We stayed at the Grand Emperor Hotel in the Queen Suite and found it very suitable for a family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with enough space for both adults and children to move around without feeling cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the overall room layout worked well for family needs.
The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around with kids much easier. Housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, the Queen Suite offered good comfort and space for a family trip.
This popular hotel is really crowded, with many tourists checking in just to experience it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Taipa Ferry Terminal. The shopping arcade on the third floor has a wide variety of brands, and some stores even had promotions during Christmas. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are spacious enough, and the staff are all very friendly. There's a shuttle bus back to Hengqin in the evening, but the last one departs at 8:20 PM, so don't be late!
Facilities: Complete
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: Very good, loved the terrace
Service: Excellent, they brought plenty of body lotion when I asked for more, very attentive.
Hotel Shuttle Bus: We didn't take it, but we saw many people using it, so it should be very convenient.
Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Macau! The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The jacuzzi was a big highlight relaxing, and exactly what you need to unwind. 🛁✨
What really stood out was the staff who can speak Tagalog, which made communication easy and made us feel very welcome as Filipinos. The location is also great, close to key spots and very convenient for getting around Macau.
Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service. Will definitely stay here again!
The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside. The airport shuttle bus conveniently stops directly in front of the hotel, which is a huge plus!
While the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, they are complete, and the shower always has plenty of hot water. The staff are enthusiastic and always ready to help!
I really enjoyed the food at the 18th-floor restaurant and the hotel's breakfast buffet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!
The hotel has a very festive appearance, with many rows of large red lanterns at the entrance and an impressive lobby. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable even with three friends staying together. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of delicious food, and they refill items very quickly. Besides cars, there's also a shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which is super convenient.
The most delightful stay experience during our Macau trip! The hotel's iconic 'Figure 8' Ferris wheel is breathtaking, and the night view is absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and modern, and the bedding was very comfortable. With a shopping mall right inside the hotel, all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are met in one place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Whether you're traveling with family or as a couple, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!
I’ve always been an advocate for staying at relatively new hotels, and this is the first time I’ve stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace. I never thought that I would actually stay at an SJM property, but given that this was a celebration of my birthday, I was able to splurge a little bit. We had a little baby and they provided a relatively new baby cot and upgrade us to a slightly larger room at check-in. We also added the buffet, which for us cost an extra $100 per person per day, which we thought was really worth it. The buffet had a range of cuisines and we really enjoyed heading down to the buffet every single day we were there. Downstairs is also where the Csaino is located, so it makes it quite convenient and easy to play a bit. Overall, with what we paid, I thought it was quite a good deal since the room was around 60 to 70 m² which was pretty comfortable for the three of us.
Rooms are spacious but unfortunately they could not even fit an extra bed for my son! There is definitely not enough food choices available. The Market Bistro had OK food but the mobile ordering system was terrible and we waited an hour for food to arrive. It takes forever to walk from the lobby to the lifts. The shops were mainly luxury brands, meaning there was very little to shop at if you're not interested into luxury. Although our trip.com included tickets to the Eiffel Tower, it was closed for New Year's Eve rehearsals. The best thing about this hotel was that it was close to Studio City, which we had to visit multiple times each day for meals, family activities and shopping. The room was clean but the bathroom was not totally clean and I could see spots on the floor. I would definitely recommend Studio City instead for families.
An experience that exceeded expectations! This established hotel truly delivers star-level service. I loved the European-inspired decor. A special shout-out to Patrick at check-in – not only did he upgrade me for free, but he also gave me a 'lucky' room number. When checking out, a friendly young man at the door even helped me call a taxi. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose Artyzen again.

AAnonymous UserMy stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai ***** and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!

MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights.
The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

GGongshangjiaohuiyuOur trip to Macau was absolutely wonderful this time, and my family and I were very pleased with our choice of the W Hotel. We arrived just after 1 PM, and while there was a queue for check-in, the concierge was very attentive in helping with our luggage, so the wait wasn't long at all. The front desk lady quickly arranged a room for us. The room itself was very comfortable, with a lovely view of the tower. Housekeeping was excellent and always responsive to our needs. My child had some specific requests regarding the internet, and a staff member promptly came to assist. They also asked if we wanted turndown service.
The dinner buffet at 'Tastes' restaurant was fantastic. What really stood out was when my child, who loves lobster, asked if they could make it with butter, and the chef actually prepared it especially for us! A lovely young lady brought it over and even asked for our feedback on the taste. Of course, the chef's skills were superb, and all the other desserts and dishes were delicious, and the ambiance was great too.
Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. Just a right turn from the lobby guest elevator, you'll find a coffee shop and a Don Quijote supermarket. Across the street is The Parisian, and a short walk further brings you to The Londoner. This whole area is vibrant at night, making it very convenient for post-dinner strolls and shopping. At check-out, the concierge was equally thoughtful, helping us call a taxi and load our luggage. Macau isn't a large area; a taxi from the hotel to Gongbei was just over 100 MOP, and it would be much closer to Hengqin Port. Overall, the hotel's facilities and service during our stay were impeccable, highly recommended!
