The hotel boasts exquisite and upscale British-style decor. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with soft bedding. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Its excellent location offers direct access to the mall, and the night views are stunning. It's incredibly convenient for both getting around and shopping. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was decent-sized, more than enough for two people. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the room cleaning was subpar. Hair from the previous day was still in the shower, indicating the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The hairdryer was the worst; it would stop working after about 10 seconds on the first day. I reported it to housekeeping, but they didn't replace it, and it did the same thing on the second day. Am I using it wrong? Having wet hair for two days in a row was really annoying. Also, what's with the half-glass shower design? Water splashes all over the floor. The bathroom ventilation wasn't great either; I couldn't find a switch for it. For reference: The hotel is a bit far from the Venetian Macao shopping mall.

The best hotel experience I've had in Macau! The room facilities are quite new, and the staff service is excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Zhu who checked me in. She gave a very detailed introduction to the hotel's services, including how to take the hotel shuttle bus to various attractions and how to get to the NBA China exhibition hall. The Parisian Macao is newer than The Venetian Macao, and its free shuttle buses go to the airport, ports, and major attractions. The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao, and The Venetian Macao are interconnected, making shopping and dining very convenient. The instant noodles, chips, tea, and coffee in the room are all complimentary. I'll definitely stay at The Parisian Macao again on my next trip to Macau!

Grand Lisboa Palace Macau offers excellent value for money on non-holiday weekdays. I initially thought it would be out of the way based on some reviews, but it's not at all. It's only a ten-minute drive from the airport, with multiple free shuttle buses available, making transportation very convenient. It's also less crowded than the Venetian area. There's a duty-free shop downstairs, and both the hotel restaurants and food court offer delicious food. The hotel itself is very new, with superb service. The room cleaning is incredibly meticulous and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau again on my next visit.

The 35-meter high atrium and the slow ascent of the suspended transparent scenic elevators create an immersive, futuristic experience. Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family! They arranged two rooms next to each other as we were there to celebrate birthday! They even provided us with a small cake which was a surprise! Breakfast was really good with many choices and even international food such as Korean theme and Indian theme on different days. Barista coffee was impressive and my kids enjoyed the ice cream counter for breakfast! Location is really good as it is close to the free hotel shuttle so we were able to take the shuttle and travelled to Zhu Hai for a day trip! Would definitely stay again!

The environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong resort vibe. Downstairs, there's also an outdoor swimming pool suitable for both adults and children. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, patiently explaining local transportation options. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and dinner can be delivered to your room. The Chinese restaurant also has a good reputation. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay.

Located within walking distance of the city center, the hotel offers convenience without the premium price tag of the ****** resorts. The room was clean and functional, and soundproofing was good. The bed was genuinely restful after a long day of exploration. Service was efficient and friendly, with quick check-in and helpful local recommendations. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers.
