This was my second stay here and it was perfect! The official check-in time is 3 PM, but I arrived earlier around noon. The front desk staff noticed there was a vacant room and let me check in right away. They even had my luggage sent directly to the room, which was a huge help because the place is quite large and it would have been a trek to carry it myself. The staff also provided a hotel map and some delicious welcome pastries. All in all, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are plentiful. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive to the airport. To the right of the hotel entrance, you'll find a 7-Eleven and another supermarket, along with McDonald's and other dining options. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop directly across from the Grand Lisboa, making public transport very convenient. The New Yaohan department store is roughly a 20-minute walk away. Unlike other hotels, this place isn't noisy or crowded; it's very quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

I stayed at The Londoner Grand from March 22 to March 25, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is incredibly strategic—directly connected or within walking distance to The Venetian, The Parisian, Four Seasons, MGM, City of Dreams, and Wynn. It made exploring Cotai extremely convenient. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathtub, the complete amenities, and the fact that the air‑conditioning could be adjusted so it wasn’t overly cold like many other hotels. This small detail made a big difference, allowing us to sleep very well. We also requested extra pillows during our stay, and they were delivered promptly. The hotel facilities are extensive, including a 24‑hour gym, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi—although I didn’t have the chance to use all of them, it’s impressive to have such options available. The staff were consistently warm, polite, and responsive. Every request was handled quickly and professionally. During checkout, we asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 9 PM, and the team accommodated us without any issue. I would also like to give special appreciation to Koenig from the Concierge/Bell Boy team, who was extremely helpful when we were heading to the airport. His assistance left a very positive impression. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at The Londoner Grand. It was comfortable, convenient, and supported by excellent service. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we visit Macau.

Very amazing place as you have everything there. The hotel beds are very clean, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is a department store and many restaurants with a lot of choices to eat. The supermarket is also very cool, as you can find international products, and there is a gaming area too. The bus service is really amazing because it is free, and you can go around Macau very easily. You can also pay by Alipay for food, shopping, etc. Two things that I think are not quite okay are the banging doors from nearby rooms, as they close automatically. Also, I bought a food voucher included with the room package, but the service from Trip.com was really bad. I had to contact their customer service to get the QR code, and I had to wait about 40 minutes after contacting them through the app. It also took time to check with the hotel, as the front desk staff didn’t know about it, although they were very nice and tried to help. We tried to call the number provided, but it was not available. In the end, we had to contact online customer service and go through the automatic system before reaching a human staff member. If Trip.com can improve this, it would be much better, as it is quite difficult to use, to be honest. Of course, I will go back to this hotel again, but I won’t buy any extra package options next time.

First of all, the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is free to enter, so the 'free entry' voucher offered by the merchant was meaningless. When checking in, Calrin upgraded our room and gave chocolates to the children. However, the staff helping with luggage when we checked out had a bad attitude and wouldn't open the trunk for us, which immediately soured the experience. The hotel also had an overpowering perfume smell.

This hotel is a bit old, and in Macau, where there's a big disparity between hotels, you have a lot of choices. However, this one is pretty good. We took a ferry from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal to Macau, then a shuttle from Grand Lisboa to near the hotel, and it was just a short walk. Next door is New Yaohan, which is great for shopping, and there are also places to eat upstairs. It's quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's on foot, and you can catch a bus downstairs to Taipa. All in all, it's excellent value for money.

First, let me talk about the service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everything was warm and thoughtful. Ms. Lin at the front desk was incredibly polite and attentive during check-in, which was really touching. And housekeeping was fantastic too – they neatly arranged all my skincare and makeup products on the vanity, from largest to smallest. The turndown service was also very satisfying 👍. Secondly, the breakfast. It's an à la carte and buffet style, with top-notch dishes and excellent service. All in all, my husband and I were extremely satisfied with our stay, and it will definitely be our first choice next time!

This was my first time staying at Ponte 16, and the hotel's overall decor is high-end and luxurious, exuding quality. Jennifer at the front desk was exceptionally warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and she listened carefully to our needs, specifically arranging a sea-view room with an amazing view. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, making our stay very comfortable. When we asked about local cha chaan tengs, she recommended 'Kam Yuk Mun Tong' (Golden Jade Full House), which had authentic flavors and generous portions – we were very satisfied. The next day during check-out, I asked a cleaning lady for some tape, and she not only readily helped but also spontaneously gave me a large fabric bag. She was incredibly friendly and kind. From check-in to check-out, the service was meticulous and attentive throughout, making for a truly excellent experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

The service was excellent. We arrived a little after 10 AM and were able to check in immediately. The staff helped us with our luggage and also assisted with calling a taxi. We could even store our bags after checking out. I called the front desk and they kindly extended our check-out time to 12 PM. The cleanliness was also top-notch, and the public areas were very neat and tidy. The hotel is very close to the Marina Bay Sands, and getting around by taxi is super convenient. It's also easy to reach the ferry terminal, the F1 Grand Prix circuit, and Gardens by the Bay from here. There are plenty of dining options, and you can also order takeout, though you'll need to pick it up yourself downstairs. The hotel has its own kids' club, which is perfect for younger children, and there's a pool with a water slide next to it. My kids absolutely loved it! Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
