Venisya ViolettaThank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

Anonymous UserWe booked a room for family and also ordered extra bed so the room could accomodate for 5 people and it was large enough to still have extra space for luggages and praying. The cleanliness was on top and the amenities were complete. The front desk was also very kind in accepting our request of luggage keeping and extra bed and breakfast, and the location of the hotel is also really close to Tol Pasteur, so I would totally love to visit again. Nearby is also full of food and restaurants!

Guest UserThe location is super strategic, right in the city center. Everything is close by. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are soft. However, the bathroom fixtures need some attention. The shower rod was about to fall off, the shower hose was leaking so the water pressure wasn't great, and the drain was clogged and needed to be cleared. The sink also got clogged and there was no way to open it, so I had to call a technician to fix it. That's pretty much my experience staying at Oakwood. It's recommended, and I'd definitely come back here if I'm in Bandung again.

KevinzaiyinniThis hotel is nestled in the mountains of Bogor, offering comfortable temperatures and lush greenery throughout the property. The rooms are cozy and spacious, and the breakfast spread is diverse, making it an excellent choice for families with children. There are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, and the staff are warm and attentive. My only minor complaint is that I stayed in Building One (Gedung Agung), and it seems a mosque was not too far away. I was woken up around 4 AM by the mosque's loud speaker and it lasted until about 4:30 AM before I could go back to sleep.

trip with wyn ♡I went to Bandung with my friends and booked this hotel within less than 1 week ahead. Before booking, I did a short research about the best located hotel to the places that we were planning to go to.
Since this hotel is located near Braga area, there are so many viral places and cafes that we planned to go to.
(approximate time spent by online taxi)
- 10 mins to The Deli Bakes Pudak, Prima Rasa
- 11 mins to Theo’s Wife Lois, BAGELICIOUS
- 15 mins to Tji Laki 9
And the most important thing → only 8 minutes ride from Stasiun Bandung (by Woosh from Halim → Padalarang; then move to feeder train to Stasiun Bandung). So, we don’t need to go too early from the hotel.
Service wise, the staff was so helpful, from the check in time, luggage storage and even during the breakfast time.
We gladly spent our time at Crowne Plaza Bandung. Thank you for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hospitality 🙏🏻

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
