My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

This time, I made a last-minute booking at Holiday Inn Macau. During check-in, Mr. Wang at the front desk was professional and efficient. After understanding my situation, he proactively upgraded me to an executive floor suite. He wasn't overtly enthusiastic, but his attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued. It happened to be the fourth day of the ***** New Year, and in the morning, the hotel had a lion dance and a 'God of Wealth' performance. The atmosphere was lively but not chaotic – a nice, ceremonial touch. The executive floor was relatively quiet, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay overall. What truly left an impression on me was what happened afterward. After checking out, I realized I had left my ring in the room, which naturally made me anxious. Upon contacting the hotel, the housekeeping manager quickly helped confirm its location and retrieve it. The entire communication process was efficient, and the sense of reassurance brought by such professionalism was more important than any physical amenity.

Even with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served à la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.

This was my first time in Macau, and I blindly chose Grand Lisboa Palace. We stayed for two nights, and it offered great value for money – truly an amazing experience! The hotel is relatively new. Our room was spacious and airy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log until I woke up naturally. We specifically booked a room with a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully made it up for our child. This gave each of us a separate space, allowing for quiet relaxation without disturbing each other – exactly the kind of laid-back vibe a vacation should have! The garden on the 3rd floor of the hotel is absolutely stunning; every photo we took turned out beautifully! All the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary, which was a fantastic bonus. Although the location isn't in the city center, its advantage lies in being quiet and less crowded, free from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It perfectly captures a resort-like island vacation atmosphere, making it ideal for families with kids. Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away, which was super convenient for exploring its gardens. Downstairs, there's a huge variety of food options, so we never had to worry about meals. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, hassle-free, and relaxing. For families without a strong shopping agenda and who are primarily looking for a laid-back getaway with kids, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place – highly recommended! Five out of five stars!

Facilities: The bathroom door in our room was a bit old, but everything else was great. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, very clean. Environment: Very good, almost no strange smells or trash. Service: The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, not perfunctory at all, and actively helped with directions. Eiffel Tower 7th floor free entry: Although you can't go to the very top, there's a Pop Mart photo spot on the 7th floor.

Booked a three-night stay at the Grand Emperor Hotel in Macau starting on the seventh day of the ***** New Year. This hotel has been around for almost 20 years, but the room facilities are still relatively new and clean. It's super convenient to walk to popular spots like the Ruins of St. Paul's, Grand Lisboa Hotel, Wynn Macau, and MGM. A one-day city walk around the peninsula is definitely enough time. We even went to eat at Parlament Noodle Shop, which was just over 1km away. The hotel staff were also warm and attentive; even though it was fully booked the day we arrived, the service wasn't chaotic or slow at all. **Transportation TIPS🪶➰** After arriving at Macau Airport, you can take the shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa Palace Hotel. Then, transfer at the hotel's B1 level to a shuttle bus going to Grand Lisboa Hotel. From there, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Grand Emperor Hotel. (For those traveling with seniors, children, or a lot of luggage, I recommend taking a taxi to avoid hassle and exhaustion.)

Booked Morpheus for our wedding anniversary, and the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and excellent service! The room was as spacious and comfortable as ever; stepping in immediately put me at ease. We had fruit, desserts, and fresh flowers, all a lovely touch. The 40th-floor pool is perfect for photos. Morpheus will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau.

The room facilities were a bit dated, but very clean, and the towels were of good quality. All the basic amenities were provided, including a phone charger, mini-fridge, iron, and hairdryer. We booked a sea view room, and the view from the window was great, though it rained both days we were there, which was a shame as it would have been even prettier. The hotel breakfast offered fresh ingredients and a rich variety, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. Even the jam for the bread was homemade, and the juice was high quality. From the front desk to the baggage services, gym, and spa, the hotel staff provided excellent service. The gym was small but had basic equipment, and the swimming pool was outdoors. The massage therapist at the spa was from the Philippines; I highly recommend Michelle, she was fantastic (I got a promotional deal: 60 minutes for MOP 599 including service charge, plus tax, so the total was MOP 680-something, originally MOP 890). When leaving, the concierge helped call a taxi, but the waiting time was a bit long, especially in the rain. The hotel is located in the old town, within walking distance of attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, the souvenir street, and St. Lazarus Quarter. There's a 'Geng Ji Dim Sum' right outside the hotel; if you cross the street and turn right, it's delicious and affordable – highly recommended. Also, the ice cream shop in the picture is excellent. Macau is small, and I recommend experiencing local transportation. This time, I unlocked the public transport mode. You can enable overseas travel on Alipay, search for Macau, and use the travel code to scan and pay for rides, which are a flat MOP 6. For the light rail, you need to buy tickets at the counter; scanning is not an option.

Location: It's a 20-minute walk from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and a 30-minute ride from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge border gate on the Sands Hotel shuttle. After getting off, Artyzen Grand Lapa is right next door, which is very convenient. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach attractions like Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Lotus Square, and the Grand Prix Museum. There are many elevators on the streets of Macau for crossing overhead walkways or underpasses, which is very user-friendly. Macau cars drive fast, so be sure to follow traffic rules and make the most of escalators and elevators on the roadside. You can take the Sands shuttle next door to places like The Venetian in Taipa. Walking to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Grand Lisboa takes 30-40 minutes. Public buses are also very convenient; use a ride-hailing app to automatically convert currency and pay. Ambiance: The hotel is indeed a bit old, with a retro feel, but it's very clean. There's a slight damp smell, but it's not bothersome. The room windows are sealed, offering a decent view but not much airflow. We booked connecting rooms with a double door in the middle. We had staff open it beforehand for access. It was essentially one king room connected to one twin room, perfect for families. However, be sure not to close the door to the twin room, as it can't be opened once shut. If you need soundproofing, just close the door to the king room. You can use mainland chargers directly in the room, and the hotel also provides adapter cables, which is a thoughtful touch. Although a bit old, it's clean and tidy. The toiletries and bath products are high-quality, with a white tea scent. There's a capsule coffee machine and tea bags, and two separate bathrooms are very convenient. Service: The hotel management is very organized. From the moment we entered, the service was excellent. During our two-night, three-day stay, I never had to open the lobby door myself; the doormen were always friendly, greeting us and offering help. Check-in was orderly, and every staff member was very nice, automatically switching languages for each guest without any arrogance or discrimination. They listened patiently to guests' needs and offered excellent suggestions. Luggage storage was also very organized, with room numbers on tags for each piece of luggage, so there was no worry about mixing them up. The staff were very diligent and friendly. At check-out, they proactively asked for feedback and didn't pressure for good reviews, sending us off with smiles. Complaints: The room's soundproofing isn't great. We could clearly hear conversations from next door, not to mention the sound of flushing toilets, which was even more noticeable. Light sleepers should consider this carefully. Because I didn't want to be disturbed, I pressed the 'do not disturb' switch every day before leaving, but upon returning, I found that someone had still entered and cleaned the room. While I appreciate the cleaning service, since I had already pressed the 'do not disturb' button, I hope the cleaning staff will pay more attention. Regarding smoking, the hotel has clear no-smoking signs, and there's a designated smoking area outside the lobby. On the streets, 'no smoking, fine' signs are everywhere. Self-awareness is key! Overall, the check-in experience was good value for the price. The hotel isn't as lively as some casino hotels but is more suitable for guests who prefer a quiet and quality stay. I would choose Artyzen Grand Lapa again on my next visit to Macau.

GGuest UserThe food options are quite convenient, and the hotel's location is great for catching the House of Dancing Water show. However, the soundproofing isn't great. You can clearly hear children running and shouting in the hallways, which I don't think is up to par for a five-star hotel; that was a real downside. The complimentary water and minibar drinks were decent. There's a bit of a view from outside, but unfortunately, the Ferris wheel was out of service for maintenance when I visited, so I didn't get to ride it.

GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service! I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient. The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.

VVercetti88The hotel's location was good. Many restaurants and a fastfood (Mcdonalds) and a convenient store (7-11) around 3 mins away of the hotel. We were surprised about the room size (non smoking room, spacious) and the cleanliness was well taken care by the staff. The Check-In and Check-out was also smooth and the front desk staff were polite and responsive to all our inquiries. Even the staff security who was stationed on the elevators was very courteous and all smiles. I would definitely book again this hotel on my next trip to Macau 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
