My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

I’m a local staying here for post-surgery recovery, extended my stay two times. Reception is decent and helpful. The Japanese restaurant on ground floor is really good and so is the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I’d say give it a try if you’re staying there, the price is average, totally not overpriced for being inside a hotel. The room soundproof is terrible, you’re out of luck if other guests staying in rooms surrounding you talk super loud or have loud kids. You can also clearly hear conversations outside the hallway. You can also hear the water pipe noises whenever people staying upstairs/downstairs shower. Not the most serene environment. Amenities are alright, the provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are a bit small so you’d constantly have to ask for refills for longer stays. The bath tub is bigger than usual ones so that’s a good thing but not a fan of the type of shower head they chose, and the tube is a bit short too but there’s an overhead if needed. I wouldn’t say the location is convenient for tourists as there is nothing surrounding the hotel but they do provide scheduled shuttle buses to get round town and to some hotspots. The walk to the nearest light rail station is around 12-18min (depending on your pace) on foot.

I'm quite sensitive to the smell of smoke, and being indoors with it makes me uncomfortable and dizzy. When I checked in, I tried to negotiate for a non-smoking room at the front desk, but they said none were available, so I had no choice but to take the room. When I entered, I was overwhelmed by the smell – the smoky odor was so strong, and I couldn't even open the windows to air it out! That's a huge negative. Later, after contacting Trip.com customer service and speaking with the front desk, they moved me to two non-smoking rooms. Their service attitude was very good, and I also enjoy ice water, so I asked the front desk to send some up, and they sent a generous amount. Very good, very nice!

I made a last-minute decision to stay at The Londoner Macao. After booking, I read some negative reviews, and honestly, I was a bit anxious for several hours before checking in and entering my room. I worried about long waits after check-in, strange odors in the room, and poor soundproofing, among other things. However, my experience was completely different. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the room was clean, tidy, and completely free of any odors. The housekeeping staff work incredibly hard; while waiting for the elevator, I saw an auntie tirelessly cleaning rooms and even running to retrieve items on the floor. They clearly want to minimize guest waiting times. It's truly commendable that they're working on the front lines during a holiday when most people are with their families. For those who say the rooms are small, I'd suggest comparing them to hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point. For what you pay at The Londoner Macao, you'd only get an old, super tiny room in Hong Kong. So, the service and facilities at The Londoner Macao are indeed excellent, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on my next trip to Macau!

This was my first time in Macau, and I blindly chose Grand Lisboa Palace. We stayed for two nights, and it offered great value for money – truly an amazing experience! The hotel is relatively new. Our room was spacious and airy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log until I woke up naturally. We specifically booked a room with a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully made it up for our child. This gave each of us a separate space, allowing for quiet relaxation without disturbing each other – exactly the kind of laid-back vibe a vacation should have! The garden on the 3rd floor of the hotel is absolutely stunning; every photo we took turned out beautifully! All the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary, which was a fantastic bonus. Although the location isn't in the city center, its advantage lies in being quiet and less crowded, free from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It perfectly captures a resort-like island vacation atmosphere, making it ideal for families with kids. Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away, which was super convenient for exploring its gardens. Downstairs, there's a huge variety of food options, so we never had to worry about meals. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, hassle-free, and relaxing. For families without a strong shopping agenda and who are primarily looking for a laid-back getaway with kids, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place – highly recommended! Five out of five stars!

I spent a few days in Macau during Chinese New Year and chose The Parisian Macao. The experience far exceeded my expectations – it's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway and picture-perfect moments. 📍 **Location & Transportation**: Located in the heart of the Cotai Strip, it's connected to The Venetian and The Londoner by indoor walkways. You can explore all three resorts without needing an umbrella, even on a rainy day. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient. 🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. Overall, it's perfect for couples and family trips, offering romance, shopping, dining, and convenient transportation all in one place. Highly recommended!

Traveling during New Year's, the prices were unavoidable. The hotel is very close to Grand Lisboa, making transportation convenient. The room was spacious, and the service was decent. Breakfast was included, but there was some noise in the room for an unknown reason. I didn't bother mentioning it to the front desk since I was only staying one night, but I definitely didn't get a good night's sleep.

I booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered. Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched... The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night. The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference. Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

No complimentary water and the service was just okay, but the location was great. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient during check-in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a good night's rest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese congee and Western pastries, all of which tasted great. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transport links and shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and family vacations. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to this city and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel service was excellent! The one-bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. We received a lovely welcome gift with champagne, pastries, and fruit. They even sent a cake for my birthday! A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff who cleaned room 1609; they organized our belongings so neatly, making us happy every time we returned. My family all agreed that we'll definitely stay at Artyzen Grand Lapa again when we visit Macau.

MMarkttaaThis is our number one recommendation for a family winter vacation in Macau, and here's why: The indoor water park is truly unique; the playground can easily entertain kids for 2-4 hours; and the hotel itself is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained. Our room had a direct view of the Parisian Tower, and the mini-bar and snacks were complimentary, making it very kid-friendly. Downstairs, there's a wide variety of dining options, from Michelin-starred restaurants to a Japanese supermarket, offering a one-stop solution for a family getaway. The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful; a dedicated staff member communicated with us multiple times to resolve an issue with redeeming water park tickets because my phone couldn't receive SMS messages. Excellent service!

YYidanThis hotel was absolutely perfect for my child and me while attending a concert at the Galaxy Arena! It's just a few minutes' walk directly to the venue, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The concierge service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, spoke so softly and kindly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. After the concert, when I brought my child back to the room, we found it had already been meticulously tidied up – such a thoughtful touch! The hotel offers express check-out, saving us time when leaving. The beds were super comfortable for a good night's sleep, and there's a huge variety of food options downstairs. Plus, there's a direct passage to the LRT station, making our return to Hengqin Port in Zhuhai exceptionally easy.

The Neptunian Restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food. It gets quite busy around lunchtime, but hotel guests get a 10% discount, which makes it excellent value for money. Getting to attractions is super convenient; there's a ** nearby that you can just walk to. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.
