection if you want to avoid busy Puncak street but still with some decent green and resort hotel vibes in nearby Bogor area.
View to the Mountain is superb and hotel lfacilities still well maintained.
Amenities provided is very basic eventhough good enough.
Good options if you are family with children and eager to spend their many facilities and entertainment provided especially on weekend

This was my fourth visit to the hotel (twice for work events and twice with family), but this time I booked through an app, and unfortunately, we encountered several disappointing issues. Firstly, the app did not provide information that the swimming pool would be closed from 1 PM to 6 AM. Although we were allowed to use the children's pool, it would have been uncomfortable for the kids to swim among people decorating for a party, so we decided against it, much to their disappointment. Secondly, the room was advertised for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two; however, after we informed the staff, the missing items were promptly delivered to our room. Thirdly, the app stated breakfast for four guests, but only two were initially accommodated. Again, we had to complain, and this was quickly rectified. Lastly, the room description on the app mentioned a city view, which our assigned room lacked. Furthermore, we found dead cockroaches and other insects, which were immediately cleaned after we reported them. I usually book two connecting rooms, but this time I wanted to try a different room type, which turned out to be somewhat less satisfying.
Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities are truly outstanding – absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views and photo opportunities are superb, and the staff were very friendly, even helping us take pictures at some of the best spots.

Nice hotel with great locations. I stayed for 1 night during eid holiday so its quite crowded. The breakfast is good with lot of varities and desserts. Very recommended!

HHartosoWe had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one of the villas, which came with a private jacuzzi. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The added bonus of the jacuzzi made our experience even more relaxing and memorable. Truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful gesture—highly recommended!

The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Staff are all very friendly and polite; however, daily room cleaning was basic and breakfast service, particularly resetting tables and clearing away was poor. If you’re a westerner, you will have to ask for a knife every breakfast time! Breakfast food was good but spoilt by the fact the lids on the food warmers were kept open and so the food was not hot. Room service food was great quality and cheap. Bizarrely, you could order food 24/7 but not drink. Recommend the all you can eat dimsum on Saturday lunchtime - lots of food and drink for a very low price. Rooftop pool was a great facility, but sometimes overran with kids. Bit of a mixed review but would definitely stay here again as overall was great value for money.

Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.
