AHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANI⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau
Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far.
What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests.
The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded.
One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

Guest UserCelebrating a birthday here was absolutely wonderful! They really go all out to make it special. Unlike other hotels, they actually confirm the child's age and gender. The mini-bar snacks and drinks are complimentary, and they even provide fresh fruit. The cartoon elements in the lobby are great for photos. And the Donki on the first basement level is excellent – I highly recommend trying their wagyu beef!

I had a very enjoyable stay at The Parisian Macao. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent with easy access to the Cotai *****. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were smooth. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle services, which made travelling around Macau very convenient. Overall, the facilities were well maintained and we would happily stay here again.

楊潞樺This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.

Muxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

Guest UserThe room was bright, tidy, and clean, with ample space. The toilet and shower were separate, which was well-organized. There was plenty of complimentary drinking water and enough towels in the shower. The view from the room was beautiful, with a stunning lake and city skyline complementing each other. You could also see the light rail trains passing by, creating a dynamic scene! The only downside is the lack of dining and shopping options near the hotel. However, you can walk 10 minutes to the nearby Jockey Club station, or take the hotel's free shuttle bus to Taipa Village or downtown Macau Peninsula for food, drinks, and entertainment.

Guest UserThis time it was a family trip. The room was very clean and tidy, and spacious enough, facing the Parisian Macao with an excellent view. The water park is right downstairs, and the kids had an absolute blast, saying they want to come again next time!

LoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

The room service was excellent, incredibly friendly and professional, far exceeding expectations. The 30+ strong delegation from the University of Brazil was extremely satisfied and said they would return here on future visits to Macau and recommend it to others. Every visit to Macau has been a 100% positive experience. Many thanks to the hotel team for their thoughtful and professional service. Especially the power outlets, which can accommodate various needs, are a big plus and very international.

Guest UserThis is my second time staying at The Venetian, and it's just as amazing as my first visit years ago! It's always bustling and popular. You can get to the hotel in about ten minutes from the Hengqin Port by taking their free shuttle. The hotel's internal walkways connect to popular attractions like The Parisian, The Londoner, and the Shoppes at Four Seasons. It's also a short walk to Rua da Cunha. The Grand Canal Shoppes on the third floor are still very lively, with various performances and food options that keep you entertained! The air conditioning is also incredibly strong! I especially want to commend and thank Mr. Andy, the very gentlemanly front desk staff member. He was so enthusiastic and proactive in understanding our needs. Seeing that we had a child with us and it would be inconvenient, he upgraded our room type. We were able to check in immediately without waiting or having to store our luggage, which was incredibly nice! The room had a fantastic view, and it was very spacious. Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back!
