This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

The theme of l'occitane is quite comfortable and attractive! But I don't understand why I have to wait until 3:30pm to check in at 3pm?🙄 The staff at the front desk are very polite, but the white uniformed staff in charge of baggage storage are not polite, especially the man with glasses! I understand that it is a hard job, but he could have been a bit more polite! 😐 The hotel room is very nice, but how many seconds does it take to press the lift button? Many travellers don't know what's going on with the lift button!🧐 And the location is not very convenient! There is no shuttle bus to connect to the hotel, so I have to take a taxi every time!

The hotel was booked temporarily, and it was unexpectedly good. The service of the front desk girl was good. The convenient room was arranged very well. The downstairs is also very convenient. There is a bus stop at the door. Yangzhi Jinlao dessert shop is also next door. I go there every day to show off. There are Internet celebrity shops around, so there is no problem with the location. The room has a little decoration flavor, and the rest is quite new. It's good. I recommend friends with a limited budget to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

The welcoming service from Kris of the front desk provided us a great start of the hotel stay. Services from other hotel staff were nice too. The overall cleanliness of the rooms were above standard and the view was great too (we booked the Eiffel Tower view room). Would definitely choose Conrad again for our next trip.

The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.

I visited your hotel for my wedding anniversary yesterday and I am very satisfied with the environment and facilities of your hotel! The service attitude of the staff is very good. Hotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!
