Words fail me. The initial communication and service were an absolute disaster. From the front desk to the duty manager, it felt like guests with complimentary rooms were treated like royalty, while those who paid for their bookings were looked down upon. It wasn't until a manager got involved that things were properly sorted out. If it weren't for the convenient access to Hampton Court for breakfast, I honestly wouldn't have stayed here. I will definitely not be returning.

The room was very spacious, and the soundproofing from the outside was quite good, allowing for a peaceful rest. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still excellent and don't feel inconvenient. The only minor downside is that the doors close quite loudly, and the soundproofing on the hallway side could be better. Everything else was great; the view room offers panoramic views of the surrounding buildings. Being close to Disneyland, it's highly recommended!

My stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent. The hotel is super convenient to get to, with a wide variety of free shuttle routes connecting to the border gates and airport, making travel very affordable. Plus, there are internal walkways directly linking to The Venetian and The Londoner, making it incredibly easy to explore the resort complex. The staff were generally warm and polite; they patiently answered all my questions about directions and shuttle schedules. There are plenty of photo opportunities, with the Eiffel Tower right outside the hotel creating a fantastic ambiance, perfect for photos day or night. The hotel also boasts a large shopping mall with a diverse range of businesses, including restaurants, souvenir shops, and retail brands – making it a one-stop-shop for dining, accommodation, and retail therapy. The room was clean and well-equipped. For anyone visiting Taipa, staying here is definitely a great choice.

Every time we visit, Grand Lisboa Palace is our top choice. First, let's talk about its location. It's very close to the airport, so we can take a taxi directly to the hotel. Next, the amenities. Whether it's dining or shopping, everything is catered for. And then, the environment. Dubbed the 'Oriental Versailles,' the architecture blends Baroque palace grandeur with Eastern aesthetics. With its vast gardens and lawns, every photo you take is a masterpiece. The basic room type starts at 60 square meters, which is quite spacious for a Macau hotel. The decor is a new Chinese-style mix with light luxury, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offer excellent natural light and views of the estate's greenery. The bathroom has a double-sink marble design, with a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower, so there's no waiting around to get ready. All drinks in the mini-bar are complimentary, and there's a capsule coffee machine – thoughtful details. However, it's noticeable that after a few years of use, there's a slight feeling of wear and tear. The facilities include indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, a 24-hour gym, and a large shopping center downstairs. Several specialty restaurants like The Grand Buffet and The White Orchid are also here, offering a rich variety of dining options. The only minor drawbacks: the hotel is massive with many rooms and floors, so finding your way can be a bit confusing. Its location at the southern end of Taipa means you need to take a shuttle bus to places like Rua do Cunha or The Venetian. Overall, it's perfect for a vacation or family trip – quiet and not noisy, with photography and dining all taken care of in one place.

Staying at Morpheus for our anniversary was truly a great choice, living up to its reputation as a landmark hotel in Macau! This is a great place for a vacation, and it's also very convenient to get around by taxi! Plus, they gave us a 300 MOP dining credit, which was an amazing deal. There's also a play area for kids, perfect for them to burn off some energy. It's a shame I didn't bring a swimsuit, as the swimming pool looked really nice too! Although the sink drain was quite noisy, everything else was excellent! I'd definitely want to stay here again!

The hotel staff are very service-oriented, especially Ms. Suki at the front desk, who is highly professional and provides excellent, thoughtful service. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants nearby. It's within a ten-minute walk of StarWorld, Wynn, MGM, and Grand Lisboa. You can also take the 25B bus directly to the hotel from Hengqin Port.

During check-in, Candy at the front desk was patient and thorough, efficiently completing our registration and kindly explaining the hotel facilities and travel tips. Her service was gentle and attentive. By coincidence, we met Cynthia on our check-out day, who warmly bid us farewell, making the entire interaction very thoughtful and heartwarming. I'd also like to thank James, the bellhop, who proactively helped with our luggage and thoughtfully guided us with directions. From front desk reception and check-out goodbyes to luggage assistance, the service was consistently dedicated and seamless. Every staff member demonstrated professionalism, making us feel right at home. We will definitely choose The Venetian again on our next visit to Macao. Highly recommended!

Traveling to Zhuhai Chimelong with my child, we decided to visit Macau as well and were very satisfied with our two-night stay. The room was incredibly quiet; even though it was right by the elevator, there was absolutely no noise. The air conditioning in the room also ran silently, which is perfect for guests sensitive to sound. The bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. I had read reviews mentioning how neatly the rooms were tidied, and it was true! Even though I had tidied up before leaving, when I returned, I saw that the housekeeping staff had even coiled my charging cables neatly. The room was also spotlessly clean. Some guests mentioned language issues, but everyone I encountered spoke Mandarin very well. Those who didn't speak Chinese proactively used English along with some Chinese. Check-in and luggage storage were both very smooth. I highly recommend staying here.
