I brought my elders to Macau this time and specifically chose to stay in a Venetian luxury suite. Our family had plenty of space and comfort, and the overall experience was very good. Let me share the booking prices: booking in advance is much more cost-effective. A room including double breakfast was just over 2,000, and without breakfast it was a little over 1,500. We spontaneously added another room of the same type on a weekday, and the price jumped to 3,500. The price difference is significant, so I sincerely recommend everyone to book in advance. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. When we arrived at 1 PM, some rooms were still being cleaned. The staff thoughtfully informed us they would send an SMS notification and helped transport our luggage to the room. The front desk service was meticulous; they proactively offered us a map, and the handsome guy at the reception patiently explained about the rooms, restaurants, and surrounding routes – very nice! The suite layout was excellent, with a split-level design separating the living room and bedroom, offering a spacious 70 square meters. It was very convenient for the elders to move around, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant had an elegant European style, spacious and grand. The food was a combination of Chinese and Western, with a rich variety. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and they even had my favorite salmon – it was fantastic! Check-out is at 11 AM, which is a bit early, but you can store luggage for free. They can also transfer it to the West Wing lobby's baggage storage, where the airport bus is located, which doesn't affect subsequent travel. Downstairs is the Grand Canal Shoppes, full of Venetian charm, making shopping and dining very convenient. Considering the room type, service, and location, it's very suitable for traveling with elders. Overall, it's highly recommended.

My recent stay at the Grand Emperor Hotel in Macau far exceeded my expectations, and I must particularly commend their incredibly responsible service! I accidentally left my dental aligners in the room after checking out, and honestly, I didn't think I'd get them back. To my surprise, the hotel staff found them, meticulously recorded the details, and kept them safe. When I called later to inquire, customer service responded immediately, clearly explaining the item's status and the retrieval process. The entire process was professional, efficient, patient, and thorough, truly making me feel that the hotel values guests' belongings and maintains a high level of professionalism. They absolutely deserve praise and my gratitude! The hotel's location is excellent, making both getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. It's right next to the New Yaohan department store, and within a 30-minute walk, you can reach popular attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and the Macau Museum – perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Public transport is easily accessible, with the Almeida Ribeiro bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, offering buses to various destinations. The family room we booked was fantastic. It was about 40 square meters, well-laid out, spacious, and bright, featuring two large beds with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were provided. It was clean and odor-free, which I greatly appreciated.

For my trip to Macau, Trip.com recommended the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I found the hotel conveniently located on Beijing Street. The front desk staff and lobby manager were all very attentive and welcoming, truly reflecting the high standard of service you'd expect in a tourist city. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and well-designed, and the room service is excellent. During my stay, I reported some noise from the surroundings, and it was addressed promptly. I was very satisfied with their quick response. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with cultural landmarks such as the Lotus Square, Dr. Ho Yin Park, Macau Polytechnic University, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang all nearby, offering plenty of options for exploration.

On the first day, I went to check in around 2:30 PM, not realizing it was a bit early. The male receptionist who helped me was quite arrogant, a stark contrast to the friendly female staff I encountered later. I'd suggest more training for him. The cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust in the room—on the mini-bar, in the wardrobe, and on the bed. When I lay down, lint was floating everywhere. However, the hotel views are fantastic, and the location is very convenient. The room facilities are also excellent.

The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive, and the concierge service is top-notch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks – we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great – they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!

very nice hotel to stay, got free upgraded to a garden view room, the room is spacious and luxurious. i took a lot of nice pictures in the hotel room and the garden. i accidentally lost my bracelet in the hallway, surprisingly the staff cleaner found it and put it in lost and found, with the help of the counter i was able to get it back. the only downside would be the location is a bit inconvenient, cuz it’s far away from the londoner area and there is no shuttle bus, so my family and i had to walk 20mins to get to the main londoner road.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was fantastic, defined by top-tier hospitality, excellent food, and outstanding service from the entire team. The staff members genuinely go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and looked after. Every interaction was seamless, professional, and incredibly accommodating, giving the impression of a truly premium, high-touch service standards. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that made dining a highlight of our trip. The only minor aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the bathroom, which was noticeably low during our stay. Aside from that single logistical point, the exceptional staff and superb overall quality made this an unforgettable visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience and look forward to returning.

The room was very spacious, I'm really satisfied. To have such a large room in the heart of Macau, and to be able to enjoy everything so conveniently, it truly brings a sense of happiness. You can walk everywhere, which I loved, especially for visiting the exhibitions at MGM and seeing the Tree at Wynn – the location is absolutely top-notch.

Facilities: The room facilities are new, the mattress is very soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel's swimming pool is a major highlight, with a beautiful and quiet environment. The hotel also has a gym, a heated swimming pool with a constant temperature of 26 degrees Celsius, and a small hot spring pool with massage jets. It's a great place for a relaxing vacation. It's comfortable to swim and soak in the hot springs in any season. Service: Thoughtful and attentive, the staff are polite and responsive. The hotel even upgraded us to a pool-view room for free. I will definitely bring my friends here again next time.

This is arguably the best value-for-money five-star hotel in Macau. It's even slightly cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express nearby. It's very convenient to get here from both the Qingmao and Gongbei borders, and you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. There are also lots of great food options nearby. Facilities: It's a very standard five-star hotel. The decor style is a bit dated but not run-down. The room soundproofing is excellent. The only downside is they don't provide bottled water. Cleanliness: Very good, the housekeeping is thorough. Environment: Good. Service: Good, the staff are all very enthusiastic, and the front desk staff speak standard Mandarin.

GGuest UserThe Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level. During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means. The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family. We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

FFeiniaotangI'd grudgingly give it a 3.5 out of 5. Let's start with the positives: The location is very convenient, with easy access to the light rail and buses, and it's within walking distance of major hotels. The room itself had all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Service was prompt, and issues were resolved reasonably quickly. Now for the deductions: I booked for three nights and had to change rooms three times, which was quite a hassle. The reason? I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking. However, the first night, room 28115, though on a high floor, faced the light rail station and a massive equipment cabinet in a circular roundabout, emitting a low-frequency hum. It was tolerable during the day, but at night, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep (see photo). The next morning, I requested a room change. They gave me room 19098, and the front desk even mentioned that this orientation would be much better and quieter. But, it faced nine huge air conditioning exhaust fans directly below (see photo). The noise level was off the charts; I listened to non-stop noise all night. On the third day, I changed rooms again, re-emphasizing not to give me a room facing large equipment. They gave me room 27107 (see photo), which was identical to 28115, facing the light rail equipment cabinet. I was speechless. I kept changing, only to end up with this, all for over 2,000 per night! My initial assessment is that perhaps Studio City doesn't have any rooms that don't face machinery?! If you want a quiet night's sleep and can't stand low-frequency noise, please be warned! One more thing I need to mention: Near the Audi showroom glass door, there's always a beautiful woman in a red fitted long dress with a white fur shawl (a 'star guest'). On the evening of May 22nd, I asked her how to get to the Galaxy Arena next door. Her attitude was very arrogant. It's actually very close, and I generally knew the direction; I just wanted to confirm if there was a direct, indoor walkway. She responded with an incredulous ”Of course you have to go outside!” as if I'd asked something shocking. When I tried to clarify whether to go left or right, she became very impatient, saying, ”Didn't I just tell you...?” and ”It'll take over half an hour to walk~” In reality, it's about an 800-meter walk, taking 15 minutes. I thought she looked nice, so I went to confirm the route, but I don't know where her sense of superiority came from. Dressed like a 'princess,' she really thinks she is one. If you're standing at the door opening and closing it, are you specifically waiting to serve only the 'princes' in your eyes? Heh.

YYouyouyouyouStayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. YYouziairenThe front desk staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful, always with a smile 😊. She kindly double-checked my reservation and even praised Ctrip's service. Just a few minor suggestions: one of the pillows had an odd smell, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. There was a constant water noise from the toilet and sink; personally, I can sleep through anything, but other guests might be sensitive to noise. The TV signal was poor and very blurry. However, the environment is great; I loved walking by the sea, and there are even hiking trails nearby. I'm looking forward to my next stay. The Cantonese restaurant also had excellent service and delicious food, and they were good about reminding us about portion sizes. Although the abalone was a bit overcooked – or maybe I'm just getting old and can't chew as well, hehehe 😬.
