Guest UserThe hotel is huge, with several floors fully booked. I mentioned it was our anniversary in advance, and they even prepared a small cake for us.
However, sending packages was too expensive. They charged me over 400 RMB for a 3kg box, which is almost enough for checked luggage allowance. Plus, I couldn't send liquids or food. I suggest they partner with SF Express or another courier to give guests more options.
The service was excellent. They provided plenty of slippers, tea bags, and coffee capsules, restocking them daily, and their response time was very quick. The outdoor pool is on the 4th-floor viewing platform, and the gym is also good.
The hotel is very quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The air and bathroom are very clean. The only issue was that the bathroom door leaked water, wetting the bath mat outside. The toilet was amazing though, very smart and definitely a high-end Duravit brand.
Shopping is right downstairs, with good exchange rates and a full selection of goods. I had a great time shopping!

The hotel is famous, and quite expensive. The front desk staff was super nice and met all our requests, which I really appreciate. However, the check-in process was a bit much; I had to wait an hour in line just to get my room, which was a first for me and left my legs aching. The hotel has many facilities, but they are also very expensive. To use the water park, you have to pay an extra 500 per person, and breakfast isn't cheap either. If you factor in breakfast, the water park, and the Ferris wheel, it comes out to over 4,000 per room. For the amenities provided, it really isn't worth it. The room felt a bit old, the carpet had an odor, and the bathroom was quite dated with low water pressure, making showers less than comfortable. The decorative items on the bar counter were covered in two layers of dust. The only good thing was the complimentary snacks. If you're going to the water park, you might consider this hotel, otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend it. This hotel doesn't have a free indoor pool. If you find the water park expensive and still want to swim, the hotel next door has one. The front desk staff helped us get free access to the indoor pool at the neighboring hotel, which was very nice.

The Tasty PalatePeople always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai ***** are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite.
We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas.
To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium.
The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority.
Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly.
Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the ***** in Vegas.
We will definitely be coming back!

AichicaomeiweierdemiaomiaoAt the tail end of summer, I spontaneously booked a three-night, four-day stay here. I love the scenery, environment, and service, which is why I keep coming back. And true to form, it didn't disappoint. Even though I'm quite familiar with this place, there were still little surprises.
During check-in, the friendly front desk staff, a gentleman who spoke Korean (indicated by his name tag), upgraded us to a garden-view room. I absolutely adore the bedding here; it's incredibly comfortable against the skin. The showerhead in the bathroom is quite unique – slender and very soothing. When we returned from going out, we found a glasses cloth and a phone cable organizer discreetly placed on the table, which instantly made things feel less cluttered. My only minor regret would be that the toilet isn't automatic-flip or bidet-equipped, but that's negligible.
There's also both an indoor and outdoor pool, which is great, but unfortunately, our itinerary was too packed, and we didn't have much time to enjoy them. I definitely need to experience them next time I visit.

Guest UserStaying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me.
Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!
Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there!

An excellent hotel! The view was great, the room was spacious, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. This time, I tried the Macau Light Rail – for 10 MOP, I took it to Barra in the Macau Peninsula, then transferred to a bus for five stops to Senado Square for shopping at the Ruins of St. Paul's. It was very convenient and saved money. My only regret is not getting to experience the pool; I was out shopping every day and didn't have time to swim.

xzj_kyoThis hotel stands out a bit in Taipa, located away from the main luxury hotel zone (though it's not really that far, given how small Macau is; a taxi from central Taipa is only about 50 MOP). It's nestled by the mountains and the sea, making it quite peaceful, right next to Hac Sa Beach. The decent-sized outdoor pool is definitely a highlight. However, it's an older property, so the facilities and decor have a 90s vibe and are quite dated, which explains why the price is lower compared to hotels in central Taipa. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience.

Anonymous UserThe deluxe suite came with disposable toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise as I was initially worried they wouldn't be provided due to environmental regulations. The two large beds were very comfortable for sleeping. There's a dedicated person at the elevator lobby entrance who requires a card swipe before entry, showing strict management. Breakfast was a rich blend of Chinese and Western dishes. The service staff were professional and enthusiastic. Overall, the hotel's management level is very high.

Anonymous UserDear St. Regis Macau Team,
Thank you so much for the thoughtful arrangements during my stay at The St. Regis.
I was so pleasantly surprised to see that you had prepared a special bed for my piglet upon check-in, along with a handwritten welcome card. I couldn't help but take photos! ☺️
My piglet is just a small plush toy I carry with me, but you noticed this little detail and even prepared a bed for it. This level of attentiveness and sense of humor truly highlights the enchanting service at St. Regis.
Sometimes, it's these unexpected little details that make a trip truly memorable.
Please extend my gratitude to James Mach and the housekeeping team who assisted with the arrangements.
Thank you for adding such a lovely and memorable experience to this stay.
I look forward to returning to The St. Regis again.
Best regards,
